6. The clean and efficient biomass fuel according to claim 5, is characterized in that: the starch paste is one or more of wheat starch paste, potato starch paste and potato starch paste, and the biological shell is one or more of melon seed shell, peanut shell and walnut shell.

s1, putting the bean stalks, the corn stalks, the cotton stalks and the cow dung into a fermentation tank according to the weight ratio, and fermenting in the fermentation tank in a closed manner for 3-5 days, wherein the temperature in the fermentation tank is controlled at 30-40 ℃;
s2, after the fermentation is finished, taking out the fermented solid matter, carrying out air drying treatment under natural conditions, and when the water content is detected to be below 5%, carrying out crushing treatment on the fermented solid matter, wherein the granularity after crushing is 100-200 meshes, and obtaining a mixture A for later use;
s3, mixing the traditional Chinese medicine dregs, the biological shells, the pine branches and trunks, the wood chips and the crushed wood, and then crushing, wherein the crushed particle size is 100-200 meshes, so as to obtain a mixture B for later use;
s4, mixing calcium carbonate powder, bamboo pulp fiber, diatomite, starch paste, a combustion improver and a dechlorinating agent, uniformly stirring, and controlling the stirring temperature at 40-45 ℃ to obtain a mixture C for later use;
and S5, mixing the mixture A, the mixture B and the mixture C, uniformly stirring, extruding by using an extruding device, feeding the extruded and molded material into drying equipment, drying, and cooling to obtain the clean and efficient biomass fuel.
