The clean and efficient biomass fuel according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of bean stalks, 50 parts of corn stalks, 45 parts of cotton stalks, 25 parts of cow dung, 24 parts of traditional Chinese medicine dregs, 30 parts of biological shells, 20 parts of pine branches and trunks, 30 parts of sawdust, 32 parts of broken wood, 4 parts of calcium carbonate powder, 18 parts of bamboo pulp fiber, 10 parts of diatomite, 6 parts of starch paste, 5 parts of combustion improver and 2 parts of dechlorinating agent.

s2, after the fermentation is finished, taking out the fermented solid matter, carrying out air drying treatment under natural conditions, and when the water content is detected to be below 5%, carrying out crushing treatment on the fermented solid matter, wherein the granularity after crushing is 100-200 meshes, and obtaining a mixture A for later use;
