Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of cleaner pipes, and in particular to broom-type cleaners equipped with such a cleaner pipe.
Background
Broom-type cleaners comprise, in a known manner: a cleaner main body equipped with a suction unit and an operation interface; a nozzle arranged to contact a floor to be cleaned; and a cleaner conduit fluidly connecting the cleaner body to the suction nozzle and defining an air flow passage.
In order to facilitate storage of the broom or cleaning with the broom under furniture, the cleaner pipe may advantageously comprise:
-a first rigid portion and a second rigid portion; and
-a hinge connecting the first and second rigid portions to each other, the hinge being configured to allow the first rigid portion to pivot relative to the second rigid portion about a pivot axis and between an aligned configuration in which the first and second rigid portions are substantially aligned relative to each other, and a folded configuration in which the first and second rigid portions define an angle of less than 180 ° between each other.
The suction nozzle can be equipped in particular with a rotating brush and with an electric motor configured to drive the rotating brush in rotation. For this purpose, it is known to equip the cleaner conduit with two electric wires configured to electrically connect the terminals of the battery housed in the cleaner body to the terminals of the electric motor. The two electrical wires can, for example, extend into one or more longitudinal receiving channels provided in the cleaner pipe.

characterized in that the at least one electric wire comprises an intermediate portion which is located between the first wire portion and the second wire portion and which forms a loop around the pivot axis.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 to 9 show a broom-type cleaner 2, which broom-type cleaner 2 comprises a cleaner body 3, a suction nozzle 4 and a cleaner pipe 5, the suction nozzle 4 being arranged to be in contact with the floor to be cleaned, the cleaner pipe 5 connecting the cleaner body 3 to the suction nozzle 4.

3. The vacuum cleaner conduit (5) of claim 2, wherein the vacuum cleaner conduit (5) comprises a locking device (18), the locking device (18) being configured to lock the first rigid portion (8) and the second rigid portion (9) in the aligned configuration.

The vacuum cleaner conduit (5) of claim 3, wherein the locking device (18) comprises a locking member (19), the locking member (19) being provided on one of the first and second rigid portions (8, 9), the locking member (19) being movable between a locking position in which the locking member (19) is adapted to cooperate with the other of the first and second rigid portions (8, 9) to lock the first and second rigid portions (8, 9) in the aligned configuration and a releasing position in which the locking member (19) is adapted to release the other of the first and second rigid portions (8, 9) to allow the first and second rigid portions (8, 9) to pivot in the folded configuration.
5. The vacuum cleaner conduit (5) of claim 4, wherein the locking device (18) comprises an unlocking element (22), the unlocking element (22) being configured to move the locking member (19) to the release position.
6. The vacuum cleaner conduit (5) of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first rigid portion (8) comprises a first fixing groove (25.1, 25.2) in which a respective part of the first wire portion (24.1) of the at least one electric wire (24) is received and fixed, and the second rigid portion (9) comprises a second fixing groove (26.1, 26.2) in which a respective part of the second wire portion (24.2) of the at least one electric wire (24) is received and fixed.
7. The vacuum cleaner conduit (5) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the vacuum cleaner conduit (5) comprises a flexible conduit (15), the flexible conduit (15) connecting the first rigid portion (8) and the second rigid portion (9) and at least partially defining an air flow channel.
8. The vacuum cleaner conduit (5) of claim 7, wherein the flexible conduit (15) comprises a first end ring (16) and a second end ring (17), the first end ring (16) being fixed to the first rigid portion (8) and the second end ring (17) being fixed to the second rigid portion (9).
9. The cleaner pipe (5) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the cleaner pipe (5) further comprises a suction tube (12), the suction tube (12) being connected to the second rigid portion (9).
10. The vacuum cleaner conduit (5) of claim 9, wherein the suction tube (12) comprises a longitudinal receiving channel (32), the longitudinal receiving channel (32) extending along the suction tube (12), and wherein the at least one electrical wire (24) comprises a third wire portion (24.4), the third wire portion (24.4) extending at least partially in the longitudinal receiving channel (32).
11. The vacuum cleaner conduit (5) according to claim 9, wherein the first rigid portion (8) comprises a first connection portion (13), the first connection portion (13) being configured to be connected to a vacuum cleaner body (3), the vacuum cleaner body (3) being equipped with a suction unit (6) and an operation interface (7), and the second rigid portion (9) comprises a second connection portion (14), the second connection portion (14) being connected to the suction pipe (12).
12. The vacuum cleaner conduit (5) according to claim 11, wherein the vacuum cleaner conduit (5) comprises a flexible conduit (15), the flexible conduit (15) fluidly connecting the first connection portion (13) and the second connection portion (14).
13. The vacuum cleaner conduit (5) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the vacuum cleaner conduit (5) comprises two electric wires (24), each of the electric wires (24) comprising a first wire portion (24.1), a second wire portion (24.2) and an intermediate portion (24.3), the first wire portion (24.1) being fixed on the first rigid portion (8), the second wire portion (24.2) being fixed on the second rigid portion (9), the intermediate portion (24.3) being located between the respective first and second wire portions (24.1, 24.2) and forming a loop around the pivot axis (A).
14. The vacuum cleaner conduit (5) according to claim 13, wherein the two electrical wires (24) extend on both sides of a median longitudinal plane of the vacuum cleaner conduit (5).
15. A broom-type suction cleaner (2), characterized in that it comprises:
-a cleaner body (3), the cleaner body (3) being equipped with a suction unit (6) and an operating interface (7);
-a suction nozzle (4), said suction nozzle (4) being arranged to be in contact with a floor surface to be cleaned; and
-a cleaner conduit (5) according to any one of claims 1 to 14, the cleaner conduit (5) connecting the cleaner body (3) to the suction nozzle (4).
