Abstract
The invention provides an air-conditioning indoor unit and an air-conditioning system with the same, wherein the air-conditioning indoor unit comprises: the indoor unit comprises an indoor unit shell and a control unit, wherein the indoor unit shell is provided with an air inlet; the filter screen assembly is arranged in the shell of the indoor unit and comprises a filter screen and a first transmission part, the filter screen is arranged at the air inlet and is provided with a fixed end and a free end which are oppositely arranged, and the fixed end is connected with the first transmission part; the first transmission part is rotatably arranged relative to the indoor unit shell so as to drive the filter screen to move and wind the filter screen on the first transmission part; the cleaning piece is arranged in the shell of the indoor unit and used for cleaning the filter screen when the filter screen moves relative to the cleaning piece. The air conditioner indoor unit solves the problem that a filter screen of the air conditioner indoor unit in the prior art is easy to be dirty and blocked.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air conditioners, in particular to an air conditioner indoor unit and an air conditioning system with the same.
Background
In traditional air conditioner trade, the filter screen is generally arranged in air intake department, plays the effect of the dust or the foreign matter in the filtered air, and a lot of dust can be piled up after long-time operation of this filter screen in the air conditioner, if untimely the clearance can breed many bacteriums. At present, the existing filter screen is usually cleaned manually after being disassembled.

The present invention provides an indoor unit of an air conditioner, please refer to fig. 1 to 9, which includes: an indoor unit casing 10, wherein the indoor unit casing 10 is provided with an air inlet; the filter screen assembly 20 is arranged in the indoor unit shell 10, the filter screen assembly 20 comprises a filter screen 21 and a first transmission part 22, the filter screen 21 is arranged at the air inlet, the filter screen 21 is provided with a fixed end and a free end which are oppositely arranged, and the fixed end is connected with the first transmission part 22; the first transmission part 22 is rotatably arranged relative to the indoor unit casing 10 to drive the filter screen 21 to move and wind the filter screen 21 on the first transmission part 22; and a cleaning member 30 disposed in the indoor unit casing 10 to clean the filter screen 21 by the cleaning member 30 when the filter screen 21 moves relative to the cleaning member 30.
The air-conditioning indoor unit comprises an indoor unit shell 10, a filter screen assembly 20 and a cleaning piece 30, wherein the air-conditioning indoor unit is provided with a first transmission part 22, and the first transmission part 22 drives a filter screen 21 to move so that the filter screen 21 moves and is wound on the first transmission part 22; and cleans dust on the filter screen 21 by the cleaning member 30 while the filter screen 21 moves relative to the cleaning member 30. The air-conditioning indoor unit can solve the problem that the filter screen of the air-conditioning indoor unit is easy to dirty and block under the condition that the filter screen assembly 20 is not detached, and is convenient to use.
In this embodiment, the filter screen assembly 20 further includes a second transmission portion 23, the second transmission portion 23 is in transmission connection with the filter screen 21, and the second transmission portion 23 is rotatably disposed relative to the indoor unit casing 10 to drive the filter screen 21 to move and release the filter screen 21 from the first transmission portion 22.
In practical implementation, the filter screen assembly 20 further includes a first driving device, and the first driving device is drivingly connected to the first transmission portion 22 to drive the first transmission portion 22 to rotate. Wherein the first driving device is a motor.

The air conditioner indoor unit can discharge dust to the outside through the fan assembly, so that the filter screen is cleaned and the user comfort is improved.
The invention also provides an air conditioning system which comprises the air conditioning indoor unit and the air conditioning outdoor unit, wherein the air conditioning indoor unit is the air conditioning indoor unit in the embodiment.

the cleaning piece (30) is arranged in the indoor unit shell (10) so that when the filter screen (21) moves relative to the cleaning piece (30), the filter screen (21) is cleaned through the cleaning piece (30).

The indoor unit of air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filter screen assembly (20) further comprises a second transmission part (23), the second transmission part (23) is in transmission connection with the filter screen (21), and the second transmission part (23) is rotatably disposed relative to the indoor unit casing (10) to drive the filter screen (21) to move and release the filter screen (21) from the first transmission part (22).
3. The indoor unit of claim 2, wherein the filter (21) comprises a filter main body (211) and a connection part (212), the connection part (212) being connected to the filter main body (211); the screen assembly (20) further comprises:
the indoor unit shell comprises a support rail (24) arranged on the indoor unit shell (10), the connecting part (212) is matched with the support rail (24), and the connecting part (212) is arranged in the support rail (24) and moves along the support rail (24).
4. The indoor unit of claim 3, wherein the connection part (212) comprises a first connection part (213) and a second connection part (214), the first connection part (213) and the second connection part (214) being disposed at opposite sides of the filter main body (211); the supporting rail (24) comprises a first rail (241) and a second rail (242), the first rail (241) and the second rail (242) are arranged oppositely, the first connecting part (213) is matched with the first rail (241), and the first connecting part (213) is clamped in the first rail (241) and moves along the first rail (241); the second connecting portion (214) is matched with the second rail (242), and the second connecting portion (214) is clamped in the second rail (242) and moves along the second rail (242).
5. An air-conditioning indoor unit according to claim 3, wherein the first transmission part (22) is provided on a side of the second transmission part (23) remote from the support rail (24); the cleaning element (30) is arranged between the first transmission part (22) and the second transmission part (23).
6. The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the first transmission part (22) is provided with a first transmission tooth (221), the filter screen (21) is provided with a second transmission tooth (215), and the first transmission tooth (221) is matched with the second transmission tooth (215) so that the first transmission part (22) drives the filter screen (21) to move.
7. The indoor unit of claim 2, wherein a second transmission gear (215) is disposed on the filter screen (21), a third transmission gear (231) is disposed on the second transmission portion (23), and the third transmission gear (231) is adapted to the second transmission gear (215), so that the second transmission portion (23) drives the filter screen (21) to move.
8. The indoor unit of air conditioning according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the cleaning end of the cleaning member (30) is in contact with the filter screen (21); the cleaning element (30) is rotatably arranged relative to the indoor unit housing (10).
9. The air conditioning indoor unit of any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a drain outlet (40) and a fan assembly (50), the fan assembly (50) comprising:
a fan case (51);
the fan blade is rotatably arranged in the fan shell (51);
wherein the fan housing (51) comprises a first channel (511) and a second channel (512), one end of the first channel (511) far away from the fan blade is arranged opposite to the filter screen (21), and at least part of the cleaning piece (30) is arranged in the first channel (511); one end of the second channel (512), which is far away from the fan blade, is connected with the water outlet (40) so that dust is discharged from the water outlet (40) through the fan assembly (50).
10. The indoor unit of claim 9, wherein the drain outlet (40) is provided on the indoor unit casing (10); the air-conditioning indoor unit further comprises:
a drain pipe (60), wherein the drain pipe (60) is connected with the drain opening (40);
one end of the dust exhaust pipe (70) is arranged in the drain pipe (60) and is connected with the inner wall of the drain pipe (60), and a circulation channel (80) is arranged between the dust exhaust pipe (70) and the drain pipe (60); the second channel (512) is connected with one end of the dust exhaust pipe (70) far away from the drain pipe (60).
11. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 10, further comprising:
the one end of coupling hose (90) with second passageway (512) are connected, the other end of coupling hose (90) with dust exhaust pipe (70) are connected.
12. An air conditioning system comprising an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, wherein the indoor unit is the indoor unit according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
