Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the filter screen device 100 includes an annular filter screen 110, a driving assembly 130, a mounting shaft 150 and a cleaning assembly 170. The driving assembly 130 and the mounting shaft 150 are disposed opposite to each other, and the annular filter 110 is sleeved on the driving assembly 130 and the mounting shaft 150, so as to expand the annular filter 110. The annular filter screen 110 is disposed at an air inlet of the indoor unit 310. The mounting shaft 150 is rotatably disposed in the housing 190, and the driving shaft 133 is disposed opposite to the mounting shaft 150. Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the cleaning assembly 170 includes a dust collecting box 171 and a brush body 173, the brush body 173 is disposed on the dust collecting box 171, and the dust collecting box 171 is correspondingly disposed on the driving shaft 133 or the mounting shaft 150. The brush 173 abuts the annular filter 110, and the brush 173 is used to clean the annular filter 110 when the annular filter 110 rotates. The dust collecting case 171 is used to collect the dust cleaned by the brush body 173. The brush 173 is disposed in the dust collecting box 171, and the dust collecting box 171 is correspondingly disposed on the mounting shaft 150 or the driving shaft 133, so as to prevent the cleaning assembly 170 from affecting the intake of the annular filter 110. Meanwhile, since the annular filter screen 110 is sleeved on the mounting shaft 150 and the driving shaft 133, when the brush body 173 cleans the annular filter screen 110, the driving shaft 133 and the mounting shaft 150 can support and tension the filter screen, so that the cleaning effect of the brush body 173 can be better.
It should be noted that, the dust collecting box 171 is correspondingly disposed on the mounting shaft 150 or the driving shaft 133, which is understood that the dust collecting port of the dust collecting box 171 faces the mounting shaft 150 or the driving shaft 133, so that the brush 173 mounted on the dust collecting box 171 and the mounting shaft 150 or the driving shaft 133 can clamp the annular filter screen 110 therebetween, thereby preventing the annular filter screen 110 from being deformed due to the contact between the brush 173 and the annular filter screen 110, enabling the brush 173 to be completely contacted with the annular filter screen 110, and enabling the annular filter screen 110 to be cleaned more thoroughly.
In the present embodiment, the number of the dust collecting cases 171 includes two, the two dust collecting cases 171 are respectively provided to the driving shaft 133 and the mounting shaft 150, and the brush body 173 is mounted to any one of the two dust collecting cases 171. Two dust collecting cases 171 are provided, and the brush body 173 can be selectively installed in one of the two dust collecting cases 171 according to the rotation direction of the ring filter 110, thereby making the installation of the brush body 173 more convenient.
In other embodiments of the present application, the number of the brush bodies 173 may be two, and the two brush bodies 173 are respectively installed in the two dust boxes 171. Of course, the number of the dust collecting cases 171 may be one, and the dust collecting cases may be selectively mounted corresponding to the mounting shaft 150 or the driving shaft 133 according to the rotation direction of the annular filter 110.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the annular filter screen 110 includes a windward section 111 and a leeward section 113. The windward section 111 and the leeward section 113 are connected end to form a ring. The windward section 111 is arranged at the outer side of the air inlet, and is located at the inner side of the air inlet relative to the leeward section. When the windward section 111 is rotated in the direction of the mounting shaft 150 by the driving shaft 133, the brush 173 is provided in the dust box 171 corresponding to the mounting shaft 150. When the windward section 111 is rotated in the direction of the drive shaft 133 by the mounting shaft 150, the brush 173 is provided in the dust box 171 corresponding to the drive shaft 133.
Because the wind passes through the windward section 111 first when passing through the air inlet and then passes through the leeward section 113, a large amount of dust in the wind is adsorbed on the windward section 111, the part of the annular filter screen 110 which is positioned on one side facing the wind can rotate to the leeward side, the filter screen needs to be cleaned when the windward side rotates to the wind inlet side, otherwise, the dust on the windward side can be blown to the indoor when the dust rotates to the leeward side. According to the movement direction of the windward side of the annular filter screen 110, the brush body 173 is arranged on the dust collecting box 171 corresponding to the mounting shaft 150 when the windward section 111 rotates from the driving shaft 133 to the mounting shaft 150, and the brush body 173 is arranged on the dust collecting box 171 corresponding to the driving shaft 133 when the windward section 111 rotates from the mounting shaft 150 to the driving shaft 133, so that the dust on the windward section 111 of the annular filter screen 110 can be cleaned and then rotated to the leeward side, and the dust can be prevented from being carried to the leeward side by the windward section 111 and entering the room when the annular filter screen 110 rotates.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, in the case that the number of the dust box 171 and the brush body 173 is one, when the windward section 111 is rotated in the direction of the mounting shaft 150 by the driving shaft 133, the integrated box and the brush body 173 is disposed at the dust box 171 corresponding to the mounting shaft 150. When the windward section 111 is rotated in the direction of the driving shaft 133 by the mounting shaft 150, the brush 173 and the integration box are provided in the dust box 171 corresponding to the driving shaft 133.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the brush body 173 is detachably mounted to the dust box 171. The brush body 173 is detachably mounted to the dust box 171, so that the dust box 171 can be mounted and the dust box 171 can be easily cleaned.
Specifically, the brush body 173 may be detachably mounted to the dust collection container by means of a snap, a screw, or the like. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the dust collection case 171 and the brush body 173 may be detachably mounted on the housing 190.
