Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a throat-free sound generator.
Background
Laryngeal carcinoma is one of the most common malignancies in head and neck surgery. For patients with advanced laryngeal cancer and recurrent laryngeal cancer, total laryngeal resection is one of the most common methods for radical treatment of laryngeal cancer.
In order to restore speech function to a patient, there are currently several measures that assist a patient without a larynx, including: electronic larynx, phonic tube, peroral phonic tube. But the defect is large in practical application, and at present, the BlomSinger sound tube which is most commonly used worldwide can meet the basic language communication of patients after being successfully installed.
The Blom Singer sounding pipe is a gel device opened in the esophagus, and the elastic coefficient of a silica gel pipeline of the Blom Singer sounding pipe is small at the present stage, so that a pipe cavity is easy to collapse when a patient holds breath to sound, and the sound failure or the sound quality is reduced; in addition, manual control is needed, and airflow cannot be continuously sounded due to the opening of the fistulization opening. A pressure-resistant continuous sounder without larynx (published as CN 203425066U) is disclosed, which can increase the strength of sounding base part, increase sounding power and effectively solve the problem of failure sounding of traditional sounding tube. However, the problems of low sound production efficiency, stiff voice and the like still exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a throat-free pronunciation device which can improve pronunciation efficiency and pronunciation quality and assist a patient to recover language function.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a throat-free sound generator comprises a sound generating base body and a tongue piece, wherein a one-way valve is arranged at an esophagus side pipe orifice of the sound generating base body, the sound generating base body inclines towards the opposite direction of the tongue piece, and an included angle of 72-75 degrees is formed between the sound generating base body and the tongue piece.
Furthermore, the middle part of the outer wall of the sounding base body is provided with a recess, and the recess is positioned on one side facing the tongue piece.
Furthermore, the one-way valve is also inclined towards the opposite direction of the tongue piece, and an included angle of 3 degrees is formed between the one-way valve and the tongue piece.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the traditional structure that the sounding base body is perpendicular to the tongue piece is eliminated, and the sounding base body is inclined towards the opposite direction of the tongue piece, so that the flow direction of sounding airflow in the throat is improved, and the sounding efficiency and the sounding quality are improved.
And secondly, the sounding base body is provided with a recess, so that the sounding base body is more favorable for installation.
And the traditional one-way valve is parallel to the tongue piece, so that the problem of untight closing can occur in practical use, an included angle of 3 degrees is formed between the one-way valve and the tongue piece, and the pipeline of the one-way valve and the sounding base body is tightly closed by utilizing the gravity of the one-way valve, so that air leakage is prevented, and food is prevented from entering the sounding base body to influence sounding.
Drawings
The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples:
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a top view of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The invention provides a throat-free sound generator which comprises a sound generating base body 1 and a tongue piece 2, wherein a one-way valve 3 is arranged at an esophagus side opening of the sound generating base body 1, the sound generating base body 1 inclines towards the opposite direction of the tongue piece 2, and an included angle of 72-75 degrees is formed between the sound generating base body 1 and the tongue piece 2. The middle part of the outer wall of the sounding base body 1 is provided with a dent 4, and the dent 4 is positioned at one side facing the tongue piece 2.
Preferably, the one-way valve 3 is also inclined towards the opposite direction of the tongue 2, and an included angle of 3 degrees is formed between the one-way valve 3 and the tongue.
Abandon pronunciation base member and tongue piece mutually perpendicular's traditional structure, make pronunciation base member to the opposite direction slope of tongue piece to improve the interior pronunciation air current flow direction of larynx, improve pronunciation efficiency and pronunciation quality. Meanwhile, the sounding base body is provided with the recess, so that the sounding base body is more beneficial to installation.
The traditional one-way valve is parallel to the tongue piece, the problem of untight closing can occur in practical use, an included angle of 3 degrees is formed between the one-way valve and the tongue piece, and the pipeline of the one-way valve and the sounding base body is closed tightly by utilizing the gravity of the one-way valve, so that air leakage is prevented on one hand, and food is prevented from entering the sounding base body to influence sounding on the other hand.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the invention and is not intended to limit the invention in any manner; those skilled in the art can make numerous possible variations and modifications to the present teachings, or modify equivalent embodiments to equivalent variations, without departing from the scope of the present teachings, using the methods and techniques disclosed above. Therefore, any simple modification, equivalent replacement, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention are still within the scope of the protection of the technical solution of the present invention.
