Abstract

一种用于航空一体化轴承的包装盒及轴承打包方法,以解决现有的轴承外包装采用的是瓦楞纸纸盒包装,内包装采用聚乙烯真空塑封包装。内、外包装与一体化结构轴承的形状匹配性差,在运输中包装容易因震动产生漏气,导致轴承出现磕碰伤,且防腐防潮性较差的问题。本发明一种用于航空一体化轴承的包装盒包括外包装盒和两个对称的内胆;两个内胆扣合在一起形成上下两个空腔,两个内胆设置在外包装盒内,两个内胆上部的空腔的上方设有包装盖,两个内胆下部的空腔与轴承的内圈的外形相匹配,所述上部的空腔的外形能使外圈和保持架自上至下嵌入内胆的空腔中。本发明适用于航空轴承的包装。

一种用于航空一体化轴承的包装盒及轴承打包方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装盒,具体涉及一种轴承包装盒及轴承打包方法。
背景技术
现有的轴承外包装采用的是瓦楞纸纸盒包装,内包装采用聚乙烯真空塑封包装。内、外包装与一体化结构轴承的形状匹配性差,在运输中包装容易因震动产生漏气,导致轴承出现磕碰伤,且防腐防潮性较差。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题,而提供一种用于航空一体化轴承的包装盒及轴承打包方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采取的技术方案是:
方案一:一种用于航空一体化轴承的包装盒包括外包装盒和两个对称的内胆;
两个内胆扣合在一起形成上下两个空腔,两个内胆设置在外包装盒内,两个内胆上部的空腔的上方设有包装盖,
两个内胆下部的空腔与轴承的内圈的外形相匹配,所述上部的空腔的外形能使外圈和保持架自上至下嵌入内胆的空腔中;
上部的空腔的侧壁具有台肩。
方案二:一种轴承打包方法包括以下几个步骤:
一、先将轴承的外圈、内圈、保持架和滚动体涂油,并分别放入真空密封袋进行真空密封;
二、将内圈放入两个内胆下部的空腔中,并将内圈的中间放入一个圆柱形填充物,再将两个内胆扣合固定;
三、将保持架放入两个内胆上部的空腔中,并在保持架中放入滚动体,同时在两个内胆的侧壁、保持架和滚动体之间使用气泡膜隔离;
四、在两个内胆上部的空腔内放入外圈,外圈的中间放入一个圆柱形填充物,盖上包装盖并将两个内胆置于外包装盒内,扣上外包装盒的盖子。
进一步地,所述圆柱形填充物的材质为聚乙烯发泡定型物。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明轴承的外圈、保持架和滚动体之间填充有气泡膜,并且在内圈和外圈放入圆柱形填充物,起到隔离和缓冲的作用。
2、本发明便于携带,易于开启,方便拆卸、使用、贮存,并有利于废弃处理。
3、轴承采用分离式单独包装的方法,内包装塑封以后轴承套圈被包裹紧致,缓冲材料做成模具形状,起到的缓冲作用强,包装结构新颖,实用性强,整体包装方案美观大方。

具体实施方式
具体实施方式一:结合图1-图3来说明本实施方式,本实施方式一种用于航空一体化轴承的包装盒包括外包装盒1和两个对称的内胆2;
两个内胆2扣合在一起形成上下两个空腔,两个内胆2设置在外包装盒1内,两个内胆2上部的空腔的上方设有包装盖3,
两个内胆2下部的空腔与轴承的内圈4的外形相匹配,所述上部的空腔的外形能使外圈5和保持架6自上至下嵌入内胆2的空腔中;
上部的空腔的侧壁具有台肩2-1。
具体实施方式二:结合图1来说明本实施方式,本实施方式两个内胆2和包装盖3的材质均为泡塑。
其它组成和连接关系与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式三:结合图4-图6来说明本实施方式,本实施方式一种轴承打包方法包括以下几个步骤:
一、先将轴承的外圈5、内圈4、保持架6和滚动体7涂油,并分别放入真空密封袋进行真空密封;
二、将内圈4放入两个内胆2下部的空腔中,并将内圈4的中间放入一个圆柱形填充物8,再将两个内胆2扣合固定;
三、将保持架6放入两个内胆2上部的空腔中,并在保持架6中放入滚动体7,同时在两个内胆2的侧壁、保持架6和滚动体7之间使用气泡膜隔离;
四、在两个内胆2上部的空腔内放入外圈5,外圈5的中间放入一个圆柱形填充物8,盖上包装盖3并将两个内胆2置于外包装盒内,扣上外包装盒1的盖子。
具体实施方式四:结合图5和图6来说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述圆柱形填充物8的材质为聚乙烯发泡定型物。
如此设置,起到缓冲作用,并可以回收利用,更加环保。
其它组成和连接关系与具体实施方式三相同。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于航空一体化轴承的包装盒,其特征在于:它包括外包装盒(1)和两个对称的内胆(2);
两个内胆(2)扣合在一起形成上下两个空腔,上下两个空腔之间设置有隔板,两个内胆(2)设置在外包装盒(1)内,两个内胆(2)上部的空腔的上方设有包装盖(3),
两个内胆(2)下部的空腔与轴承的内圈(4)的外形相匹配,所述上部的空腔的外形能使外圈(5)和保持架(6)自上至下嵌入内胆(2)的空腔中;
上部的空腔的侧壁具有台肩(2-1),
轴承的外圈、保持架和滚动体之间填充有气泡膜,并且在内圈和外圈放入圆柱形填充物;
所述的包装盒的轴承打包方法,它包括以下几个步骤:
一、先将轴承的外圈(5)、内圈(4)、保持架(6)和滚动体(7)涂油,并分别放入真空密封袋进行真空密封;
二、将内圈(4)放入两个内胆(2)下部的空腔中,并将内圈(4)的中间放入一个圆柱形填充物(8),再将两个内胆(2)扣合固定;
三、将保持架(6)放入两个内胆(2)上部的空腔中,并在保持架(6)中放入滚动体(7),同时在两个内胆(2)的侧壁、保持架(6)和滚动体(7)之间使用气泡膜隔离;
四、在两个内胆(2)上部的空腔内放入外圈(5),外圈(5)的中间放入一个圆柱形填充物(8),盖上包装盖(3)并将两个内胆(2)置于外包装盒内,扣上外包装盒(1)的盖子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其特征在于:两个内胆(2)和包装盖(3)的材质均为泡塑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其特征在于:所述圆柱形填充物(8)的材质为聚乙烯发泡定型物。
