Application example
The compositions prepared in the above examples and comparative examples can be used in cosmetics. The types of cosmetics include, but are not limited to, lotions, essences, milks, creams, masks, introductions, color cosmetics, and the like. DPPH radical clearance was calculated as follows: DPPH radical clearance (%) = [1- (A1-A2)/A3 ] × 100%, and the results of detection are shown in table 3, taking the average of three measurements.

As can be seen from Table 3, the ergothioneine matsutake extract, brown rice fermented filtrate and acetylcysteine-containing composition of the formulation of the present invention has more excellent hydroxyl radical scavenging rate and DPPH radical scavenging rate, and the ergothioneine matsutake extract, brown rice fermented filtrate and acetylcysteine have excellent synergistic effects as analyzed by comparing examples 1-7 with comparative examples 1-6; it can be obtained by analyzing example 1 and comparative examples 7 to 9 that the selected content of the present invention is excellent in effect, and the increase in content beyond this content range does not bring about a doubling of the effect. Carnosine is a multifunctional active peptide, can effectively quench active oxygen free radicals, can complex heavy metals, has other effects of detoxifying and detoxifying heavy metals and the like, and has a better effect in the anti-blue-light composition. It can be seen from the analysis of example 2 and comparative example 10 that the replacement of the ergothioneine matsutake extract in the composition with carnosine commonly used on the market, at the same content, did not differ significantly in the rate of hydroxyl radical scavenging and DPPH radical scavenging.

From the data analysis of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 6, it can be seen that the ergothioneine matsutake extract, the brown rice fermented filtrate and the acetyl chitosamine have synergistic whitening effect, and from the comparison analysis of example 2 and comparative example 10, it can be seen that the composition of the present invention has superior whitening effect at the same content by replacing the ergothioneine matsutake extract in the composition with carnosine, which is a commonly used anti-blue light raw material in the market.
Experimental example 3 Effect of regulating biological rhythm
The main component of the B-Circadin raw material developed by Laien corporation of Switzerland is the extract of the leaf/stem of Lespedeza capitata, and the contained active components of echinacoside and isoschaftoside are directly involved in maintaining the biological rhythm. It was found that a concentration of 3% B-Circadin had the best results, so this test was conducted using 3% B-Circadin in comparison with example 1.
Volunteers: 18 women of 25-35 years old are healthy, live for 2 weeks according to the same work and rest rule and diet rule, and are subjected to experiments during which the work and rest rule and the diet rule are the same.

Evaluation criteria: the volunteers subjectively evaluate the change condition of the skin fatigue symptom according to the skin condition of the volunteers.
And (3) test results: of the 18 volunteers, 50% of the persons felt about the fatigue symptoms with almost the same effect, 22.2% of the persons felt about the fatigue symptoms with better effect than the left face, and 27.8% of the persons felt about the fatigue symptoms with better effect than the right face. It can be seen that the composition of the present invention comprising ergothioneine matsutake mushroom extract, brown rice fermentation filtrate and acetylcysteine has the effect of regulating biological rhythm.
As can be seen from the experimental data of experimental examples 1-3, the composition containing ergothioneine matsutake mushroom extract, brown rice fermentation filtrate and acetyl chitosamine of the present invention has excellent performance in improving pigmentation, delaying skin aging, and regulating biological rhythm, and can achieve more comprehensive blue light prevention effect through three aspects, and the combination of the three has excellent blue light prevention effect.

Claims (9)

1. A blue light resisting composition containing ergothioneine extract, brown rice fermentation filtrate and acetyl chitosamine is characterized by comprising the following effective components in parts by weight: 0.1-2.0 parts of ergothioneine extract, 0.1-4.0 parts of brown rice fermentation filtrate and 0.1-2.0 parts of acetyl chitosamine;
the ergothioneine extract is prepared from Hericium Erinaceus (Hericium Erinaceus)Hericium erinaceus ) CCTCC No: and (3) treating the fermentation liquor obtained by the fermentation of M2018567 to obtain an extracting solution, wherein the content of ergothioneine in the ergothioneine extracting solution is more than or equal to 200mg/L.
2. The blue light-resistant composition according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following effective ingredients in parts by weight: 0.5-2.0 parts of ergothioneine extract, 0.5-4.0 parts of brown rice fermentation filtrate and 0.5-2.0 parts of acetyl chitosamine.
3. The blue-light resistant composition of claim 1, wherein: the content of the ergothioneine in the ergothioneine extracting solution is more than or equal to 300 mg/L.
4. The blue-light resistant composition of claim 1, wherein: the brown rice fermentation filtrate is obtained by performing impurity removal and sterilization treatment on fermentation liquor obtained by fermenting brown rice with yeast.
5. Use of the anti-blue light composition comprising ergothioneine extract, brown rice fermented filtrate and acetyl chitosamine according to any one of claims 1-4 in the preparation of cosmetics for regulating skin biorhythm, delaying skin aging or improving pigmentation.
6. Use of the anti-blue light composition comprising ergothioneine extract, brown rice fermented filtrate and acetyl chitosamine according to any one of claims 1-4 in anti-blue light cosmetics.
7. A blue light resistant cosmetic is characterized in that: the effective components comprise the ergothioneine-containing extract as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, brown rice fermentation filtrate and acetyl chitosamine.
8. The blue-light resistant cosmetic as set forth in claim 7, wherein: the content of ergothioneine extract in cosmetic is 0.1-2.0wt%, the content of brown rice fermented filtrate in cosmetic is 0.1-4.0 wt%, and the content of acetyl chitosamine in cosmetic is 0.1-2.0wt%.
9. The blue-light resistant cosmetic as set forth in claim 7, wherein: the cosmetic comprises lotion, essence, milk, cream, facial mask, introduction liquid or color makeup.
