A fourth pushing assembly 65, referring to fig. 7-8, the fourth pushing assembly 65 disposed on the third contact 6444, the fourth pushing assembly 65 comprising; a fourth base plate, a fourth telescoping cylinder 652, and a fourth contact 653. A fourth base plate is connected to the upper end face of the third contact piece 6444, the fourth telescopic cylinder 652 is fixed to the fourth base plate, and the fourth telescopic cylinder 652 is located above, preferably right above, the third contact piece 6444; the fourth contact 653 is acted on by the fourth telescoping cylinder 652 such that when the third contact 6444 is acted on the cardboard four-part 84, the fourth contact 653 acts on the four-part bellows 841 to fold the four-part bellows 841 inward.
A packaging line, with reference to fig. 12-14, for packaging products, the packaging line comprising: the automatic paper board turning machine comprises a paper board 8 positioning machine 3, a feeding machine 1, a paper board 8 lifting machine 5, a grabbing machine 4, a sealing machine and a bag overturning machine 7. Wherein, grabbing machine 4 is used in on material loading machine 1, 8 location machines of cardboard 3 and 8 lifts 5 of cardboard, places cardboard 8 and the product of treating packing in proper order on 8 location machines of cardboard 3's of cardboard platform through grabbing machine 4 to on together transporting cardboard 8 and the product of treating packing to carton folder 6 through the platform.
The feeding machine 1, referring to fig. 15, the feeding machine 1 is disposed corresponding to the positioning machine 3 for the paper board 8, and the feeding machine 1 can accommodate a product to be packaged. The feeder 1 includes a feeder frame 11, a feeding conveyor belt 12, and a feeding wheel 13. The feeding conveyer belt 12 drives the product to be packaged to transport, and the feeding wheel 13 is used for further pushing the product to be packaged and limiting the moving direction of the product to be packaged.
Conveyor 2, reference 16-17, conveyor 2 being intended to transport products to be packaged, conveyor 2 comprising: a conveyor frame 21, a horizontal conveyor belt 22, and a conveyance stopper 23. The conveyor 2 is transported by means of a horizontal conveyor belt 22.
Cardboard 8 lift 5, refer to fig. 22, cardboard 8 lift 5 corresponds to cardboard 8 positioning machine 3 and can hold a cardboard 8 on cardboard 8 lift 5. The cardboard 8 lift 5 comprises: a lifter frame 51, a lifter plate 52, and a lifter motor 53. The lifting motor 53 acts on the lifting disc 52, and the lifting disc 52 drives the paper board 8 to move up and down.
The machine 3 for positioning the cardboard 8, with reference to figures 18-21, is provided with a platform that can move back and forth on the machine 3 for positioning the cardboard 8. The cardboard 8 positioning machine 3 comprises: a positioning frame 31, a positioning machine roller 32, a first limit component 33 and a second limit component 34.
The first position-limiting assembly 33 includes a first position-limiting cylinder 331, a fixing plate 332, a first position-limiting member 333 and a guiding member 334, the fixing plate 332 is disposed on the positioning frame 31, the first position-limiting cylinder 331 and the fixing plate 332 are disposed below the positioning roller 32, and the fixing plate 332 and the first position-limiting member 333 are driven by the first position-limiting cylinder 331 to change the position of the paper board 8.
The second position-limiting assembly 34 includes a supporting member 341, a moving member 342, a second position-limiting member 343, a second position-limiting cylinder 344, a connecting rod 345, a transmission member 346, and a hand wheel 347. The second position-limiting cylinder 344 acts on the second position-limiting member 343 to limit and adjust the position of the sheet 8, and the hand wheel 347 acts on the transmission member 346 to linearly move the second position-limiting member 343 with respect to the positioning roller 32.
Gripper 4, with reference to fig. 23-26, gripper 4 is freely movable; and the paper folding machine 6 is arranged behind the paper board 8 positioning machine 3. The gripper 4 includes: a gripper frame 41; a grasping assembly 42, the grasping assembly 42 comprising: the grabbing framework 421 is arranged above the paperboard 8 positioning machine 3, and the grabbing framework 421 is movably arranged on the grabbing rack 41; the grabbing part is arranged on the grabbing framework 421 and can grab the paper board 8 and the product to be packaged; wherein, it drives the portion of snatching between material loading machine 1, 8 location machines 3 of cardboard and 8 lifts 5 to snatch skeleton 421 to accomplish through the portion of snatching and snatch the operation.
The sealing machine is used for sealing the folded carton by using an adhesive tape in the prior art.
The bag tilting machine 7, referring to fig. 27-28, the bag tilting machine 7 is arranged at the rear of the sealing machine, and the bag tilting machine 7 comprises: a bag overturning frame 71; the clamping and overturning assembly is arranged on the ladle overturning frame 71 and can clamp and overturn; wherein, centre gripping upset subassembly is used in on the carton, changes the position of carton.
Principle of operation
Transporting the product to be packaged to a paperboard 8 positioning machine 3 through a feeding machine 1 and a conveyor 2; the flat paper boards 8 are transported to the paper board 8 positioning machine 3 through the paper board 8 lifter 5; grabbing the paper board 8 onto the paper board 8 positioning machine 3 through the grabbing machine 4, grabbing and placing a product to be packaged onto the paper board 8 positioned on the paper board 8 positioning machine 3, wherein the product to be packaged is placed on the paper board portion 81 of the paper board 8; the cardboard 8 with the product to be packaged is moved towards the carton folder 6 by means of the cardboard 8 positioning machine 3.
On the carton folding machine 6, the first pushing component 66 is firstly utilized to limit the second carton parts 82 at the front end and the rear end of the carton 8, then the first contact piece 664 of the first pushing component 66 is utilized to fold the second carton parts 82 upwards and inwards, and meanwhile, the second carton parts 82 drive the second folding lugs 821 to lift; after the second portion 82 of the blank is folded over; the second first contact member 667 moves to turn over the second folding lug 821 inwards; while maintaining the state of the first pushing member 66, the second pushing member 63 is actuated to push the third portion 83 of the paper sheet upward and inward by the second contact member 635, and the third portion 83 of the paper sheet is used to hold the second tab 821; while the three paper boards 83 are folded, the four paper boards 84 are lifted, and the third pushing assembly 64 is used for pushing the four paper boards 84 to be folded inwards; while the four portions 84 of the paper board are folded, the first pushing assembly 66 and the second pushing assembly 63 are slightly loosened, so that a space is generated between the two portions 82 of the paper board and the product to be packaged, the four folding lugs 841 are folded downwards and inwards by the fourth pushing assembly 65 and are inserted between the two portions 82 of the paper board and the product to be packaged, and the first pushing assembly 66, the second pushing assembly 63, the third pushing assembly 64 and the fourth pushing assembly 65 apply force to tighten the carton, so that the folding of the paper board 8 into the carton under the condition of placing the product is completed.
Then, the first pushing unit 66, the second pushing unit 63, and the fourth pushing unit 65 are reset, and the carton folding machine 6 conveys the folded carton to the capper while the third pushing unit 64 presses the four cardboard portions 84, and the capper bonds the three cardboard portions 83 of the folded carton with an adhesive tape while the carton is moving.
And finally, the carton is conveyed by the sealing machine to move towards the bag turning machine 7, and the carton is clamped by the bag turning machine 7 and leaves the packaging production line.
The technical effects are as follows:
1. in the embodiment of the application, by arranging the paper folding machine, the roller of the paper folding machine is utilized to drive the paper board and the product to be packaged on the paper board to move, the product to be packaged which is originally arranged on one part of the paper board is taken as an inner supporting piece, and the first pushing assembly, the second pushing assembly, the third pushing assembly and the fourth pushing assembly push the second paper board, the third paper board and the fourth paper board to be attached to the outer side of the product to be packaged, so that the paper board is gradually folded into a paper box shape; the technical problems that in the prior art, the manual folding carton is low in working efficiency and unstable in packaging quality, and the overall efficiency of product packaging is affected are solved; the technical effects of automatically folding the carton and accelerating the product packaging speed are achieved.
2. In the embodiment of the application, the second paper board part is turned and folded by the first contact element and the second first contact element on the first pushing assembly, the third paper board part and the fourth paper board part are used for clamping the second folding lug, the position of the second paper board part is fixed, the first pushing assembly can reset, the front side and the rear side of the paper box are released, the paper box can be transported linearly on a paper box folding machine, the folded paper box can move towards a sealing machine, and the finished package is realized.
3. In the embodiment of the application, the cooperation of the first pushing assembly, the second pushing assembly and the third pushing assembly is utilized to clamp the two-part folded lug on the three paper boards, so that the four paper boards clamp the four-part folded lug, so that the three paper boards are tightened by the four paper boards, and the carton without the tape package can move towards the sealing machine under the action of the third pushing assembly.

Claims (4)

1. A method of operating a box folding machine for folding cartons, the machine comprising:
a paper folding box frame;
the rolling shaft of the paper folding machine is arranged on the paper folding machine frame and can contain a paperboard;
the first pushing assembly is arranged on the carton folding machine frame;
the second pushing assembly is arranged on the carton folding machine frame; and the number of the first and second groups,
the third pushing assembly is arranged on the carton folding machine frame;
the first pushing assemblies are arranged in two groups and are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the paper folding box rack; the first pushing assembly comprises:
the first base plate is arranged on the paper folding box rack;
the first turnover plate is arranged on the first base plate, and the first turnover plate is connected with a first power source and can be turned over forwards and backwards; and the number of the first and second groups,
the first contact piece is arranged on the first turnover plate;
the first turnover plate acts on the first contact piece, and the second paperboard is turned inwards through the first contact piece.
The first pushing assembly further comprises:
the second first contact piece is arranged on the first contact piece; the second first contact piece is connected with a second power source and can push the second folding lug of the second paperboard part to fold inwards;
the first contact piece is provided with a first movable groove, and the first contact piece is movable relative to the first contact piece through the first movable groove.
The second pushing assemblies are arranged on the lower side and/or the left side and the right side of the carton folding machine frame; the second pushing assembly comprises:
the second base plate is arranged on the paper folding box rack;
a second contact member; and the number of the first and second groups,
the telescopic assembly is connected with the second base plate and the second contact piece and can move in a telescopic mode;
wherein the telescopic assembly acts on the second contact member and enables the three parts of the paper board to be folded inwards through the second contact member;
when the carton folding machine works, the first pushing component is used for limiting the two paperboards at the front end and the rear end of each paperboard on the carton folding machine, then the first contact piece of the first pushing component is used for folding the two paperboards upwards and inwards, and meanwhile, the two paperboards drive the two folding lugs to lift; after the second paper board part is folded; the second contact piece acts to turn the second folding lug inwards; the second pushing component acts while maintaining the state of the first pushing component, the third part of the paper board is pushed upwards and inwards by the second contact piece, and the second folding lug is clamped by the third part of the paper board; when the three parts of the paper board are turned over, the four parts of the paper board are lifted, and then the four parts of the paper board are pushed to be turned inwards by using a third pushing assembly; when the four parts of the paper boards are folded, the first pushing assembly and the second pushing assembly are slightly loosened, so that a space is formed between the second part of the paper boards and a product to be packaged, the fourth pushing assembly is utilized to fold the four folding lugs downwards and inwards, the four folding lugs are inserted between the second part of the paper boards and the product to be packaged, the first pushing assembly, the second pushing assembly, the third pushing assembly and the fourth pushing assembly apply force to the paper box to be tightened, and the paper boards are folded into the paper box under the condition that the product is placed;
then, the first pushing assembly, the second pushing assembly and the fourth pushing assembly are reset, and the paper board is pushed to the next process under the condition that the third pushing assembly presses the four parts of the paper board.
2. The method of operation of claim 1, wherein said telescoping assembly comprises:
the second movable plate is arranged on the carton folding machine frame;
the second telescopic cylinder II is arranged on the second base plate, connected with and acting on the second movable plate; and the number of the first and second groups,
the first telescopic cylinder is arranged on the second movable plate, connected with and acting on the second contact piece;
the motion directions of the first telescopic cylinder and the second telescopic cylinder are staggered, so that the telescopic assembly has two-direction freedom degrees.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the third pusher assembly is disposed above the carton folding frame, the third pusher assembly comprising:
the third pushing framework is arranged on the paper folding box rack;
a third push arm disposed on the third push skeleton; and the third push arm can move telescopically; and the number of the first and second groups,
the third power source is arranged on the third pushing framework and connected with a third pushing arm, so that the third pushing arm can move;
the movement direction of the third pushing arm is staggered with the movement direction driven by the power source III, so that the third pushing arm can push the three paper boards to be folded inwards.
4. The method of operation of claim 3, wherein the third power source comprises:
a third motor disposed on the third push skeleton;
two third driving wheels are arranged and are respectively arranged at the outer sides of the two third pushing arms, the third driving wheels are arranged on the third pushing framework, and one third driving wheel is connected with the third motor; and the number of the first and second groups,
the third transmission part is of a closed-loop structure and is sleeved between the two third transmission wheels; and the two sides of the third transmission part are in a vertical parallel state;
the number of the third pushing arms is two, and each third pushing arm is provided with a linkage piece; and the two third pushing arms are respectively connected with two sides of the third transmission part which are arranged up and down through the linkage pieces.
