the video and audio conference processing module is responsible for registering a server, processing the signaling of the video and audio conference, processing the signaling between the data conference modules and the like;
the video and audio conference media processing module is responsible for processing video and audio of the original video conference, such as encoding, decoding, sending and the like; and synthesizing the images of the data conference module.
The document processing system of the video conference can simultaneously hold the video conference and the data conference, and the MCU is used as a conference terminal to join the data conference, shares the document in the video conference into the data conference, and sends the edited document back to each terminal in the video conference through the MCU after the document in the video conference is edited in the data conference, thereby realizing the editing and sharing of the document in the video conference by the conference terminal of the video conference.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, a third embodiment of the present invention provides another method for processing a document for a video conference, and for convenience of description, this embodiment divides the method for processing a video conference into three stages, i.e., creating a conference user, holding a conference, and editing a document in a conference.
In practical application, the data conference management unit can be configured on the MCU server, and after the configuration is successful, the MCU and the data conference management unit can communicate with each other.
In practical application, an IP and a port of the data conference management unit may be configured on the MCU, and the data conference management unit may synchronize the data conference account to the MCU in real time.
Referring to fig. 3, a process of creating a conference user includes:
step S301, the MCU obtains the conference attribute of the user to be created, and executes step S303 when the user configures the data conference attribute, otherwise executes step S302.
And step S302, the MCU only creates a video conference account.
At this time, the user created by the MCU is only a common video conference account, and can only participate in a video/audio conference, and only perform video/audio conferences with the MCU.
Step S303, the MCU creates a video conference account and sends information for creating the data conference account to the data conference management unit.
If the user to be created has both the video conference attribute and the data conference attribute, the user can simultaneously participate in the video and audio conference and the data conference, and needs to create a video conference user account and a data conference user account for the user.
Step S304, the data conference management unit creates a data conference user, and executes step S305 when the creation is successful, and executes step S306 when the creation is failed.
In this step, the number of the data conference account is consistent with the number of the video conference account created on the MCU.
Step S305, the data conference management unit returns a message of successful creation to the MCU.
At this time, the state of successful registration of the data conference user is displayed on the MCU, and the user can see the information of successful creation of the data conference user account on the MCU.
Step S306, the data conference management unit returns a message of failed creation to the MCU.
And displaying the state of the registration failure of the data user on the MCU, and enabling the user to see the information of the successful creation of the data conference user account on the MCU.
In practical application, a plurality of data conference account numbers can be added to the data conference management unit and synchronized to the MCU, the data conference account numbers can hold or join a data conference, and then a video conference address book is added to the MCU. The videoconference accounts within these address books are used to join the videoconference. When the address book is added, a digital conference account can be divided into each video conference account according to the requirement.
Referring to fig. 4, the process of holding a conference includes:
step S401, the MCU receives a conference holding request.
The conference holding request may be sent by a created conference user, and if the conference user has a video conference account and a data conference account, the request may carry data conference parameters including the data conference account.
And step S402, judging whether the indication carries the data conference parameters, if so, executing step S404, otherwise, executing step S403.
In practical application, a configuration item for judging whether to hold a data conference or not can be added in the MCU conference video conference template. If the configuration item is selected in the template, the data conference management unit synchronously holds a data conference while holding the video conference.
And step S403, the MCU only holds the video conference.
And S404, the MCU holds the video conference, acquires a video conference terminal list and a data conference terminal list, and executes the step S405.
When the MCU holds a video conference, the MCU can acquire a video conference terminal list and a data conference terminal list, and a plurality of conference terminal numbers with data conference accounts are added according to the list for conference. After the conference is held, the video conference with the participation of multiple parties is held together. And the MCU is communicated with each conference terminal in a video and audio mode.
Step S405, the MCU sends a request for creating the data conference to the data conference management unit, and simultaneously sends the data conference terminal list to the data conference management unit.
Step S406, the data conference management unit holds a data conference in the data conference management unit, and generates a conference number and a conference password of the data conference.
At this time, the data conference does not have a terminal to join, the data conference management unit stores the data conference list information sent by the MCU, and only the terminals in the list can join the data conference.
And step S407, the data conference management unit sends the data conference number and the conference password information to the MCU.
And step S408, the MCU sends information such as the data conference number, the conference password and the like to each conference terminal in the conference.
And step S409, adding the MCU as a data conference terminal into the data conference.
Referring to fig. 5, the process of editing a document in a conference includes:
step S501, the conference terminal A of the video conference sends the auxiliary stream document to the MCU through the auxiliary stream channel.
In practical application, after the MCU multipoint video conference is successfully held, the PC sends the document to the conference terminal A, the conference terminal A sends the auxiliary stream to the MCU, and the MCU sends the auxiliary stream to other terminals in the conference.
Step S502, the MCU sends the auxiliary stream document to other conference terminals in the conference, and simultaneously sends the auxiliary stream document to the data conference management unit.
Because the MCU is already added into the data conference synchronously held by the MCU, the auxiliary stream document is shared in the data conference, and other data clients added into the data conference can synchronously edit the auxiliary stream document.
Step S503, the data conference management unit receives the auxiliary stream document sent by the MCU, stores the content of the auxiliary stream document in the data conference management unit and synchronously forwards the content to the conference terminal joining the data conference.
Step S504, the terminal B receives the auxiliary stream document sent by the data conference management unit, displays the auxiliary stream document on the data conference page of the terminal, and modifies and edits the document.
In practical application, when a conference terminal of a video conference receives an auxiliary stream document sent by an MCU, the auxiliary stream document is synchronously displayed. If the terminal B needs to edit the auxiliary stream document, the terminal B is added to the data conference, and other conference terminals that do not need to edit the auxiliary stream document may also choose to add or not add the data conference.
Specifically, the terminal B can log in the terminal console, open the data conference module on the console, and join the data conference by one key.
In practical application, each conference terminal can select whether to join the video conference and the data conference or not according to the received invitation of the MCU and the data conference management unit, and can also actively request to join the video conference or the data conference.
Step S505, terminal B sends the modified document to the data conference management unit.
Step S506, the modified document sent by the data conference management unit storage terminal B is synchronously sent to each conference terminal and MCU in the data conference.
And step S507, the MCU sends the received modified document to each conference terminal in the video conference through the original auxiliary channel.
Therefore, all terminals in the video conference can receive the newly edited auxiliary stream document (namely, the modified document), thereby realizing the multi-party synchronous editing of the auxiliary stream document.
In practical applications, if other terminals participate in editing the auxiliary stream document, steps S504 to 507 may be repeated.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, a storage medium according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention includes a stored program, and when the program runs, the storage medium controls a device on which the storage medium is located to perform the operations according to the first embodiment and the third embodiment.
