In the video conference process of fig. 5, it is assumed that the conference participants of the terminal 2 have doubt on a certain content in the PPT, and the process is as shown in fig. 6 to mark and explain the PPT. To mark a PPT, it is first necessary to confirm that there is a marking authority to interact with. The authority is configured by a chairman terminal in a video conference when a sender sends the PPT, and if the authority is configured to allow interaction, any participant has the authority to draw the PPT; if the system is configured to be interactive after application, the system needs to apply for the chairman and draw after the chairman obtains the approval. And displaying a state prompt indicating whether the PPT is authorized to be operated or not on a terminal interface.
The positions of the terminal 3 and the terminal 2 are equal, so the process of the terminal 3 for interacting is the same as that of the terminal 2. Once all terminals obtain the interaction right, all terminals can draw the PPT at the same time, and drawing traces of other parties to the PPT can be received at the same time.
All strokes are displayed on the terminals of all participants in the drawing process in real time, so that the requirement of real-time operation and real-time sharing is met.
During the video conference or after the video conference is finished, the shared content may be selected to be saved, where the shared content includes content for marking the shared content in the conference, and the process is as shown in fig. 7. In the application example, a remote desktop application program can be directly installed in the conference terminal to carry out remote desktop control on the PC, so that the trouble of carrying out remote desktop control on the PC through an external notebook computer is saved. When the video conference is needed, the conference terminal can open a remote application program through the menu, so that one PC can be remotely controlled, and the remote desktop can be sent to each participant through the dual video transmission stream to realize sharing.
When the application described above is used as an auxiliary video to send dual-stream sharing, a user can select a picture to be displayed and a display format of the picture by himself.
