Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车尾气净化装置,属于汽车制造技术领域,包括装置本体,装置本体左侧设置进气管,进气管内设置第一放电针和第二放电针,进气管右侧设置第一空气管,第一空气管右侧若干第二空气管,第二空气管上下两侧设置温差发电板,温差发电板右侧设置混合管,混合管右侧设置除尘箱,除尘箱右侧设置三元催化剂,通过进气管内的放电针对汽车尾气进行电离,使尾气中的颗粒物携带正电荷,温差发电板利用尾气和空气的温差进行发电,第一混合管将空气和尾气进行混合的同时进行发电,使尾气的温度保持在催化剂的最佳工作温度,除尘箱去除尾气中的颗粒物,在尾气净化的同时进行发电,减少了能源的消耗。

一种汽车尾气净化装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车尾气处理的技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车尾气净化装置。
背景技术
在现代文明中,汽车已经成为人类不可缺少的交通运输工具。但是,在汽车产业高速发展、汽车产量和保有量不断增加的同时,汽车也带来了大气污染,即汽车尾气污染。在中国大中型城市,汽车尾气排放已成为主要的大气污染源,而且汽车尾气排出的余热占汽车发动机产生的能量比例大约为30~40% ,尾气中的能量大都被直接排放到空气中,造成了能量的浪费,同时汽车在高负荷运转的情况下,尾气的温度可以达到800以上,而目前常用的三元催化器中的催化剂的活性温度是400摄氏度到800摄氏度,温度过高会使催化剂老化加剧。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种汽车尾气净化装置。
本发明的技术方案为,一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括装置本体,装置本体左侧设置进气管,进气管右侧设置除尘箱,除尘箱内设置负电极板,除尘箱右侧设置第一空气管,第一空气管右侧三个第二空气管,第一空气管上下两端设置气泵,气泵固定在装置本体上,第一空气管右侧设置若干第二空气管,第二空气管上下两侧设置温差发电板,温差发电板外侧的装置本体上对称设置蓄电池,温差发电板右侧设置第一混合管,第一混合管内设置挡板,挡板中设置若干内管,内管中部设置滑槽,滑槽内设置转动叶片,转动叶片中部固定微型电机,微型电机通过固定杆固定在内筒内壁,内筒右侧外部设置固定环,固定环上设置螺孔,第一混合管右侧设置第二混合管,第二混合管内设置扰流片,扰流片通过固定杆固定在第二混合管内,第二混合管右侧设置三元催化器。
优选的,所述进气管内设置第一金属板,第一金属板右侧设置第一固定杆,第一固定杆上设置第一放电针,第一金属板右侧的进气管内设置第二金属板,第二金属板左侧固定第二固定杆,第二固定杆上设置第二放电针。
优选的,所述第二空气管的数量是三个。
优选的,所述内管的数量是七个。
优选的,所述第一放电针的长针与第二放电针的短针对应设置。
优选的,所述第一金属板与第二金属板上均设置通孔。
有益效果
在本发明中装置本体左侧设置进气管,进气管右侧设置温差发电板,温差发电板外侧的装置本体上对称设置蓄电池,温差发电板右侧设置第一混合管,第一混合管内微型电机,第一混合管右侧设置第二混合管,第二混合管内设置扰流片,第二混合管右侧设置三元催化器,通过第一放电针和第二放电针使尾气中的颗粒物携带正电荷,经过电离的尾气中携带正电荷,在负电极板处进行除尘,在温差发电板处利用尾气与空气的温差进行发电,然后进入第一混合管,使微型电机发电,温差发电板和微型电机同时将电能储存到蓄电池内,对汽车进行供电,空气与尾气混合后,将尾气的温度降低到三元催化器中催化剂的活性温度,经过除尘的混合气体进入三元催化器,减少废气中的碳氢化合物、一氧化碳和氮氧化合物。

下面结合附图对本发明进行具体描述,如图1-6所示,一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括装置本体1,装置本体1左侧设置进气管3,进气管3内设置第一金属板10,第一金属板10右侧设置第一固定杆11,第一固定杆11上设置第一放电针12,第一金属板10右侧的进气管内设置第二金属板15,第一金属板10与第二金属板15上均设置通孔,第二金属板15左侧固定第二固定杆14,第二固定杆14上设置第二放电针13,第一放电针12的长针与第二放电针13的短针对应设置,进气管3右侧设置除尘箱8,除尘箱8内设置负电极板22,除尘箱8右侧设置第一空气管4,第一空气管4右侧三个第二空气管6,第一空气管4上下两端设置气泵2,气泵2固定在装置本体1上,第二空气管6上下两侧设置温差发电板5,温差发电板5外侧的装置本体1上对称设置蓄电池16,温差发电板5右侧设置第一混合管17,第一混合管17内设置挡板18,挡板18中设置七个内管20,内管20中部设置滑槽23,滑槽23内设置转动叶片21,转动叶片21中部固定微型电机26,微型电机26通过固定装置固定在内筒20内壁,内筒20右侧外部设置固定环24,固定环24上设置螺孔25,第一混合管17右侧设置第二混合管19,第二混合管19内设置扰流片27,扰流片27通过固定杆28固定在第二混合管19内,第二混合管19右侧设置三元催化器9。
汽车发动机启动后,燃气通过进气管3进入装置本体1,设置在进气管3中的第一放电针12和第二放电针13使尾气中的颗粒物携带正电荷,经过电离的尾气进入右侧除尘箱8,除尘箱8内的负电极板22对带正电的颗粒物进行吸附,气泵2将空气吹入第一空气管4,第一空气管4将空气输送到第二空气管6中,温差发电板5利用尾气与第二空气管6中空气的温差进行发电,然后尾气和空气进入第一混合管19,第一混合管19左端的挡板18将混合气体导入内管20,在内管20中混合气体使转动叶片21绕微型电机26转动,扰动叶片21使空气与尾气初步混合,温差发电板5与微型电机26转动产生的电能储存到蓄电池16内,通过内管20的空气进入第二混合管19,在第二混合管19内,空气通过扰流片27,在流动过程中进一步混合,第一混合管17中的转动叶片21和第二混合管19中的扰流片27配合实现尾气与空气的混合,通过引入空气将尾气的温度降低到三元催化器9中催化剂的活性温度范围内,避免催化剂因温度过高而老化,经过除尘的混合气体进入三元催化器9,减少废气中的碳氢化合物、一氧化碳和氮氧化合物。

1.一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括装置本体,其特征在于:所述装置本体左侧设置进气管,进气管右侧设置除尘箱,除尘箱内设置负电极板,除尘箱右侧设置第一空气管,第一空气管右侧三个第二空气管,第一空气管上下两端设置气泵,气泵固定在装置本体上,第一空气管右侧设置若干第二空气管,第二空气管上下两侧设置温差发电板,温差发电板外侧的装置本体上对称设置蓄电池,温差发电板右侧设置第一混合管,第一混合管内设置挡板,挡板中设置若干内管,内管中部设置滑槽,滑槽内设置转动叶片,转动叶片中部固定微型电机,微型电机通过固定杆固定在内筒内壁,内筒右侧外部设置固定环,固定环上设置螺孔,第一混合管右侧设置第二混合管,第二混合管内设置扰流片,扰流片通过固定杆固定在第二混合管内,第二混合管右侧设置三元催化器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述进气管内设置第一金属板,第一金属板右侧设置第一固定杆,第一固定杆上设置第一放电针,第一金属板右侧的进气管内设置第二金属板,第二金属板左侧固定第二固定杆,第二固定杆上设置第二放电针。
