Abstract
The invention provides a loudspeaker with a multi-magnetic-circuit structure, which comprises a basin frame with an accommodating space, a vibration system accommodated in the accommodating space and at least two magnetic circuit systems for driving the vibration system to vibrate and sound, wherein each magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic yoke and magnetic steel arranged above the magnetic yoke, the magnetic yoke comprises a bottom plate and side walls which are bent and extended along the edges of the bottom plate, the loudspeaker with the multi-magnetic-circuit structure further comprises a support ring fixed on the basin frame and arranged around the magnetic yoke and a damping piece clamped between the support ring and the side walls, the support ring and the damping piece suspend the magnetic circuit system in the accommodating space, and vibration of the magnetic circuit system counteracts vibration sense generated by at least part of the vibration system.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electroacoustic conversion, in particular to a loudspeaker with a multi-magnetic circuit structure.
Background
With the rapid development of mobile communication technology in recent years, consumers increasingly use mobile communication devices with voice functions, such as cellular phones, palm game players, portable computers, laptop computers, multimedia players, and other devices capable of communicating through public or private communication networks. The loudspeaker with the multi-magnetic circuit structure is used as a playing device with a voice function, and the vibration stability of the loudspeaker is directly related to the experience of a user and the service life of a product.
In the related art, the loudspeaker with the multi-magnetic circuit structure has strong vibration feeling when producing sound and vibrating.
Accordingly, there is a need to provide a new speaker to solve the above-mentioned problems.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the invention provides a loudspeaker with a multi-magnetic-circuit structure, which comprises a basin frame with an accommodating space, a vibration system accommodated in the accommodating space and at least two magnetic circuit systems for driving the vibration system to vibrate and sound, wherein each magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic yoke and magnetic steel arranged above the magnetic yoke, the magnetic yoke comprises a bottom plate and side walls which are bent and extended along the edge of the bottom plate, the loudspeaker with the multi-magnetic-circuit structure further comprises a support ring fixed on the basin frame and arranged around the magnetic yoke and a damping piece clamped between the support ring and the side walls, the support ring and the damping piece suspend the magnetic circuit system in the accommodating space, and vibration of the magnetic circuit system counteracts vibration sense generated by at least part of the vibration system.
Preferably, the material of the support ring is plastic or metal.
Preferably, the material of the damping piece is silica gel or rubber.
Preferably, the magnetic circuit system comprises a first magnetic circuit system and a second magnetic circuit system which is arranged at intervals with the first magnetic circuit system, the basin frame comprises a main body part and first connecting parts, the main body part is formed by enclosing, the first connecting parts are connected with two sides of the main body part, and the first connecting parts divide the accommodating space into a first accommodating space for accommodating the first magnetic circuit system and a second accommodating space for accommodating the second magnetic circuit system.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1,3 and 5-7, the present invention provides a speaker 100 with multiple magnetic circuits, which includes a frame 1 having an accommodating space 10, a vibration system 2 accommodated in the accommodating space 10, a magnetic circuit 3 driving the vibration system 2 to vibrate and sound, a support ring 4 fixed on the frame 1, a damping member 5 clamped between the magnetic circuit 3 and the support ring 4, and an electrical connection member 6 fixed on the frame 1, wherein the magnetic circuit 3 includes a first magnetic circuit 31 and a second magnetic circuit 32 spaced from the first magnetic circuit 31, and in other embodiments, the number of the magnetic circuits 3 may be three or more.
The basin stand 1 comprises a main body 11 surrounding the accommodating space 10 and a first connecting part 12 connected with two sides of the main body 11, the accommodating space 10 is divided into a first accommodating space 101 accommodating the first magnetic circuit system 31 and a second accommodating space 102 accommodating the second magnetic circuit system 32 by the first connecting part 12, and the electric connector 6 is fixed on the first connecting part 12.
The basin stand 1 further comprises a first protruding part 13 extending into the first receiving space 101 and a second protruding part 14 extending into the second receiving space 102.
The vibration system 2 comprises a vibrating diaphragm 21 and a first voice coil 22 vibrating the vibrating diaphragm 21 to generate vibration and a second voice coil 23 arranged at intervals with the first voice coil 22, the vibrating diaphragm 21 comprises a turndown ring 211, a fixing part 212 connected with one end of the turndown ring 211 and a plane part 213 connected with the other end of the turndown ring 211, the fixing part 212 is fixed with the frame 1, one side of the plane part 213 away from the voice coil 22 is stuck with a reinforcing part 214, the first voice coil 22 part stretches into the first magnetic circuit 31, the second voice coil 23 part stretches into the second magnetic circuit 32, the first voice coil 22 comprises an inner ring part 221 and an outer ring part 222 extending along the whole circumferential circle part of the inner ring part 211, the second voice coil 23 has the same structure as the first voice coil 22, the first voice coil 22 comprises a first lead wire 223, the second voice coil 23 comprises a second lead wire 233, the first lead wire bulge 223 is electrically connected with the second voice coil 233 along the first lead wire 13 to the second lead wire 14 or the second lead wire 233, and the second voice coil is electrically connected with the first voice coil 14 or the second voice coil 233, and the second voice coil 23 is electrically connected with the second lead wire 14, and the second voice coil 3 is electrically connected with the second lead wire 12.
The first magnetic circuit 31 includes a magnetic yoke 311, a magnetic steel 312 disposed above the magnetic yoke 311, and a pole core 313 disposed above the magnetic steel 312, the magnetic yoke 311 includes a bottom plate 3111 and a side wall 3112 extending along an edge of the bottom plate 3111, the first voice coil 22 is suspended in a magnetic gap between the magnetic steel 312 and the side wall 3112, the support ring 4 is disposed around the magnetic yoke 311, the damping member 5 is clamped between the support ring 4 and the side wall 3112, the second magnetic circuit 32 has the same structure as the first magnetic circuit 31, and is not repeated, the support ring 4 and the damping member 5 suspend the magnetic circuit 3 in the accommodating space 10, and vibration of the magnetic circuit 3 counteracts at least part of vibration generated by the vibration system 2.
The support ring 4 comprises a first support ring 41 and a second support ring 42 which is arranged at intervals with the first support ring 41, the first support ring 41 is arranged around the first magnetic circuit system 31, and the second support ring 42 is arranged around the second magnetic circuit system 32.
The first support ring 41 and the second support ring 42 each include an annular main body 411 and a joint portion 412 extending from the annular main body 411 and fixed to the damper 5, the annular main body 411 is fixed to the basin frame 1, the first protruding portion 13 is fixed to the first support ring 41, the second protruding portion 14 is fixed to the second support ring 42, and the first support ring 41 and the second support ring 42 are of a split structure formed in a split manner.
The material of the support ring 4 is plastic, the support ring 4 is adhesively connected with the basin stand 1, and in other embodiments, the material of the support ring 4 is metal.
The material of the damping member 5 is silica gel, the connection mode of the damping member 5 and the support ring 4 is adhesive, and in other embodiments, the material of the damping member 5 is rubber.
The first supporting ring 41 and the damping piece 5 suspend the first magnetic circuit system 31 in the first accommodating space 101, the second supporting ring 42 and the damping piece 5 suspend the second magnetic circuit system 32 in the second accommodating space 102, and the vibration of the magnetic circuit system 3 counteracts the vibration sense generated by the vibration of at least part of the vibration system 2.
The electrical connector 6 includes a first electrical connector 61 and a second electrical connector 62 disposed adjacent to the first electrical connector 61, the first electrical connector 61 includes a first fixing portion 611 electrically connected to the first voice coil 22, a second fixing portion 612 electrically connected to the second voice coil 23, a third fixing portion 613 electrically connected to an external circuit, and a third connecting portion 614 connecting the first fixing portion 611, the second fixing portion 612, and the third fixing portion 613, the second electrical connector 62 includes a first fixing portion 621 electrically connected to the first voice coil 22, a second fixing portion 622 electrically connected to the second voice coil 23, a third fixing portion 623 electrically connected to an external circuit, and a third connecting portion 623 connecting the first fixing portion 621, the second fixing portion 622, and the third fixing portion 623, the first lead 223 electrically connects the second voice coil 23 to the external circuit through the first fixing portion 611 and the first fixing portion 614 of the second electrical connector 62, and the second lead 223 electrically connects the second lead 23 to the second voice coil 23 through the second lead 233.

The speaker of claim 8, wherein the electrical connector comprises a first fixed portion electrically connected to the first voice coil, a second fixed portion electrically connected to the second voice coil, a third fixed portion electrically connected to an external circuit, and a third connecting portion connecting the first fixed portion, the second fixed portion, and the third fixed portion.
