Abstract

一种装附在围绕车门窗口伸展的窗框上的密封装置包括一条由挤压成型的塑料或橡胶材料制成并含有金属加强物(34)的密封条(24)。密封条(24)套在构成窗框部分的凸缘(18)上并锁定在窗框内形成的凹槽(22)内。密封条(24)也有一个唇状物(42),此唇状物(42)确定凹槽(44)以容纳窗玻璃(46)。密封条有一个具有凸肩(32)和空心内腔(31)的锁定部分(30)。空心内腔能使凸肩围绕枢转点(52)枢轴转动以使凸肩(32)在凹槽(22)的开口部能越过突出的唇状物(23)并锁定在唇状物(23)的后边。这样可以不用工具装配和拆下密封条(24)。

Description

密封条
本发明涉及一种密封开口边缘的密封装置,此装置包括一个沿边缘定位用的刚性框架和一条装附到框架上由弹性材料制成的密封条,框架包括一个横向延伸至开口平面用以接收密封条的凸缘,密封条确定一条从周围夹紧凸缘的凹槽。
这样一种装置见于DE-A-3 411 599。然而人们需要一个在刚性框架的适当位置保持密封条的改进系统。
依据本发明,已知装置的特点是:凸缘位于一个缝隙的一个边缘上并远离缝隙的平面延伸;缝隙的相对边缘确定一个刚性结构;以及密封条确定一个整体的锁定部分,凸缘进入密封条的凹槽中时使此锁定部分进入缝隙内,锁定部分终止于一台肩上,此台肩有一个沿密封条纵向延伸的并在方向上背离它的远端面以便相对密封条的凹槽的深度和缝隙的平面两者都倾斜,因此在凸缘进入凹槽时台肩倾斜地与刚性结构接合,锁定部分也确定一个空腔,此空腔沿密封条纵向伸展并位于紧靠所述台肩的后面,使台肩能通过部分压缩弹性材料,而枢轴转动进入空腔,借此,台肩通过缝隙,锁定部分的材料此后在刚性结构的相对边恢复弹性从而保持密封条在适当位置。
下面仅以举例方式,以用在车身结构中的,特别是密封车窗活动玻璃板的密封装置详述本发明的实施例。
现在仅以举例方式参看附图叙述实现本发明和围绕车门的车窗开口安装的密封条和密封装置,其中:
图1是车辆的局部示意图,示出可安装密封条的车门;
图2是图1沿II-II线的断面,示出一条在适当位置的密封条;
图3示出图2的密封条被安装进入适当位置的过程;和
图4是相应于图3的断面但示出另一种密封条。
车辆5(图1)有一个带窗框架8的门,框架8确定一个窗口10。窗玻璃板在框架8内在垂直方向是可滑动的,以便能向下进入车门6的下面空腔部分和从车门6的下面空腔部分升起。
窗框8(图2)是以金属部件12的形式确定一个面向车辆外面的凹槽14。第二个金属部件16装入凹槽14中并与金属部件12焊接形成凸缘18和20。金属部件16确定一个较小的凹槽22,此凹槽有一个突出的刚性结构23,此结构23部分跨过凹槽22的开口延伸。
沿窗框顶部的密封条示于图2中24。密封条24由挤压成型的橡胶或塑料材料26制成。密封条确定一个尺寸紧密配合凸缘18的凹槽28,和一个装在凹槽22内的锁定凸出物30。凸出物30有一个空心内腔31和一个外部形状为矩形的端部台肩32。如图2中所示,锁定凸出物通过把刚性结构接合在台肩32后面形成的槽33中而保持在凹槽22中。以这种方式,密封条固定在框架8上而且这由嵌入挤压成型材料内的金属加强物34辅助完成。加强物34包围凹槽28。加强物34可以是任何适合的样式。它可由无孔的金属条制成。然而金属条可以含有狭长切口或缝隙以增加它的弹性并且可以是完全分开的并列金属元件的样式。另外一种样式为,它可由环形金属丝制成。然而最好是它的凹槽的底部是无孔的而其余部分有平行的狭长切口。
挤压成型的塑料或橡胶材料也延伸确定一个台肩38,当车门关闭时,台肩38贴着沿门开口的顶部伸展的车身5的5A部分密封。台肩38邻近挤压成型材料中的空心内腔40。此内腔增加了台肩38的柔性。
在车身的外侧,挤压成型材料延伸从而形成一个唇状物42,此唇状物42是容纳窗玻璃46的凹槽44的一个壁。
凹槽44含有一个连接板62,此连接板62设置在能被靠近的窗玻璃接触的位置,窗玻璃压在连接板62上然后牵拉唇状物42与窗玻璃接触,如图2所示。
图3显示出密封条24如何安装就位。如所示,密封条24被定位使得凹槽28包围凸缘18,然后被推压在凸缘上。如在图3中示明的,锁定凸出物30的台肩32的表面50与刚性结构23接合。当密封条24继续向左移动时,如图3中所示,引起台肩32围绕在52标示的支点转动。枢轴转动的动作借助于空心腔31的存在,槽33的底部部分被压缩进入空腔。凸肩32的枢轴转动能使凸肩进入凹槽22中,此后槽33的底部材料恢复弹性以便凸肩32处于图2所示的位置并且刚性唇状物23与槽33锁定接合。
如果由于某种原因(例如,在损坏后修理车身或为在车辆寿命末回收利用的目的)需要从窗框架8除去密封条,这可以容易做到。当从凸缘18拉下密封条时,台肩32稍微向上移动(如在图3中所见)以便它越过刚性唇状结构,以使密封条容易从窗框拆下。锁定凸出物30的构型为能使密封条24牢固地保持在适当位置然而又能简单快速地不必使用工具装配。进而,当需要时,它也可手工地除去。
密封条24的塑料或橡胶材料可以如此挤压成型使得它通体的硬度/软度不是一样的。例如,台肩38和唇状物42和54可以挤压为比材料的其余部分稍软。台肩32比锁定凸出物30的其余部分的材料或至少比槽33的底部稍硬是有利的。
接合窗玻璃的唇状物42和连接板62的表面可以絮化或另外处理以提供相对低的摩擦力。
沿窗框的边可以采用一种改进的结构,在此结构中细金属条(可能是有狭长切口的)可以被包入唇状物42中以达到强化的目的。
示于图4中的密封条70与密封条24类似因此图4中对应于其它图中的那些元件有类似的参考数字。
密封条70由挤压成型的橡胶或塑料制成并且确定在尺寸上与凸缘18紧密配合的凹槽28。在密封条70的情况下,确定凹槽28的材料26是经金属加强物34强化的。材料26延伸从而确定唇状物72和74,在车门关闭时唇状物贴着车身5的5A部分密封。在车身的外侧,被挤压成型的材料延伸形成一个唇状物42,此唇状物形成用以容纳窗玻璃46的凹槽44的一个壁。在密封条70的情况下,唇状物42用嵌入的金属加强物76强化。如果需要,这个加强物可以省去(当然,如果需要,图2的密封条的凹槽壁42可以包含相当于加强物76的金属加强物)。
此凹槽44不同于密封条24的凹槽44在于:它不包括连接板62。代之为它装配了能与窗玻璃46密封接触的唇状物78,80和82。这些唇状物有短纤维复盖层84。
凹槽28的一个内壁有完整的唇状物86,88,它们顶在凸缘18的一个面上并啮合于锯齿形突出90处以便改善密封条70和窗框间的夹紧程度。凹槽28的相对壁有整体的隆起部92,94。
密封条70不同于图2的密封条24在于:密封条70有不同形状的锁定凸出物30。密封条70的锁定凸出物30有第一和第二纵向延伸的唇状物96和98。图4中的金属部件16有不同于图2和3的金属部件16的形状。它有突出的结构100和102。当密封条70装入到合适位置时,通过在凸缘18上滑动凹槽28,密封条70的头部30进入突出结构100和102间的开口内。在这个过程中,头30部分压缩,这个过程靠空心内腔31辅助完成。头30的部分压缩能使唇状物96和98穿进突出结构100和102间的开口,此后头恢复弹性成图4中所示形状,从而唇状物96和98在结构100和102后面锁住。
图4的密封条70不同于图2和3中密封条24在于:密封条24如上面说明那样更容易从窗框拆下。密封条70不易脱落,因此更适于应用在那些在窗框上很牢固地固定密封条比容易地拆除更重要的地方。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于密封开口边缘的密封装置,它包括:一个沿边缘定位用的刚性框架(16)和一条由弹性材料(26)制成的装到框架上的密封条(24),此框架包括一个横向延伸至开口平面用于接收密封条(24)的凸缘(18),密封条(24)确定一个从周围夹紧凸缘(18)的凹槽(28),其特征在于:凸缘(18)位于缝隙(22)的一个边缘上并远离缝隙的平面延伸;缝隙(22)的相对边缘确定一个刚性结构(23);密封条(24)确定一个整体的锁定部分(30),在凸缘(18)进入密封条(24)的凹槽(28)中时,此锁定部分(30)进入缝隙(22)内,锁定部分(30)终止在台肩(32)上,此台肩有一个远端面(50),此远端面沿密封条(24)纵向延伸并且在方向上背离它,以便相对密封条(24)的凹槽(28)的深度和缝隙(22)的平面二者都是倾斜的,从而在凸缘(18)进入凹槽(28)时倾斜地接合刚性结构(23),锁定部分(30)也确定一个沿密封条纵向伸展并位于紧靠所述台肩(32)后边的空腔(31)使台肩通过弹性材料的局部压缩能枢轴转动进入空腔(31),借此,台肩(32)通过缝隙(22),此后锁定部分(30)的材料在刚性结构(23)的相对端恢复弹性从而保持密封条(24)在适当位置。
2.按照权利要求1的装置,其特征在于:锁定部分(30)确定一个沿密封条(24)纵向伸展和定位的槽(33),以便在台肩(32)进入缝隙(22)后,锁定部分(36)的材料恢复弹性时,槽(33)与刚性结构(23)啮合。
3.按照权利要求2的装置,其特征在于:槽(33)的底部由空腔(31)的一个壁构成。
4.按照权利要求3的装置,其特征在于:在弹性材料确定的空腔(31)的相对所述壁的对边和台肩(32)之间的整体连结部形成一个所述的枢轴转动的支点。
5.按照任何前述的权利要求的装置,其特征在于:台肩(32)有矩形的外部构形。
6.按照任何前述的权利要求的装置,其特征在于:台肩(32)的材料至少比弹性材料的某些其余部分硬些。
7.按照权利要求1的装置,其特征在于:所述台肩(32)延伸超出锁定部分(30)的那一边延伸形成一个唇状物(96),此唇状物在锁定部分(30)的材料恢复弹性后与刚性结构(23)的所述相对侧接合以保持密封条(24)在适当位置。
8.按照权利要求7的装置,其特征在于:锁定部分(30)包括第二个唇状物(98),此唇状物(98)在所述台肩(32)已经通过缝隙(22)后接合另一个刚性结构(102),此刚性结构确定缝隙(22)的所述一个边。
9.按照权利要求8的装置,其特征在于:锁定部分(30)的终端包括所述台肩(32)的远端面(50)和一第二台肩的远端面,第二台肩的远端面从第一次说到的台肩(32)的远端面延伸至第二唇状物(98),两个远端面以相反方向倾斜并在沿密封条纵向延伸的隆起处相会合。
10.按照任何前述的权利要求的装置,其特征在于:缝隙(22)是由刚性材料构成的凹槽(22)的开口,这凹槽(22)有一个底部和两个侧壁,一个侧壁基本未改变方向地延伸形成所述的凸缘(18),而另一个侧壁有突出部分(23),此部分确定刚性结构(23)。
11.按照任何前述的权利要求的装置,其特征在于:弹性材料确定另一个凹槽(44),此凹槽(44)基本上垂直于第一次说到的凹槽(28)并密封地容纳开口的封闭物(46)。
12.按照权利要求11的装置,其特征在于:封闭物是可移动的窗玻璃(46)。
13.按照任何前述的权利要求的装置,其特征在于:在弹性材料(26)中嵌有加强物(34)。
