Abstract
The invention discloses a plant resistance inducer effervescent tablet and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of agricultural biology; the plant resistance-inducing agent effervescent tablet comprises a plant growth regulator, a lubricant, an effervescent agent and a diluent, wherein the active ingredients of the plant growth regulator are the combination of three plant growth regulators, namely calcium prohexadione, chitosan oligosaccharide and mineral source fulvic acid, the lubricant is polyethylene glycol 6000 or magnesium stearate, the alkali source of the effervescent agent is sodium bicarbonate, the acid source is citric acid, tartaric acid or malic acid, the molar ratio of the alkali source to the acid source is 3:2-2:3, and the diluent is lactose or mannitol; the plant resistance inducer effervescent tablet of the invention utilizes the synergistic induction effect of the multi-element combination of the plant growth regulator to regulate and control the endogenous hormone, active oxygen metabolism and the like of plants, promote the vegetation restoration of the bare soil area of the tower base of the overhead transmission line, and solve the wilting phenomenon of the suitable plant in the base region of the overhead transmission line under the stress of high temperature and drought.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural biology, and particularly relates to a plant resistance inducer effervescent tablet and application thereof.
Background
The project points of the power transmission line of the national power grid are many, the area is wide, the line length is long, the water and soil loss type areas are numerous, and the project of the power transmission line in the arid area is not few. In the construction process, the overhead transmission line can damage vegetation in the foundation range and around the foundation due to the influences of construction operation, material stacking and the like, and if the vegetation cannot be recovered in time, the exposed area of rock and soil is easily expanded gradually, so that the slope is slipped and collapsed, and the ecological restoration of the foundation of the tower should be performed in time.
The key of the ecological restoration of the tower foundation of the overhead transmission line is the damaged restoration and growth promotion of the suitable plants in the bare soil area of the tower foundation. The characteristics of rapid growth and large biomass of the suitable plants are superior to forest vegetation in the aspects of recovering vegetation and enhancing the earth surface scour prevention capacity in a short period, and the suitable plants intercept and retain much rainwater, so that direct scouring of the rainwater to the soil surface can be remarkably reduced, the earth surface runoff is reduced, the stability of a soil structure is maintained, the roughness of the ground is increased, the organic matter content of the soil is increased, the soil structure and fertility are improved, and the water holding capacity is improved. At present, the vegetation restoration in the bare soil area of the tower foundation is realized by transforming the soil in the area into fertile soil in a mode of planting suitable plants in the restoration area. In the prior art, when fertilizing plants, the fertilizing equipment for vegetation restoration can only spray fertilizers on the soil surface, if the absorption capacity of the soil is poor, or the roots of the plants are far from the soil surface, the roots and stems of the plants hardly absorb the nutrition of the fertilizers, and the fertilizing equipment has no good practicability.
The effervescent tablet is an effervescent medicament form composed of two components of acid and alkali, and has been applied to medicines, veterinary medicines and various health care products. The effervescent tablet contains an effervescent disintegrant, which is usually a mixture of an organic acid and sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), wherein the two substances in the effervescent disintegrant cannot react without ionization, but after the effervescent tablet is put into water, the two substances react with acid and alkali to generate a large amount of carbon dioxide, so that the tablet is rapidly disintegrated and melted. The effervescent tablet has the advantages of easy dissolution in water, convenient transportation, storage and use, etc. Therefore, the effervescent tablet is combined with the plant resistance inducer, the shape of the original plant resistance inducer is changed, more carbon dioxide can be released, the dissolution speed is accelerated, the utilization rate of the plant resistance inducer is improved, the effective components are uniform, the application mode is simple, the effervescent tablet is suitable for large-scale vegetation restoration of bare soil areas of the tower bases of overhead transmission lines, but the plant resistance inducer effervescent tablet for plants suitable for special environments of the bare soil areas of the tower bases of the overhead transmission lines is not reported yet.
The invention with publication number of CN101653149A discloses an oligosaccharide plant resistance-inducing agent effervescent tablet which is easy to dissolve in water and convenient to transport, store and use, and consists of plant resistance-inducing agent raw powder, solid organic acid, carbonate, drying agent, glidant and auxiliary agent, but the application of the diluent is absent, and the solubility, effervescent effect, hardness and viscous flushing effect of the effervescent tablet can be influenced.
