The lens 330 may be disposed in a space formed by surrounding the main body 321, and the lens 330 may also be disposed on the supporting portion 322, so that the lens 330 can be disposed opposite to and at a distance from the texture layer 350 on the support 340, thereby enhancing the stereoscopic impression of the texture effect of the texture layer 350 by using the space between the lens 330 and the texture layer 350. Meanwhile, when the lens 330 is assembled into the space defined by the body 321, the supporting portion 322 may be used to support the lens 330, so that the lens 330 may be assembled with the body 321 by using the supporting portion 322, thereby improving the convenience of assembling the decoration 320 and the lens 330.
Specifically, the lens 330 may be disposed on a side of the support portion 322 adjacent to the bracket 340, and a side of the support portion 322 facing away from the bracket 340 may be disposed flush with a side of the body portion 321 facing away from the bracket 340. The lens 330 and the supporting portion 322 may be adhered and fixed by an adhesive, so as to realize a fixed connection between the decoration 320 and the lens 330. As shown in fig. 4, an adhesive layer 301 may be disposed between the lens 330 and the support 322 to adhesively fix the lens 330 and the support 322. The adhesive layer 301 may be a waterproof foam double-sided adhesive to improve waterproof performance of the electronic device 10 while achieving adhesive fixation of the lens 330 and the support portion 322. Alternatively, the adhesive layer 301 may be formed by dispensing on the support portion 322. Accordingly, since the lens 330 is disposed on the side of the support portion 322 near the bracket 340, during the assembly process, the lens 330 can be assembled from the side of the main body portion 321 near the bracket 340 to the space defined by the main body portion 321, and then bonded to the adhesive layer 301 on the support portion 322, so as to achieve the fixed connection between the lens 330 and the decoration 320. By the arrangement, the supporting part 322 can be utilized to position and assemble the lens 330, so that the assembling convenience of the decoration piece 320 and the lens 330 is improved.
Further, in order to facilitate assembling and fixing the lens 330 and the supporting portion 322, the lens 330 may further be provided with a avoiding groove 331 adapted to the supporting portion 322. As shown in fig. 4, the avoidance groove 331 may be formed on a side of the lens 330 contacting the support portion 322, and the avoidance groove 331 may penetrate through a side of the lens 330 near the main body 321, and the support portion 322 may be disposed in the avoidance groove 331. Meanwhile, the avoidance groove 331 may be an annular groove to be adapted to the annular structure of the support portion 322. So set up, when assembly lens 330 and decoration 320, lens 330 can be through dodging the limit structure of groove 331 and supporting part 322 and carry out the location assembly to further improve the assembly convenience of lens 330 and decoration 320. Meanwhile, the design of the escape groove 331 can also reduce the stacking space of the supporting portion 322 and the lens 330 in the optical axis direction X, thereby reducing the height of the protrusion of the decoration 320 in the optical axis direction X. In this embodiment, the thickness of the lens 330 may be greater than or equal to 0.8mm, such as 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1mm, and the like. Meanwhile, one side of the lens 330, which is away from the bracket 340, may be slightly lower than one side of the support portion 322, which is away from the bracket 340, in the optical axis direction X, so that when the electronic device 10 falls or is impacted, the support portion 322 may first contact with the ground or the impact, so as to play a role in buffering, thereby reducing the probability of damage of the lens 330 caused by direct impact. In some embodiments, the lens 330 may be directly stacked on the support portion 322 in the optical axis direction X, without forming the avoiding groove 331. The optical axis direction X may specifically be a perpendicular light entering direction of the camera 400, that is, a thickness direction of the electronic device 10.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the lens 330 may also be disposed on a side of the support portion 322 away from the bracket 340, and the lens 330 and the support portion 322 may still be adhered and fixed by disposing the adhesive layer 301, so as to achieve the assembly of the decoration 320 and the lens 330. Unlike the above embodiment, the supporting portion 322 may be disposed in the area of the main body 321 near the support 340, so as to reserve the assembly space of the lens 330 on the side of the supporting portion 322 facing away from the support 340, so as to avoid the lens 330 protruding from the side of the main body 321 facing away from the support 340, and reduce the risk of damage to the lens 330 when falling or impacting. That is, when the lens 330 is disposed on the side of the support portion 322 facing away from the bracket 340, the side of the lens 330 facing away from the bracket 340 may be slightly lower than the side of the body portion 321 facing away from the bracket 340 in the optical axis direction X. Accordingly, since the lens 330 is disposed on the side of the support portion 322 near the bracket 340, during the assembly process, the lens 330 can be assembled into the space formed by the body portion 321 from the side of the body portion 321 away from the bracket 340, and is adhered to the adhesive layer 301 on the support portion 322, so as to achieve the fixed connection between the lens 330 and the decoration 320. In this embodiment, since the adhesive layer 301 is also located on the side of the support portion 322 away from the bracket 340, in order to avoid the adhesive layer 301 from being exposed outside the electronic device 10 through the lens 330 and affecting the appearance expressive force of the camera assembly 300, the adhesive layer 301 may be an optical adhesive, so as to reduce the influence of the adhesive layer 301 on the appearance expressive force of the camera assembly 300 while adhering the support portion 322 and the lens 330.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, fig. 6 is a schematic view of a partial cross-sectional structure of the camera module 300 of fig. 1 along v-v in another embodiment, fig. 7 is a partially enlarged view of fig. 6 at B, and fig. 8 is a partially enlarged view of fig. 6 at B in another embodiment.
Unlike the above embodiments, the decoration 320 and the lens 330 may be fixedly connected by an interference fit, in addition to being adhesively fixed by the adhesive layer 301. As shown in fig. 6 to 7, a sealing member 302 may be disposed between the main body 321 and the lens 330, and the sealing member 302 may be in a ring shape and be respectively in interference fit with the main body 321 and the lens 330, so that the lens 330 is abutted against the main body 321 by using deformation force of the sealing member 302, and the fixed connection between the decoration 320 and the lens 330 is realized. For example, the sealing member 302 may be made of flexible materials such as silica gel, teflon, and rubber, so that when the sealing member 302 is in interference fit with the main body 321 and the lens 330, a corresponding deformation force can be generated to tightly prop against the main body 321 and the lens 330, thereby realizing the assembly of the decoration 320 and the lens 330. In this embodiment, the lens 330 may still be disposed on the side of the supporting portion 322 close to the bracket 340, and the supporting portion 322 may be used for supporting the sealing member 302 and the lens 330 during the assembly process, so as to avoid the sealing member 302 or the lens 330 from falling out of the space formed by the surrounding of the main body 321 during the assembly process, and improve the convenience of assembling the decoration 320 and the lens 330. Accordingly, since the sealing member 302 is adopted for assembly, the lens 330 can be placed on the supporting portion 322 first in the assembly process, and then the sealing member 302 is pressed into the gap between the lens 330 and the main body 321, so that the sealing member 302 is respectively in interference fit with the lens 330 and the main body 321, and the fixed connection between the lens 330 and the decoration 320 is realized.
Compared to the above embodiment, in which the adhesive layer 301 is adopted for adhesion and fixation, the present embodiment realizes the fixed connection of the decoration piece 320 and the lens 330 by the interference fit of the sealing element 302 with the main body 321 and the lens 330, so that the supporting portion 322 only needs to have a certain supporting effect on the sealing element 302 and the lens 330 to facilitate assembly, and the supporting portion 322 does not need to occupy a larger width, so that the adhesive layer 301 and the supporting portion 322 can have a sufficient adhesion area to ensure the adhesion strength. That is, the scheme of fixedly connecting the decoration 320 and the lens 330 by using the sealing member 302 in this embodiment not only can improve the convenience of assembling the decoration 320 and the lens 330, but also can reduce the bonding width occupied by the supporting portion 322 due to the requirement of ensuring sufficient bonding strength with the lens 330, thereby reducing the visual black edge of the supporting portion 322 on the lens 330, increasing the visual range of the texture layer 350, and improving the appearance expressive force of the camera module 300. The width direction of the support portion 322 may be specifically a direction perpendicular to the optical axis direction X.
As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the lens 330 may also be disposed on a side of the support portion 322 away from the bracket 340, where the sealing member 302 is disposed between the main body portion 321 and the lens 330, and the sealing member 302 may be in interference fit with the main body portion 321 and the lens 330, respectively. Meanwhile, since the lens 330 is disposed on the side of the support portion 322 away from the bracket 340, the sealing element 302 is directly exposed to the outside of the electronic device 10, i.e. in the external environment, which not only affects the appearance expressive force of the electronic device 10, but also easily causes accelerated aging of the sealing element 302 affected by the external environment, and reduces the reliability of interference fit between the sealing element 302 and the lens 330 and the main body 321, respectively. Based on this, in some embodiments, the side of the body portion 321 facing away from the bracket 340 may also be provided with means for obscuring the seal 302. For example, the component may be adhesively secured to the side of the body portion 321 facing away from the bracket 340 after the lens 330 and trim piece 320 are assembled to cover the seal 302 between the lens 330 and the body portion 321. In addition, in some embodiments, to further enhance the assembly firmness of the decoration 320 and the lens 330, the decoration 320 and the lens 330 may be assembled by using the adhesive layer 301 and the sealing member 302 at the same time.
Further, in order to enhance the firmness of the assembly of the decoration 320 and the lens 330 with the seal 302, the decoration 320 may be further provided with a corresponding limit structure. As shown in fig. 8, the side of the support portion 322 that is connected to the lens 330, that is, the side of the support portion 322 facing away from the bracket 340, may form an angle α with the main body portion 321 that is smaller than 90 °, so that the side of the main body portion 321 that is close to the lens 330 may have an inclined surface. By such arrangement, the interference between the sealing member 302 and the body portion 321 can be further increased by the inclined surface of the body portion 321 near the lens 330, so as to indirectly increase the contact force between the sealing member 302 and the lens 330, and improve the assembling firmness of the lens 330 and the body portion 321. Meanwhile, a limiting groove 3211 may be further disposed on a side of the main body 321 near the lens 330, and a corresponding limiting portion 3021 may be disposed on the sealing member 302. The limiting portion 3021 may be disposed in the limiting groove 3211, so as to improve the bonding strength between the sealing element 302 and the main body portion 321, and reduce the probability of loosening between the main body portion 321 and the sealing element 302, so as to ensure the bonding strength among the main body portion 321, the lens 330 and the sealing element 302. In some embodiments, the side of the lens 330 that interfaces with the seal 302 may also be roughened to improve the bond strength of the lens 330 and the seal 302. Accordingly, the side of the body 321 contacting the seal 302 may be roughened to further enhance the bonding strength between the body 321 and the seal 302. It should be understood that, when the lens 330 is disposed on the side of the supporting portion 322 near the bracket 340, the decoration 320 may also be provided with corresponding limiting structures, i.e. the included angle α and the limiting groove 3211, which are the same or similar to those of the above embodiment, and are not described herein.
A bracket 340 may be coupled to the other opposite side of the housing 310, which may be used to protect the camera 400. As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the bracket 340 may be connected to a side of the housing 310 near the camera 400, and the bracket 340 may cover the notch 311. That is, the bracket 340 may be disposed at a side of the housing 310 located in the receiving space. Wherein, the support 340 may be provided with the light-transmitting area L, and the orthographic projection of the light-sensing side of the camera 400 on the support 340 is located in the coverage area of the light-transmitting area L, so that after the external light passes through the notch 311, the light-sensing side of the camera 400 is irradiated through the light-transmitting area L, thereby realizing the shooting function of the camera 400. For example, the support 340 may be provided with a through groove 3401 to form the light-transmitting region L. The camera 400 may be disposed through the through groove 3401 protruding from a side of the bracket 340 facing away from the middle plate 210, thereby reducing a stacking space of the camera 400 and the bracket 340 in the optical axis direction X. Accordingly, a waterproof foam double-sided tape may be disposed between the bracket 340 and the housing 310 to ensure waterproof performance of the electronic device 10 while adhering the bracket 340 and the housing 310. In this embodiment, the material of the support 340 may be metal or plastic, so that the support 340 may have a certain structural strength to support the decoration 320 or the lens 330, so as to prevent the lens 330 from striking the camera 400. In some embodiments, the material of the bracket 340 may be specifically set according to actual requirements, and only the bracket 340 needs to be capable of protecting the camera 400. In addition, in some embodiments, the support 340 may be partially transparent to form the light-transmitting region L, and only the region of the support 340 corresponding to the light-sensing side of the camera 400 may be light-transmitting. Meanwhile, the bracket 340 and the housing 310 may be connected by other fixing methods, and only the bracket 340 and the housing 310 can meet the waterproof requirement of the electronic device 10 after being assembled.
Further, in order to prevent the camera 400 from being damaged by the impact of the lens 330, a boss 342 may be provided on a side of the bracket 340 adjacent to the decoration 320 for supporting the lens 330 provided on the decoration 320. As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the boss 342 may be disposed at a side of the bracket 340 adjacent to the decoration 320, and the boss 342 may be further disposed in the notch 311 in a protruding manner. The boss 342 may be opposite to the lens 330 and disposed at an interval, and the interval between the boss 342 and the lens 330 may be smaller than the interval between the camera 400 and the lens 330, so that when the lens 330 moves towards a direction close to the camera 400 under the action of an external force, the boss 342 may contact with the lens 330 first, thereby avoiding the lens 330 from striking the camera 400. Accordingly, when the lens 330 is disposed on one side of the support portion 322 away from the bracket 340, the boss 342 may be disposed opposite to and spaced from the support portion 322, and the distance between the boss 342 and the support portion 322 may be smaller than the distance between the camera 400 and the lens 330, so that when the decoration 320 moves in a direction approaching to the camera 400 under the action of external force, the boss 342 may contact with the support portion 322 first, thereby avoiding the lens 330 from striking the camera 400 under the driving of the decoration 320.
Further, the boss 342 may also cooperate with the body portion 321 to enhance the waterproof performance of the electronic device 10. As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the main body 321 may extend to a side of the boss 342 away from the light-transmitting area L, so that the main body 321 and the boss 342 may be overlapped, thereby extending a path of intrusion of moisture into the internal space of the electronic device 10 and improving waterproof performance of the electronic device 10. Meanwhile, the boss 342 may also be disposed around the light-transmitting region L, so as to function as a light shield to prevent external light from being irradiated to other photosensitive devices of the electronic apparatus 10. The side of the boss 342 near the light-transmitting area L may further be provided with an inclined surface 3421, and the inclined surface 3421 may further be provided with a corresponding texture or be frosted, so that the boss 342 may utilize the inclined surface 3421 to eliminate stray light generated by specular reflection, so as to improve the imaging quality of the camera 400. In this embodiment, in order to avoid the effect that the boss 342 shields the texture layer 350, the front projection of the boss 342 on the bracket 340 may also be disposed around the front projection of the texture layer 350 on the bracket 340, so that the texture effect of the texture layer 350 can be exposed outside the electronic device 10 through the notch 311 and the lens 330 without being shielded by the boss 342.
Further, the orthographic projection of the side of the boss 342 facing away from the bracket 340 on the bracket 340 may also be located within the coverage of the orthographic projection of the support portion 322 on the bracket 340, that is, the support portion 322 may block the side of the boss 342 facing away from the bracket 340 in the optical axis direction X. The supporting portion 322 can shield the top surface of the boss 342 (the side of the boss 342 away from the bracket 340) which is not textured or frosted, and the inclined surface 3421 which is textured or frosted can be exposed outside the electronic device 10 through the notch 311 and the lens 330, so as to bring different texture effects to the electronic device 10 from those of the texture layer 350. Alternatively, the supporting portion 322 may completely block the boss 342, thereby removing the space occupied by the boss 342 within the visual range of the texture layer 350 and increasing the visual range of the texture layer 350. So set up, not only can utilize supporting part 322 to shelter from the top surface that boss 342 did not carry out texture or dull polish design, avoid the top surface of boss 342 to influence the outward appearance effect of electronic equipment 10, can also reduce the space that boss 342 occupy in the visual scope of texture layer 350 to increase the visual scope of texture layer 350, promote the outward appearance effect of camera subassembly 300. It is understood that, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the lens 330 is assembled with the decoration 320 through the sealing member 302, the boss 342 may be disposed in the same or similar manner as the boss 342 in fig. 4 to 5, and will not be described herein.
The texture layer 350 may be disposed on the support 340, and the texture layer 350 may be disposed opposite to the lens 330 with a space therebetween, such that there may be a space between the lens 330 and the texture layer 350, thereby enhancing the stereoscopic effect of the texture layer 350 by using the space. As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the texture layer 350 may be disposed on a side of the support 340 near the decoration 320, and the texture layer 350 may be disposed around the light-transmitting region L, so as to avoid the texture layer 350 from blocking the camera 400. The distance between the texture layer 350 and the lens 330 may be greater than or equal to 0.8mm, so that the texture layer 350 may exhibit a texture effect with a strong stereoscopic effect. For example, the spacing between the texture layer 350 and the lens 330 may be 0.8mm, 0.9mm, or 1mm. When the distance between the texture layer 350 and the lens 330 is 1mm, not only the texture three-dimensional effect of the texture layer 350 can be enhanced, but also the excessive thickness of the electronic device 10 can be avoided. In this embodiment, the texture layer 350 may be a texture membrane independent from the support 340, and may be connected to the support 340 by a fixing manner such as adhesive, so that the texture layer 350 is made of a material that is not limited by the support 340, so as to enrich the texture effect of the texture layer 350. For example, the texture layer 350 may be an electronic film such as an electrochromic film, in addition to a film textured with metal, plastic, and PET. In some embodiments, the texture layer 350 may be formed by texture design on the support 340, so long as the texture layer 350 provides a corresponding texture effect. In addition, in some embodiments, the texture layer 350 may be disposed on a side of the support 340 away from the decoration 320, so as to further increase the space between the texture layer 350 and the lens 330, and only the area of the support 340 corresponding to the texture layer 350 is required to be partially transparent, so that the texture effect of the texture layer 350 can be exposed outside the electronic device 10 through the support 340, the notch 311 and the lens 330. It is understood that, as shown in fig. 6 to 7, when the lens 330 is assembled with the decoration 320 through the sealing member 302, the texture layer 350 may be disposed in the same or similar manner as the texture layer 350 in fig. 3 to 4, and will not be repeated herein.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, fig. 9 is a schematic view of a partial cross-sectional structure of the camera module 300 of fig. 1 along v-v in still another embodiment, fig. 10 is a partially enlarged view of fig. 9C, and fig. 11 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of the sealing member 302 of fig. 10.
In some embodiments, the decoration 320 may also be fixedly connected to the bracket 340 through the notch 311, so as to implement assembly of the decoration 320. As shown in fig. 9 to 10, the decoration 320 may be different from the above-described embodiment in that only the body portion 321 and the support portion 322 are provided. Wherein, the main body 321 may be disposed on a side of the boss 342 away from the bracket 340, and the main body 321 may still be disposed around the lens 330. The supporting portion 322 may be disposed on a side of the main body 321 near the lens 330, opposite to the boss 342 and spaced apart to provide a supporting function for assembling the lens 330. Accordingly, the sealing element 302 with interference fit can still be disposed between the lens 330 and the main body 321, so that the deformation force of the sealing element 302 is utilized to tightly press the lens 330 against the main body 321, and the fixed connection between the decoration 320 and the lens 330 is realized.
Meanwhile, since the decoration 320 is directly assembled to the bracket 340, the space between the support portion 322 and the bracket 340 is reduced, in order to ensure that the lens 330 on the support portion 322 and the texture layer 350 on the bracket 340 have a sufficient distance therebetween to enhance the texture stereoscopic impression of the texture layer 350, the lens 330 may be disposed on the side of the support portion 322 facing away from the bracket 340, so as to increase the distance between the lens 330 and the texture layer 350. As shown in fig. 10, the supporting portion 322 may further cover a side of the boss 342 near the light-transmitting area L in the optical axis direction X, so that the extinction design on the boss 342 may also be transferred to the supporting portion 322, that is, a side of the supporting portion 322 near the light-transmitting area L may be provided with a surface 3221 identical to the inclined surface 3421 of the boss 342 in the above embodiment, for eliminating stray light generated due to specular reflection, so as to improve the imaging quality of the camera 400. In this embodiment, the main body 321 and the boss 342 may be adhered and fixed by a waterproof foam double sided adhesive tape or a dispensing adhesive to realize the assembly of the main body 321 and the boss 342. The supporting portion 322 and the boss 342 may be disposed at intervals to form a gap 303, and the gap 303 may be used to fill corresponding flexible waterproof materials, such as silica gel, teflon, rubber, etc., so that the waterproof effect may be achieved, and meanwhile, the flexible waterproof material may be utilized to play a certain role in buffering, so as to improve the falling reliability of the camera assembly 300.
Further, since the lens 330 is disposed on the side of the support portion 322 away from the bracket 340, the sealing member 302 disposed between the main body portion 321 and the lens 330 is exposed to the external environment, which not only affects the appearance effect of the camera assembly 300, but also easily causes accelerated aging of the sealing member 302 due to the external environment, and reduces the reliability of the assembly between the main body portion 321 and the lens 330. To avoid the above problems, the camera assembly 300 may also be provided with a corresponding shutter 360. As shown in fig. 9 to 10, the shutter 360 may include: a cover portion 361 and a connecting portion 362. Wherein the cover portion 361 may be disposed on a side of the body portion 321 facing away from the bracket 340, and the cover portion 361 may also be disposed around the lens 330. The orthographic projections of the main body portion 321 and the sealing member 302 on the covering portion 361 are located within the coverage range of the covering portion 361, so that the covering portion 361 can cover the main body portion 321 and the sealing member 302 in the optical axis direction X, thereby avoiding the sealing member 302 from being directly exposed to the external environment, and improving the appearance effect of the camera assembly 300 and the assembly reliability of the decoration 320 and the lens 330.
The connection portion 362 may be disposed on a side of the cover portion 361 facing away from the lens 330, and the connection portion 362 may also be disposed on a side of the body portion 321 facing away from the lens 330 and around the body portion 321. The connection portion 362 may be used to connect with the body portion 321 to achieve a secure assembly of the shade 360 and trim 320. As shown in fig. 9 to 10, a locking groove 3621 is provided on a side of the connection portion 362 adjacent to the main body portion 321, and a locking piece 3212 is provided on a side of the main body portion 321 adjacent to the connection portion 362. The clip 3212 may be disposed in the slot 3621 to allow the connection portion 362 to be engaged with the body portion 321, thereby achieving a fixed assembly of the shade 360 and the trim 320. In this embodiment, the shielding member 360 may have a certain deformability, so that when the shielding member 360 is assembled with the decoration 320, the end portion of the connecting portion 362 away from the covering portion 361 may be abutted against the buckle 3212 of the main body 321 first, so that the connecting portion 362 is displaced in a direction in which the direction of the connecting portion 362 is changed and away from the main body 321, thereby providing a space for avoiding the buckle 3212. When the clip 3212 is opposite to the clip groove 3621, the connection portion 362 can be restored to the state before being deformed, so that the clip 3212 is clipped into the clip groove 3621, thereby realizing the fixed assembly of the shielding member 360 and the decoration 320.
In some embodiments, the positions of the slot 3621 and the catch 3212 may be interchanged, i.e. the connection portion 362 may be provided with the catch 3212 and the main body portion 321 may be provided with the slot 3621. Alternatively, the connection portion 362 may be adhered and fixed to the main body 321 by a waterproof foam double-sided adhesive tape or a spot adhesive tape. In addition, in some embodiments, the shielding member 360 may be provided with only the covering portion 361, and the covering portion 361 may be fixedly connected to the side of the main body portion 321 away from the support 340 by an adhesive manner, so that the shielding member 360 and the decoration 320 are fixedly assembled, and only the covering portion 361 is required to cover the main body portion 321 and the sealing member 302 in the optical axis direction X, so that the sealing member 302 is prevented from being directly exposed to the external environment. It will be appreciated that the shield 360 may be used in other embodiments than the present embodiment, as long as the seal 302 is exposed to the environment in this embodiment.
Further, to enhance the ease of assembly of the seal 302, the lens 330 may be designed accordingly. As shown in fig. 10, the side of the lens 330 contacting the seal member 302 may be inclined with respect to the optical axis direction X, so that the side of the lens 330 contacting the seal member 302 has a slope, and the slope can provide a guide for the assembly of the seal member 302 when the seal member 302 is subsequently pressed between the lens 330 and the gap of the body 321, thereby improving the convenience of the assembly of the seal member 302. In this embodiment, the angle β formed by the side of the lens 330 contacting the seal member 302 and the optical axis direction X may be 5 ° to 15 °, such as 8 °, 9 °, or 10 °. When the angle β is 10 °, in addition to improving the convenience of assembling the sealing member 302, adverse effects on the appearance of the lens 330 due to the excessively large inclination angle can be avoided.
In addition, in order to further improve the convenience of assembling the seal member 302, the problem that the seal member 302 is excessively deformed due to interference with the body portion 321 or the lens 330 during the assembling process, which causes inconvenience to the assembling of the seal member 302, may be avoided, and the seal member 302 may be designed accordingly. As shown in fig. 10-11, the seal 302 may include a flexible layer 3022 and a support layer 3023 in a stacked arrangement. The flexible layer 3022 may be in a ring shape, and the flexible layer 3022 may be disposed on a side of the support portion 322 away from the support 340, and interfere with the main body portion 321 and the lens 330, so that the sealing element 302 is in interference fit with the main body portion 321 and the lens 330, thereby assembling the decoration 320 and the lens 330. The support layer 3023 may also be of an annular design, and the support layer 3023 may be provided with a side of the flexible layer 3022 facing away from the support portion 322, for supporting the flexible layer 3022 to maintain the annular design of the flexible layer 3022, so as to avoid excessive deformation of the flexible layer 3022 during interference fit with the body portion 321 and the lens 330, which may be inconvenient for assembly of the lens 330.
Meanwhile, in order to avoid the support layer 3023 from affecting the normal deformation of the flexible layer 3022, the support layer 3023 may occupy only a middle area of the flexible layer 3022, so as to leave an edge area of the flexible layer 3022 in interference fit with the main body portion 321 and the lens 330 while maintaining the annular design of the flexible layer 3022. In this embodiment, the flexible layer 3022 may be made of a flexible material such as silica gel, teflon, and rubber, so that the flexible layer 3022 may be in interference fit with the main body 321 and the lens 330, respectively. The material of the support layer 3023 may be metal or hard plastic, so that the support layer 3023 may have a certain structural strength and rigidity, so as to maintain the annular design of the flexible layer 3022, thereby avoiding excessive deformation of the flexible layer 3022 during the assembly process, and inconvenience for assembling the lens 330. In some embodiments, the flexible layer 3022 and the supporting layer 3023 may be embedded, for example, the flexible layer 3022 may be wrapped around the supporting layer 3023, and only the supporting layer 3023 has a certain structural strength and rigidity, so that the annular structure of the flexible layer 3022 may not be excessively deformed, which is inconvenient for assembling the lens 330. It will be appreciated that the arrangement of the flexible layer 3022 and the support layer 3023 for the seal member 302 may be used in embodiments other than the present embodiment, and may be used in other embodiments provided herein, where the assembly of the decorative member 320 and the lens 330 is only required to be achieved by using the seal member 302.
In this embodiment, the sealing member 302 is in interference fit with the main body 321 and the lens 330 respectively, so as to achieve the fixed connection between the decoration piece 320 and the lens 330, so that the supporting portion 322 only needs to have a certain supporting effect on the sealing member 302 and the lens 330 to facilitate assembly, and the supporting portion 322 does not need to occupy a larger width, so that a sufficient bonding area can be provided between the adhesive layer 301 and the supporting portion 322 to ensure bonding strength.
Referring to fig. 12-13, fig. 12 is a schematic view of a partial cross-sectional structure of the camera module 300 of fig. 1 along v-v in yet another embodiment, and fig. 13 is a partially enlarged view of fig. 12 at D.
The difference from the above embodiment is that the lens 330 in this embodiment can also be assembled with the bracket 340 through the seal 302. As shown in fig. 12-13, the lens 330 can be disposed on the boss 342, and the boss 342 can be disposed around the lens 330. The seal 302 may be disposed between the lens 330 and the boss 342 and in interference fit with the lens 330 and the boss 342, respectively, to thereby abut the lens 330 and the boss 342 to effect assembly of the lens 330 with the bracket 340. So set up, compare in the embodiment that adopts viscose layer 301 to bond fixed scheme, this embodiment through sealing member 302 respectively with boss 342 and lens 330 interference fit, realize the fixed connection of support 340 and lens 330 for boss 342 only need to play certain supporting role to sealing member 302 and lens 330 can, and need not boss 342 to occupy great width, so that can have sufficient viscose area between bonding layer 301 and the boss 342 and guarantee bonding strength. That is, the present embodiment adopts the sealing member 302 to realize the fixed connection between the lens 330 and the bracket 340, so as to reduce the bonding width occupied by the boss 342 due to the requirement of ensuring sufficient bonding strength with the lens 330, thereby reducing the visual black edge of the boss 342 on the lens 330, increasing the visual range of the texture layer 350, and improving the appearance expressive force of the camera module 300.
Accordingly, since the lens 330 is mounted to the bracket 340 via the seal 302, the boss 342 is correspondingly adapted, as will be described in more detail below. As shown in fig. 13, in order to maintain the space between the lens 330 and the texture layer 350, a texture effect with a strong stereoscopic effect is obtained. The boss 342 can be further protruded from one side of the housing 310 away from the bracket 340 through the notch 311, so as to increase the protruded height of the boss 342, and further avoid the stereoscopic impression of the texture effect of the texture layer 350, which is caused by the fact that the interval between the lens 330 and the texture layer 350 is less than 0.8mm due to insufficient protruded height of the boss 342 after the lens 330 is connected with the boss 342 through the sealing member 302. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate assembly of the lens 330, a side of the boss 342, which is connected to the lens 330, may be further provided with a mounting groove 3422, and the mounting groove 3422 may penetrate through the side of the boss 242, which is away from the bracket 340. Wherein the mounting groove 3422 may be an annular groove, the lens 330 and the seal 302 may be disposed within the mounting groove 3422, and the seal 302 may be located between the lens 330 and an inner wall of the mounting groove 3422. Thus, during the assembly process, the inner wall of the mounting groove 3422 can be used to support the lens 330 and the sealing member 302, so as to avoid the lens 330 and the sealing member 302 from being deviated during the assembly process, thereby improving the convenience of assembling the lens 330 and the bracket 340. In addition, in some embodiments, in order to improve the bonding strength between the boss 342 and the sealing member 302 to ensure the assembling firmness of the lens 330 and the boss 342, the boss 342 may be provided with an included angle α smaller than 90 ° and a limiting groove 3211 as in the above embodiments, and the specific arrangement and function thereof are the same as or similar to those of the above embodiments, which are not described herein.
Further, since the lens 330 is mounted to the bracket 340 via the seal 302, the structure of the decoration 320 is correspondingly adjusted, as will be described in detail below. As shown in fig. 13, the decoration 320 may be used to shield the boss 342 and the seal 302 instead of the shutter 360 in the above-described embodiment, and the decoration 320 may be provided with only the fixing portion 323 and the shielding portion 324. Wherein the shielding portion 324 may be disposed at a side of the boss 342 facing away from the bracket 340, and the shielding portion 324 may also be disposed around the lens 330. Meanwhile, the shielding part 324 is close to one side of the lens 330 and can be flush with one side of the sealing element 302 close to the lens 330, and one side of the shielding part 324 away from the lens 330 and one side of the boss 342 away from the lens 330 are flush, so that the shielding part 324 can shield one side of the sealing element 302 and the boss 342 away from the bracket 340 in the optical axis direction X, thereby avoiding the boss 342 and the sealing element 302 from being exposed outside the electronic device 10 and affecting the appearance effect of the electronic device 10. The fixing portion 323 may be connected with a side of the shielding portion 324 facing away from the lens 330, and the fixing portion 323 is further connected with a side of the housing 310 facing away from the bracket 340. The connection manner between the fixing portion 323 and the housing 310 is the same as or similar to that of the above embodiment, and the present embodiment is not described herein. In some embodiments, the decoration 320 may be further provided with only a shielding portion 324, and only the shielding portion 324 is required to be fixedly connected with the side of the boss 342 away from the bracket 340 by a fixing manner such as bonding after the lens 330 and the boss 342 are assembled, so as to shield the boss 342 and the sealing member 302.
In some embodiments, camera assembly 300 may also be provided with a bezel 370. As shown in fig. 3 to 12, a bezel 370 may be provided on the bracket 340, and the bezel 370 may be provided around the camera 400 to decorate the camera 400 to enhance the external appearance of the electronic device 10. For example, the bezel 370 may be disposed within the through slot 3401, and a sidewall of the through slot 3401 may be provided with a step 3402, and the bezel 370 may be disposed on the step 3402 to facilitate assembly of the bezel 370 with the bracket 340. Meanwhile, to avoid the texture effect of the bezel 370 obscuring the texture layer 350, an orthographic projection of the texture layer 350 onto the support 340 may be disposed around the orthographic projection of the bezel 370 onto the support 340. In this embodiment, the decorative ring 370 may also be textured or frosted to play a role in decorating the camera 400 and improve the appearance of the electronic device 10. In some embodiments, the bezel 370 may also be designed to decorate the camera 400, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The camera assembly 300 provided in the embodiment of the application, by arranging the texture layer 350 on the support 340 and the lens 330 on the decoration 320, and arranging the texture layer 350 and the lens 330 opposite to each other and at intervals, a space is formed between the texture layer 350 and the lens 330, so that the space between the texture layer 350 and the lens 330 is utilized to enhance the stereoscopic effect of the texture layer 350. By arranging the decoration 320 around the lens 330, and the sealing member 302 arranged between the decoration 320 and the lens 330 is in interference fit with the decoration 320 and the lens 330 respectively, not only can the assembly of the decoration 320 and the lens 330 be realized, but also the bonding width occupied by the decoration 320 due to the requirement of ensuring enough bonding strength with the lens 330 can be reduced, thereby reducing the visual black edge brought by the decoration 320 on the lens 330 and increasing the visual range of the texture layer 350. The shielding piece 360 is arranged on one side, away from the bracket 340, of the decoration piece 320, and the shielding piece 360 is used for shielding the decoration piece 320 and the sealing piece 302, so that the sealing piece 302 can be prevented from being directly exposed out of the camera assembly 300, and the reliability of interference fit between the sealing piece 302 and the decoration piece 320 and the lens 330 can be improved while the appearance expressive force of the camera assembly 300 is improved.
The foregoing description is only a partial embodiment of the present application, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and all equivalent devices or equivalent process transformations made by using the descriptions and the drawings of the present application, or direct or indirect application to other related technical fields, are included in the patent protection scope of the present application.
