技术领域
本发明涉及装配式结构,具体涉及装配式钢框架结构。
背景技术
装配式结构(prefabricated concrete structure)是装配式混凝土结构的简称,是以预制构件为主要受力构件经装配、连接而成的混凝土结构。装配式钢筋混凝土结构是我国建筑结构发展的重要方向之一,它有利于我国建筑工业化的发展,提高生产效率节约能源,发展绿色环保建筑,并且有利于提高和保证建筑工程质量。与现浇施工工法相比,装配式PC结构有利于绿色施工,因为装配式施工更能符合绿色施工的节地、节能、节材、节水和环境保护等要求,降低对环境的负面影响,包括降低噪音、防止扬尘、减少环境污染、清洁运输、减少场地干扰、节约水、电、材料等资源和能源,遵循可持续发展的原则。
在实际的装配过程中,不同批次的钢框架能够通过定制来适配不同的需求,而同一批次的产品如果在施工过程中需求发生改变只能通过切割和焊接来实现适配,十分不方便,且结构不稳定。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,提出了以下技术方案:
装配式钢框架结构,包括角块和连接在角块上的横梁和竖梁,横梁和竖梁内部均设置有滑孔,且横梁和竖梁上设置的滑孔分别贯穿横梁和竖梁的一端,还包括伸缩梁A和伸缩梁B,伸缩梁A通过横梁上设置的滑孔插入横梁内,且伸缩横梁A滑动连接于横梁,横梁B通过竖梁上设置的滑孔插入竖梁内,且伸缩梁B滑动连接于竖梁,伸缩横梁A远离横梁一端连接于角块,伸缩横梁B远离竖梁一端连接于角块。
进一步的,角块为正空心正方体结构,横梁和竖梁的横截面形状和大小相同,角块的每个面均开设有安装孔,安装孔形状和大小与横梁和竖梁一致,横梁和竖梁通过安装孔插入角块内。
进一步的,横梁和竖梁两端均开设有安装螺孔,角块上的安装孔周边也开设有安装螺孔,横梁和竖梁通直角连接件A、安装螺孔和螺栓安装于角块。
进一步的,伸缩梁A和伸缩梁B均为两端贯通的管状结构,伸缩梁A和伸缩梁B上均开设有定位孔,定位孔在伸缩梁A和伸缩梁B上均匀等距设置,伸缩梁A通过定位孔、横梁上远离角块一端的安装螺孔和螺栓连接于横梁。
进一步的,还包括连接头A,连接头A包括卡块和插头,插头固定连接于卡块一侧的中心处,伸缩梁A远离横梁一端和伸缩梁B远离竖梁一端分别设置有一个连接头,连接头A中的插头外壁形状与伸缩梁A和伸缩梁B的内壁形状适配,插头上开设有安装螺孔,伸缩梁A和伸缩梁B分别通过安装螺孔和螺栓连接于连接头A,还包括L型挂钩和J型挂钩,L型挂钩固定连接于伸缩梁A上的连接头,J型挂钩固定连接于伸缩梁B上的连接头。
进一步的,还包括连接头B,连接头B除插头外其他部分结构与连接头A相同,连接头B的插头外壁形状与横梁和竖梁的内壁形状适配,横梁和竖梁通过安装螺孔和螺栓连接于连接头B。
进一步的,伸缩梁A通过安装孔插入角块内,伸缩梁A通过安装螺孔、直角连接件B和螺栓连接于角块,J型挂钩与L型挂钩耦合。
本发明有益效果如下:
解决了不同批次的钢框架能够通过定制来适配不同的需求,而同一批次的产品如果在施工过程中需求发生改变只能通过切割和焊接来实现适配,十分不方便,且结构不稳定的情况。

根据加工需求,可以选择只有横梁21安装伸缩梁A41或者只有竖梁22安装伸缩梁B42,安装方式参考实施例1和实施例2。

5.根据权利要求4所述的装配式钢框架结构,其特征在于:还包括连接头A,所述连接头A包括卡块(232)和插头(231),插头(231)固定连接于卡块(232)一侧的中心处,伸缩梁A(41)远离横梁(21)一端和伸缩梁B(42)远离竖梁(22)一端分别设置有一个连接头,所述连接头A中的插头(231)外壁形状与伸缩梁A(41)和伸缩梁B(42)的内壁形状适配,插头(231)上开设有安装螺孔,伸缩梁A(41)和伸缩梁B(42)分别通过安装螺孔和螺栓连接于连接头A,还包括L型挂钩(31)和J型挂钩(32),所述L型挂钩(31)固定连接于伸缩梁A(41)上的连接头,所述J型挂钩(32)固定连接于伸缩梁B(42)上的连接头。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装配式钢框架结构,其特征在于:还包括连接头B,所述连接头B除插头(231)外其他部分结构与所述连接头A相同,所述连接头B的插头(231)外壁形状与所述横梁(21)和竖梁(22)的内壁形状适配,所述横梁(21)和竖梁(22)通过安装螺孔和螺栓连接于连接头B。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装配式钢框架结构,其特征在于:所述伸缩梁A(41)通过安装孔插入角块(1)内,伸缩梁A(41)通过安装螺孔、直角连接件B和螺栓连接于角块(1),J型挂钩(32)与L型挂钩(31)耦合。
