Description

Whitening and skin brightening composition and application thereof in cosmetics
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a whitening and skin brightening composition and application thereof in cosmetics.
Background
With the age, the skin inevitably ages, and has problems of dryness, relaxation, darkness and the like, and external factors such as sunlight irradiation, environmental pollution and the like can aggravate the problems. With the increase of people's consumption level and the enhancement of safety and health consciousness, effective cosmetics, such as cosmetics for whitening, anti-aging, repairing and the like, are increasingly sought after. In the increasingly competitive functional cosmetic market, it is desirable to take up a place to think about how to develop cosmetics that are more powerful, comprehensive and gentle. The traditional whitening products mostly realize whitening by inhibiting tyrosinase activity, but have the advantages of single way, easy repetition and long action time, and the risk of skin irritation when the dosage of the conventional whitening agent is large. In order to achieve the real whitening, it is not enough to inhibit the activity of tyrosinase, and it is also considered to avoid oxidative damage caused by sunlight irradiation, eliminate the generated pigment, etc., and only prevention and repair are performed on each way causing skin blackening, the root whitening can be achieved. Therefore, how to develop a product with better, more comprehensive and mild whitening effect is a worth exploring.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a mild and efficient whitening and skin brightening composition which is different from traditional whitening, and achieves comprehensive, efficient and mild whitening effects through carefully selecting and compounding natural plant source extracts from multiple ways of resisting photodamage, inhibiting tyrosinase activity and transfer and reducing pigmentation.

The black willow bark extract is prepared from black willow, contains rich tannins and salicylic acid, belongs to natural salicylic acid, has the same effect as other synthetic acids, and does not generate any side effect, such as: irritation. Has effects of enhancing cell activity, improving cell regeneration, peeling and renewing skin cutin, and reducing skin pigmentation, thereby realizing brightening and whitening effects.
The palmate tree extract is rich in xylose and galactose oligosaccharides in the palmate red alga, and can limit melanin generation by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase and the quantity of synthesized melanin; reducing synthesis of protein-anchored complexes essential for melanosomes transport to keratinocytes; inhibit synthesis of stem cell factor, control photoinduced pigmentation, and make skin brighter and finer.
The extract of the inula flower is rich in jasmine flower flavonoids, protects the activity of catalase, helps to recover the content of glutathione in cells, can strengthen the function of endogenous anti-free radical systems of skin, resists photodamage, effectively protects proteins and DNA, reduces inflammation, reduces the quantity of synthesized melanin, and realizes the effects of radically whitening and brightening skin.

As can be seen from the data in Table 8, the tyrosinase inhibition rate of the whitening and skin-brightening compositions of examples 1 to 5 was above 85%, which indicates that the tyrosinase inhibition rate was very high, whereas the composition of comparative examples, whether the composition was outside the content range of the present invention (comparative examples 1 and 2), or the composition did not contain the components of the present invention (comparative examples 3 to 8) in its entirety, or the composition comprising any plant component of the composition replaced by a conventional whitening component (licorice root extract), was kept at a low level, indicating that the composition of the present invention was scientific and reasonable in its formulation and compounding ratio.

Hydroxyl radical scavenging assay:
the amount of each solution added is shown in Table 9, and 9mmoL/L FeSO is added into the cuvette in sequence 4 9mmoL/L ethanol-salicylic acid, followed by the addition of an appropriate amount of deionized water, and finally 8.8mmoL/L H 2 O 2 Shaking, heating in 37deg.C water bath for 15 min, taking out, and measuring absorbance A 0 。A 0 During measurement, the reference solution is a system without adding hydrogen peroxide. The absorbance A was measured by adding the solutions shown in Table 9 in the above manner and setting three groups in parallel X 、A X0 。A X 、A X0 In the measurement, the reference solution was deionized water.
TABLE 9
The calculation formula is as follows: hydroxyl radical clearance (%) =a 0 -(A X -A X0 )/A 0 *100, wherein is A 0 Absorbance of the blank; a is that X Adding the absorbance value of the sample; a is that X0 To be free of color-developing agent H 2 O 2 Solution background absorbance.
The whitening and skin-brightening compositions of examples 1 to 5 and the compositions of comparative examples 1 to 11 were used to determine the scavenging rate of the hydroxyl radicals, and the results are shown in Table 10.

As can be seen from the data in Table 10, the compositions of examples 1 to 5 all have a hydroxyl radical scavenging rate of 82% or more, which indicates that the compositions have a good hydroxyl radical scavenging rate, while the comparative examples, except comparative example 10, have a hydroxyl radical scavenging rate substantially less than that of the examples, which indicates that the compositions of examples have synergistic complementation and synergy, and therefore exert better effects in the compositions and ratios of the present invention.
Test example 4
Human whitening test:
to exclude other disturbances, the applicant selected 10 volunteers with healthy skin and no history of skin care allergy, and applied the whitening cream of example 9 on one side and the blank cream of comparative example 12 on the other side with the left and right half-face areas as the tested parts. The medicine is used for 1 time in the morning and at night each day, is continuously used for 4 weeks, and is prevented from being washed by water after being smeared. The skin was examined for melanin content with a skin melanin tester before use and after every 1 week, respectively. The results are shown in Table 11.
TABLE 11
As can be seen from the results in Table 11, the whitening cream of example 9 was more excellent in depigmentation ability, and after four weeks of use, the melanin of the facial skin was generally reduced by about 20, whereas the melanin content of the blank cream of comparative example 12 was fluctuated up and down at the initial value under the same conditions, and the change was not obvious. Illustrating that the whitening and skin-brightening composition prepared in example 1 has a remarkable effect of reducing pigmentation.
In conclusion, the whitening and skin brightening composition provided by the invention has the synergistic effect through scientific and reasonable collocation. The composition has the characteristics of mildness and no stimulation, and the tyrosinase inhibition effect and the hydroxyl radical scavenging effect of the composition are obviously superior to those of a single or incomplete component or a comparison composition without protecting the content range or the replacement component. The whitening effect of the skin is tested by adding the cream into a cream matrix, and the result shows that compared with blank cream, the cream has good capability of reducing pigmentation.
The present invention has been described in detail in the above embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the above examples, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention. Furthermore, embodiments of the invention and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
