In this embodiment, the check valve is a valve plate 33 pivotally connected to the upper surface of the water-stop plate 28, the water-stop plate 28 is provided with a water through hole 34, and the valve plate 33 can cover the water through hole 34. When the flat mop head 4 descends, the flat mop head 4 presses down the piston 31, at the moment, the volume of the water pumping area 29 is reduced, the valve plate 33 covers the water through hole 34 under the action of water pressure, and water in the water pumping area 29 is discharged through the water pumping pipe; when the flat mop head 4 ascends, the volume of the water pumping area 29 increases, and water in the squeezing area passes through the water inlet area 30 and the flushing valve plate 34 so as to enter the water pumping area 29. Of course, other parts of the flat mop 2 or a special part may be provided to act on the piston 31.
As shown in fig. 28, 29, 30 and 31, a pumping device is driven by an external force, and comprises a pumping barrel 27 fixed on the bottom surface of the mop bucket 1, a piston 31 sealed with the pumping barrel 27 is arranged in the pumping barrel 27, the piston 31 divides the pumping barrel 27 into an upper pumping area and a lower water inlet area, the water inlet area 30 is communicated with the mop bucket, the pumping area is connected with the pumping pipe, a one-way valve is arranged on the upper surface of the piston, the one-way valve is a plug 50 pivoted on the upper surface of the piston, and a plug hole corresponding to the plug 50 is arranged on the piston. When the piston 31 descends, the one-way valve is opened under the action of water pressure, and water in the water inlet area enters the water pumping area; when the piston 31 is up, the one-way valve is closed under the action of water pressure, the volume of the water pumping area is reduced, and water is discharged through the water pumping pipe. In this embodiment, the driving force is from a push-pull rod 51 connected with the piston, the push-pull rod penetrates out of the water pumping barrel 27 upwards, and the piston 31 is driven by pushing and pulling the push-pull rod 51.
As shown in fig. 18, 20 and 21, the water pumping device is driven by a flat mop which is pressed down by squeezing water, the water pumping device comprises an impeller pump 35 arranged at the bottom of the mop barrel, the impeller pump 35 is connected with a water pumping pipe, an impeller is arranged in the impeller pump 35, a driving shaft is arranged in the center of the impeller, and a driving gear 36 is arranged on the driving shaft; the mop bucket 1 is internally provided with a gear rack 37 and a lifting rack 38 which can be driven by a flat mop, the gear rack 37 is provided with a duplex gear, and the duplex gear comprises a bevel gear 39 and a driving gear 40 meshed with the lifting rack 38; the gear frame is also provided with a vertical rotating shaft 41, the rotating shaft 41 is provided with an upper gear 42 and a lower gear 43, the upper gear 42 is meshed with the bevel gear 39, and the lower gear 43 is meshed with the driving gear 36. When the flat mop head 4 descends, the flat mop head 4 presses the lifting rack 38 to descend, the lifting rack 38 descends to drive the driving gear 40 to rotate, the driving gear 40 rotates, the bevel gear 39 also rotates, the upper gear 42 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the bevel gear 39, the rotating shaft 41 also rotates, namely the lower gear 43 rotates, the driving gear 36 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the lower gear 43, the impeller is driven to rotate, water is pumped, and the water is discharged through the water pumping pipe. In this embodiment, a rack return spring may be provided on the bottom surface of the mop bucket 1, and the rack return spring abuts the lifting rack 38 to help return when the flat mop head 4 is lifted.
The pumping device is driven by external force and comprises an impeller pump 35 arranged at the bottom of the mop barrel, wherein an impeller pump driving device is arranged on the mop barrel, and the impeller pump is driven by the impeller pump driving device. The specific structure of the impeller pump driving device can be that a pedal 52 is hinged on a mop barrel, a transverse rack 53 is arranged below the pedal 52, the rack 53 is in sliding connection with the pedal 52, the transverse rack 53 can be pushed to transversely and linearly move by stepping on the pedal 52, an impeller 54 is arranged in the impeller pump 35, a driving shaft is arranged in the center of the impeller 54, a driving gear 36 is arranged on the driving shaft, the transverse rack 53 is meshed with the driving gear 36, the transverse rack 53 linearly moves to drive the driving gear 36 to rotate, and then the impeller 54 is driven to rotate, so that the pumping work of the impeller pump is realized.
The third way for achieving the purpose of less or no water dipping of the flat mop head during water squeezing is as follows: as shown in fig. 21, 23, 10 and 11, the mouth-stroking squeezing device 7 comprises a squeezing stand 44 installed in the squeezing area and a cleaning stand 45 installed in the cleaning area, wherein a squeezer 11 for squeezing the wiping objects on the flat mop head 4 is arranged in each of the squeezing stand 44 and the cleaning stand 45; the water channel 46 is provided in the water squeezing frame 44, and the water squeezed by the squeezer 11 directly flows to the cleaning area 6 or indirectly flows to the cleaning area 6 (i.e. flows to the cleaning frame 45 and then flows to the cleaning area) through the water channel 46 during squeezing. In fig. 21 and 23, the extruder 11 is in the form of an extrusion bar having a water port 47 formed therein, the water port 47 forming a water inlet of the waterway passage 46, and the extruded water flowing into the waterway passage 46 through the water port 47. In this way, a substantial portion of the squeezed water may be directed through waterway 46 to wash zone 6, thereby reducing water dripping into squeeze zone 5. The wringing frame 44 and the cleaning frame 45 are connected in the figure, but the wringing frame 44 and the cleaning frame can be separated, so that the effect of water flowing from the wringing area to the cleaning area is not affected.
The fourth way for achieving the purpose of less or no water dipping of the flat mop head during water squeezing is as follows: as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the wringing area 5 is provided with an upward raised boss 48, the raised boss 48 is generally taken at the bottom surface of the wringing area 5, the flat mop corresponds to the raised boss 48 during wringing, a water accumulation interlayer is formed at the periphery of the raised boss 48 for containing water squeezed during wringing, and the flat mop head can only descend until the raised boss 48, so that the flat mop head cannot contact with water accumulation.
When the flat mop is used for cleaning and squeezing, the flat mop head is rotated to a state capable of cleaning and squeezing, and the flat mop head can be kept in a cleaning and squeezing state through the positioning device between the flat mop head and the mop rod, so that the flat mop can be smoothly moved in the stripping extrusion device for squeezing or moving for squeezing and cleaning. When mopping, the flat mop head is separated from the control of the positioning device, so that the flat mop head rotates to a mopping state for mopping.
The structure of the positioning device is not limited, so long as the flat mop head can keep the cleaning and squeezing state, and the flat mop head is separated from the control of the positioning device when mopping the floor, so that the flat mop head rotates to the mopping state. Or the positioning device comprises a magnet arranged on the mop rod and an iron block arranged on the flat mop head, and when the flat mop head rotates to a state capable of cleaning and squeezing water, the iron block is attracted with the magnet, so that the flat mop head is kept in a cleaning or squeezing water state under the action of magnetic attraction force; when mopping, the iron block is separated from the magnet, so that the flat mop head can rotate to a mopping state under the action of the magnetic attraction force.
Or as shown in fig. 41 and 43, the positioning device comprises an elastic buckle 57 arranged on the flat mop head 4, when the flat mop head 4 rotates to a state that cleaning and water squeezing can be performed, the mop rod 3 is buckled into the elastic buckle 57, so that the flat mop head 4 and the mop rod 3 are fixed, and the flat mop head 4 is kept in a cleaning or water squeezing state; when mopping, the flat mop head or the mop rod is pulled to separate the mop rod 3 from the elastic buckle 57, so that the flat mop head 3 can freely rotate to a mopping state.
Or as shown in fig. 39 and 41, the positioning device comprises an elastic buckle 57 arranged on the mop rod 3, the flat mop head 4 is provided with a buckle hole 58 matched with the elastic buckle, and when the flat mop head 5 rotates to a state that cleaning and water squeezing can be performed, the elastic buckle 57 is buckled in the buckle hole 58, so that the flat mop head 4 is kept in a cleaning or water squeezing state; when mopping, the flat mop head or the mop rod is pulled to separate the elastic buckle 57 from the buckle hole 58, so that the flat mop head 4 can freely rotate to a mopping state.
Or the positioning device comprises a magic male buckle arranged on the flat mop head and a magic female buckle arranged on the mop rod, and the flat mop head and the mop rod are bonded and bound through the magic male buckle and the magic female buckle when in cleaning and water squeezing, so that the flat mop head is kept in a cleaning or water squeezing state; the magic male buckle is separated from the magic female buckle during mopping, so that the flat mop head can freely rotate to a mopping state.
Or as shown in fig. 37 and 39, the positioning device comprises a magic button 59 arranged on the flat mop head 4 and a magic button 60 arranged on the mop rod 3, and the flat mop head 4 and the mop rod 3 are bonded and bound through the magic button 60 and the magic button 59 during cleaning and water squeezing, so that the flat mop head 4 is kept in a cleaning or water squeezing state; the magic male buckle 60 is separated from the magic female buckle 59 when mopping, so that the flat mop head 4 can freely rotate to a mopping state.
Or as shown in fig. 43-50, the positioning device comprises an elastic top piece arranged in the mop rod 3, the elastic top piece comprises a spring 61 and a top block 62, and the top block 63 is propped against the movable connection part between the flat mop head 4 and the mop rod 3 by the force of the spring 61 during cleaning and water squeezing so as to position the flat mop head 4; when mopping, the mop rod or the flat mop head is pulled to rotate, so that the flat mop head 4 is in a mopping state. The joint of the flat mop head 4 and the mop rod 3 can adopt the following structure: the flat mop head is longitudinally hinged with a hinge support 63 (the longitudinal hinge means that the hinge shaft is parallel to the length direction of the flat mop head), the lower end of the mop rod 3 is transversely hinged with the hinge support 63 (the transverse hinge means that the hinge shaft is parallel to the width direction of the flat mop head), and the spring 61 and the top block 62 are positioned at the lower end in the mop rod 3, so that the top block 62 is propped against the hinge support 63.
