The flat mop cleaning tool described above is divided into the independent squeezing area 5 and the independent cleaning area 6 by the partition plate 8, that is, the mop bucket has the squeezing area and the cleaning area which are separated from each other and exist independently, and it is needless to say that the independent squeezing area and the independent cleaning area can be formed by other methods besides the partition plate, for example, the mop bucket is set as a squeezing bucket and a cleaning bucket connected with the squeezing bucket, the squeezing bucket is located in the squeezing area, and the cleaning bucket is located in the cleaning area.
Of course, the mounting position of the opening smoothing extrusion device for water squeezing can also be at the cleaning area, and the opening smoothing extrusion device for water squeezing needs to extend to the water squeezing area; the mounting position of the cleaning opening smoothing extrusion device can also be at the water squeezing area, and the cleaning opening smoothing extrusion device needs to extend to the cleaning area.
In this embodiment, the specific structural form of the mouth smoothing extrusion device 7 is as follows: the opening smoothing extrusion device 7 comprises an extrusion frame 9, the extrusion frame 9 is installed at the upper end of a mop barrel 1, an extrusion opening 10 for a flat mop to pass through is formed in the extrusion frame 9, and an extruder 11 for extruding the wiping materials on the flat mop head 4 is arranged in the extrusion opening 10. When cleaning or squeezing water, the flat mop head 4 is rotated to be parallel to the mop rod 3, then the flat mop head 4 is inserted into the squeezing opening 10, the squeezer 11 and the wiping material on the flat mop head 4 generate friction squeezing, and the squeezer 11 squeezes the wiping material for cleaning or squeezing for squeezing water.
The function of the squeezer 11 is to exert a squeezing action on the wipes of the flat mop head 4, so long as this action is achieved, its form of construction can take many forms, and its form of installation can also take many forms. The squeezer 11 can be an extrusion strip, an extrusion sheet or a rotatable squeezing roller, the extrusion strip, the extrusion sheet or the squeezing roller can be fixedly arranged in the extrusion port, the extrusion strip, the extrusion sheet or the squeezing roller can also be movably arranged in the extrusion port through an elastic device, and the squeezing roller, the extrusion strip or the extrusion sheet can also be movably arranged in the extrusion port through an inclined track arranged on the extrusion support. As shown in fig. 2, the extruder 11 may take the form of an extrusion roll. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the squeezer 11 may take the form of a squeezing strip on which a wringing rib 12 is provided, through which the wringing rib 12 squeezes with the wipe on the flat mop head 4; or as shown in fig. 6, the squeezer 11 may be in the form of a squeezing strip, on which a water squeezing rib 12 and a brush column 13 are provided, and the water squeezing rib 12 and the brush column 13 squeeze the wiping material on the flat mop head 4, wherein the water squeezing rib 12 plays a major role in squeezing, the brush column 13 plays a minor role in squeezing, and the brush column 13 can also clean the wiping material on the flat mop head 4, which is beneficial for cleaning.
The installation mode of the squeezer 11 can be as shown in fig. 2, the squeeze roll as the squeezer 11 is fixedly installed in the squeezing port 10, the wringing roll can also be movably installed in the squeezing port, one mode is that the two ends of the wringing roll are provided with roll frames, the two ends of the wringing roll are inserted into the roll frames, the roll frames are connected with the squeezing through springs, so that the wringing roll can move to change the width of the squeezing port during wringing and cleaning; or an inclined track on the extrusion support, wherein the two roller frames are respectively provided with a roller frame lug and a roller frame lug, and the roller frame lugs are arranged in the inclined track in a sliding way, so that the wringing roller can move to change the width of the extrusion opening during wringing and cleaning; or as shown in fig. 3, the extruding strip as the extruder 11 is connected to the extruding frame 9 through the extruder spring 14, so that the extruder 11 has certain elasticity and is smoother during extruding operation, and the wringing roller can move to change the width of the extruding opening during wringing and cleaning; or as shown in fig. 4, the extrusion strip as the extruder 11 is fixedly mounted on the extrusion frame 9; or as shown in fig. 24, two ends of the extrusion strip as the extruder 11 are provided with protruded sliders 15, the extrusion frame 9 is provided with an inclined slide rail 16, the sliders 15 are positioned in the inclined slide rail 16, the sliders 15 can slide in the inclined slide rail 16, so that the extruder 11 can move, and the width of the extrusion opening can be changed during water extrusion or cleaning.
In this embodiment, the water squeezing area 5 and/or the cleaning area 6 are/is provided with a buffer mechanism for buffering the pressed flat mop head 4, the buffer mechanism is generally disposed on the bottom surface of the water squeezing area 5, and the bottom surface of the cleaning area 6 can also be provided with a buffer mechanism for buffering the pressed flat mop head 4, and the buffer mechanism is generally disposed on the bottom surface of the cleaning area 6. The buffer mechanism has the functions that: the flat mop head 4 pressed down touches the buffer mechanism when pressed down, and can avoid direct hard contact with the bottom surface of the mop bucket 1, thereby forming a buffer function and being more comfortable during water squeezing and cleaning operations. The cushioning mechanism may take many forms, for example, using an elastic pad, or block, or spring-resilient device, or the like. When the buffer mechanism adopts a spring rebound device, the rebound device comprises an upper spring 17 and a rebound frame 18, the lower end of the upper spring 17 is propped against the bottom surface of the mop bucket 1, the upper end of the upper spring 17 is propped against the rebound frame 18, the flat mop head 4 is pressed down when washing or squeezing water and is propped against the rebound frame 18, and therefore the buffer is formed through the elasticity of the upper spring 17. The shape of the rebounding frame 18 and the specific installation manner between the rebounding frame and the upper ejecting spring 17 can also adopt various structural forms, for example, as shown in fig. 9, a fixed sleeve 19 is arranged on the bottom surface of the water squeezing area and/or the cleaning area, an upper ejecting sleeve is sleeved in the fixed sleeve 19, the upper ejecting spring 17 is positioned in the fixed sleeve 19 and the upper ejecting sleeve, and the upper ejecting sleeve forms the rebounding frame 18; or as shown in fig. 10, two fixed spring sleeves 20 are arranged on the bottom surface of the water squeezing area and/or the cleaning area, a fixed guide post 21 is arranged in each spring sleeve 20, the rebound frame 18 is provided with a concave part 22, the flat mop head 4 is propped against the concave part 22 when being pressed downwards, two sides of the concave part 22 respectively form a guide head, a guide sleeve 23 is arranged in each guide head, the guide sleeve 23 is sleeved outside the guide post 21, the upper jacking spring 17 is sleeved outside the guide sleeve 23 and the guide post 21, the lower end of the upper jacking spring 17 is propped against the bottom surface of the mop bucket 1, and the upper end of the upper jacking spring 17 is propped against the guide head; or as shown in fig. 11, two fixed guide frames 24 are arranged on the bottom surface of the water squeezing area and/or the cleaning area, the rebound frame 18 is provided with a lower concave part 22, the flat mop head 4 is propped against the lower concave part 22 when being pressed downwards, two sides of the lower concave part 22 are respectively provided with a guide head, the guide head parts are positioned in the guide frames 24, a guide sleeve 23 is arranged in the guide head, an upper propping spring 17 is sleeved outside the guide sleeve 23, the lower end of the upper propping spring 17 is propped against the bottom surface of the mop bucket 1, and the upper end of the upper propping spring 17 is propped against the guide head.
In the technical scheme, a stroke squeezing device is respectively arranged in the water squeezing area 5 and the cleaning area 6. Of course, only one opening smoothing extrusion device can be adopted, and only one opening smoothing extrusion device can be arranged, at the moment, the opening smoothing extrusion device needs to be switched between a water squeezing area and a cleaning area, and is located in the water squeezing area during water squeezing and is located in the cleaning area during cleaning. The conversion mode can adopt various modes, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, a transfer slide rail is arranged on the upper edge of the mop bucket 1, and the squeezing frame 9 is arranged on the transfer slide rail in a sliding manner, so that the opening smoothing squeezing device 7 can slide to the water squeezing area 5 and the cleaning area 6, and the conversion of the opening smoothing squeezing device 7 between the water squeezing area 5 and the cleaning area 6 is realized. Or as shown in fig. 25, 26 and 27, the mop bucket 1 is further hinged with a turnover handle 49, the opening squeezing device 7 is rotatably mounted on the turnover handle 49, and the turnover handle 49 can be turned over to the water squeezing area or the cleaning area, so that the opening squeezing device 7 is erected in the water squeezing area or the cleaning area.
When the independent wringing zone 5 and the independent washing zone 6 are provided through the mop bucket 1, there are the following problems: when crowded water is distinguished 5 in crowded water, crowded water that gets off is long-pending to stay in crowded water district 5 to form certain water level in crowded water district 5, dull and stereotyped mop head 4 is pressing crowded water in-process down, probably is stained with crowded water down, thereby influences the wringing effect, in order to solve this problem, can increase the height of mop bucket, also can adopt other modes to reach when crowded water dull and stereotyped mop head 4 is stained with water or exempts from the purpose of being stained with water less: one method is that as shown in fig. 14, a surrounding frame 25 is arranged in the water squeezing area 5, the surrounding frame 25 is generally arranged at the bottom surface of the water squeezing area 5, the flat mop head 4 corresponds to the surrounding frame 25 during water squeezing, most of the squeezed water during water squeezing falls outside the surrounding frame 25, only a very small part of the water drops in the surrounding frame 25, the flat mop head 4 is inserted into the surrounding frame 25 during water squeezing, the wiping object absorbs the very small part of the water again, and the wiping object can be squeezed to be dry after multiple times of water squeezing. In this embodiment, the upper end surface of the enclosure frame 25 is provided with a downwardly inclined diversion port 26, so that the squeezed water flows out of the enclosure frame 25 as much as possible during water squeezing.
Another approach is for the squeeze flat mop cleaning tool to also be provided with a water transfer device for transferring squeezed water from the wringing zone to the cleaning zone. The method can adopt two implementation modes, wherein one implementation mode is that a water pumping device is arranged, water which is retained in a water squeezing area after water squeezing is pumped to a cleaning area through the water pumping device, the water pumping device can be placed outside a mop bucket at the moment, for example, a water pumping pump is arranged outside the mop bucket, a water inlet of the water pumping pump is connected with a water pipe which extends into the water squeezing area, a water outlet of the water pumping pump is connected with a water outlet pipe, and the water outlet pipe extends to the cleaning area; the water pumping device can also be arranged in the water squeezing area, for example, an electric water pumping pump is arranged in the water squeezing area, water in the water squeezing area is pumped to the cleaning area through the electric water pumping pump, for example, a non-electric water pumping device is arranged in the water squeezing area, and the non-electric water pumping device can be driven by a flat mop pressed down during water squeezing. As shown in fig. 15, 16, 17 and 18, the water pumping device is driven by a flat mop which is pressed down during water squeezing, and comprises a water pumping cylinder 27 fixed on the bottom surface of the mop bucket 1, a water baffle 28 is arranged in the water pumping cylinder 27, the water baffle 28 divides the water pumping cylinder 27 into an upper water pumping area 29 and a lower water inlet area 30, and the water pumping area 29 is connected with a water pumping pipe; the water inlet area 30 is communicated with the mop bucket 1, a piston 31 is arranged in the water pumping area 29, the water pumping area and the water pumping area are sealed, and a water pumping spring 32 is arranged between the piston 31 and the water stop sheet 28; the water stop plate 28 is provided with a one-way valve, the piston 31 presses down the one-way valve to close, and the one-way valve is opened when the piston 31 rises. In this embodiment, the check valve is a valve plate 33 pivotally connected to the upper surface of the water stop plate 28, the water stop plate 28 is provided with a water through hole 34, and the valve plate 33 can cover the water through hole 34. When the flat mop head 4 descends, the flat mop head 4 presses the piston 31 downwards, the volume of the water pumping area 29 is reduced, the valve plate 33 covers the water through hole 34 under the action of water pressure, and water in the water pumping area 29 is discharged through the water pumping pipe; when the flat mop head 4 is raised, the volume of the pumping area 29 increases, and water in the squeezing area flows through the water inlet area 30, and pushes the valve plate 34 open to enter the pumping area 29. It is of course also possible to provide other parts of the flat mop 2 or to provide a special part to interact with the piston 31.
As shown in fig. 28, 29, 30 and 31, the water pumping device is driven by an external force, and includes a water pumping cylinder 27 fixed to the bottom surface of the mop bucket 1, a piston 31 sealed with the water pumping cylinder 27 is disposed in the water pumping cylinder 27, the piston 31 divides the water pumping cylinder 27 into an upper water pumping area and a lower water inlet area, the water inlet area 30 is communicated with the mop bucket, the water pumping area is connected with a water pumping pipe, a check valve is disposed on the upper surface of the piston, in this embodiment, the check valve is a plug 50 pivoted to the upper surface of the piston, and a plug hole corresponding to the plug 50 is disposed on the piston. When the piston 31 moves downwards, the one-way valve is opened under the action of water pressure, and water in the water inlet area enters the water pumping area; when the piston 31 moves upwards, the one-way valve is closed under the action of water pressure, the volume of a water pumping area is reduced, and water is discharged through the water pumping pipe. The piston 31 is driven by external force, in this embodiment, the driving force is from a push-pull rod 51 connected to the piston, the push-pull rod extends upward out of the water pumping cylinder 27, and the piston 31 is driven by pushing and pulling the push-pull rod 51.
As shown in fig. 19, 20 and 21, the water pumping device is driven by a flat mop which is pressed down during water squeezing, and comprises an impeller pump 35 arranged at the bottom of a mop bucket, the impeller pump 35 is connected with a water pumping pipe, an impeller is arranged in the impeller pump 35, a driving shaft is arranged in the center of the impeller, and a driving gear 36 is arranged on the driving shaft; a gear rack 37 and a lifting rack 38 which can be driven by the flat mop are arranged in the mop bucket 1, a duplicate gear is arranged on the gear rack 37, and the duplicate gear comprises a bevel gear 39 and a driving gear 40 meshed with the lifting rack 38; the gear rack is also provided with a vertical rotating shaft 41, the rotating shaft 41 is provided with an upper gear 42 and a lower gear 43, the upper gear 42 is meshed with the bevel gear 39, and the lower gear 43 is meshed with the driving gear 36. When the flat mop head 4 goes down, the flat mop head 4 presses the lifting rack 38 to descend, the lifting rack 38 descends to drive the driving gear 40 to rotate, the driving gear 40 rotates to drive the bevel gear 39 to rotate, the bevel gear 39 rotates to drive the upper gear 42 to rotate, the rotating shaft 41 also rotates, namely, the lower gear 43 rotates to drive the driving gear 36 to rotate, so that the impeller is driven to rotate to pump water, and the water is discharged through the water pumping pipe. In this embodiment, a rack return spring can be provided on the bottom surface of the mop bucket 1, and the rack return spring abuts against the lifting rack 38 to help return when the flat mop head 4 is lifted.
As shown in fig. 32, 33, 34 and 35, the water pumping device is driven by external force, and comprises an impeller pump 35 arranged at the bottom of the mop bucket, the mop bucket is provided with an impeller pump driving device, and the impeller pump is driven by the impeller pump driving device. The specific structure of the impeller pump driving device can be that a pedal 52 is hinged on the mop bucket, a transverse rack 53 is arranged below the pedal 52, the rack 53 is in sliding connection with the pedal 52, the transverse rack 53 can be pushed to transversely linearly move by stepping on the pedal 52, an impeller 54 is arranged in the impeller pump 35, a driving shaft is arranged in the center of the impeller 54, a driving gear 36 is arranged on the driving shaft, the transverse rack 53 is meshed with the driving gear 36, the transverse rack 53 linearly moves to drive the driving gear 36 to rotate, and further the impeller 54 is driven to rotate, so that the water pumping work of the impeller pump is realized.
The third mode for achieving the purpose that the flat mop head is less or free of water during wringing is as follows: as shown in fig. 22, 23, 10 and 11, the opening smoothing squeezing device 7 comprises a wringing frame 44 mounted in the wringing area and a cleaning frame 45 mounted in the cleaning area, and a squeezer 11 for squeezing the wipes on the flat mop head 4 is arranged in each of the wringing frame 44 and the cleaning frame 45; a waterway channel 46 is arranged in the wringing rack 44, and water squeezed down by the squeezer 11 during wringing directly flows to the cleaning area 6 or indirectly flows to the cleaning area 6 (namely flows to the cleaning rack 45 firstly and then flows to the cleaning area) through the waterway channel 46. In fig. 22 and 23, the squeezer 11 is in the form of a squeezing strip, which has a water gap 47 opened therein, the water gap 47 forming an inlet of the waterway 46, and squeezed water flows into the waterway 46 through the water gap 47. In this way, a substantial portion of the squeezed water can be directed to the washing zone 6 through the waterway 46, thereby reducing water dripping into the squeezing zone 5. The wringing rack 44 and the cleaning rack 45 are connected in the figure, but the wringing rack 44 and the cleaning rack can be separated, so that the effect of water flowing from the wringing area to the cleaning area is not influenced.
The fourth mode for achieving the purpose that the flat mop head is less or free of water during wringing is as follows: as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the water squeezing area 5 is provided with a raised boss 48 protruding upwards, the raised boss 48 is generally arranged on the bottom surface of the water squeezing area 5, the flat mop corresponds to the raised boss 48 during water squeezing, a water accumulation interlayer is formed at the periphery of the raised boss 48 and used for accommodating water squeezed during water squeezing, and the flat mop head can only descend until the raised boss 48 is raised, so that the flat mop head cannot contact with the water accumulation. At this time, if the water squeezing area has a buffer mechanism, the buffer mechanism should be mounted on the raised boss 48.
When the flat mop is cleaned and squeezed, the flat mop head is rotated to a state capable of being cleaned and squeezed, and the flat mop head can be kept in a cleaning and squeezing state through the positioning device between the flat mop head and the mop rod, so that the flat mop can be smoothly moved in the opening squeezing device for squeezing and squeezing water or moved for squeezing and cleaning. When mopping, the flat mop head is separated from the control of the positioning device so as to rotate to the mopping state for mopping.
The structure of the positioning device is not limited as long as the flat mop head can keep the cleaning and wringing state, and the flat mop head is separated from the control of the positioning device to rotate to the mopping state when mopping. In this embodiment, several structural forms of the positioning device are exemplified:
as shown in fig. 36 and 37, the positioning device comprises an iron block 55 disposed on the mop rod 3 and a magnet 56 disposed on the flat mop head 4, when the flat mop head 4 is rotated to a state of being capable of cleaning and squeezing, the iron block 55 and the magnet 56 are attracted, so that the flat mop head 4 is kept in a cleaning or squeezing state under the action of the magnetic attraction force; when mopping, the iron block 55 is separated from the magnet 56, so that the flat mop head 4 is separated from the magnetic attraction force and can be rotated to a mopping state.
Or the positioning device comprises a magnet arranged on the mop rod and an iron block arranged on the flat mop head, and when the flat mop head rotates to a state of being capable of cleaning and squeezing water, the iron block and the magnet are attracted to each other, so that the flat mop head is kept in a cleaning or squeezing state under the action of magnetic attraction force; when the mop is used for mopping, the iron block is separated from the magnet, so that the flat mop head is separated from the action of magnetic attraction force and can be rotated to a mopping state.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 42 and 43, the positioning device comprises an elastic buckle 57 disposed on the flat mop head 4, and when the flat mop head 4 is rotated to a state of being capable of being cleaned and squeezed, the mop rod 3 is buckled into the elastic buckle 57, so that the flat mop head 4 and the mop rod 3 are fixed, and the flat mop head 4 is kept in a cleaning or squeezing state; when mopping, the flat mop head or the mop rod is pulled to separate the mop rod 3 from the elastic buckle 57, so that the flat mop head 3 can freely rotate to a mopping state.
Or, as shown in fig. 40 and 41, the positioning device includes an elastic buckle 57 disposed on the mop rod 3, a buckle hole 58 adapted to the elastic buckle is disposed on the flat mop head 4, and when the flat mop head 5 is rotated to a state of being able to be cleaned and squeezed, the elastic buckle 57 is buckled into the buckle hole 58, so that the flat mop head 4 is kept in a cleaning or squeezing state; when mopping, the flat mop head or the mop rod is pulled to make the elastic buckle 57 separate from the buckle hole 58, so that the flat mop head 4 can freely rotate to the mopping state.
Or the positioning device comprises a magic male buckle arranged on the flat mop head and a magic female buckle arranged on the mop rod, and the flat mop head and the mop rod are bonded and bound through the magic male buckle and the magic female buckle during cleaning and wringing, so that the flat mop head is kept in a cleaning or wringing state; when the mop is used for mopping, the magic male buckle is separated from the magic female buckle, so that the flat mop head can freely rotate to a mopping state.
Or, as shown in fig. 38 and 39, the positioning device includes a magic female buckle 59 disposed on the flat mop head 4 and a magic male buckle 60 disposed on the mop rod 3, and the flat mop head 4 and the mop rod 3 are bonded and bound through the magic male buckle 60 and the magic female buckle 59 during cleaning and squeezing, so that the flat mop head 4 is kept in a cleaning or squeezing state; when mopping, the magic male buckle 60 is separated from the magic female buckle 59, so that the flat mop head 4 can rotate freely to the mopping state.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 44-51, the positioning device comprises an elastic top member disposed in the mop rod 3, the elastic top member comprises a spring 61 and a top block 62, and the top block 63 is pressed against the movable connection between the flat mop head 4 and the mop rod 3 by the force of the spring 61 during cleaning and squeezing water, so as to position the flat mop head 4; when mopping, the mop rod or the flat mop head is pulled to rotate, so that the flat mop head 4 is in a mopping state. The connection between the flat mop head 4 and the mop rod 3 can adopt the structure that: the flat mop head is longitudinally hinged with a hinge base 63 (the longitudinal hinge means that a hinge shaft is parallel to the length direction of the flat mop head), the lower end of the mop rod 3 is transversely hinged with the hinge base 63 (the transverse hinge means that the hinge shaft is parallel to the width direction of the flat mop head), the spring 61 and the top block 62 are positioned at the lower end in the mop rod 3, and therefore the top block 62 is propped against the hinge base 63. When the flat mop head 4 is rotated to a cleaning and water squeezing state, the flat mop head 4 is rotated to be substantially parallel to the mop rod 3, and the top block 62 is pushed against the hinge base 63 to form a downward pushing force, so that the flat mop head 4 is kept in the state. For better positioning, when the flat mop head 4 is rotated to be basically parallel to the mop rod 3, the hinge seat which is opposite to the top block 62 is arranged to be a plane so as to increase the positioning capability; or the hinge seat which is propped against the top block 62 is provided with a groove 64, the top block 62 is provided with a convex rib 65 or a clamping wheel 66, and the convex rib 65 or the clamping wheel 66 is clamped into the groove 64 to achieve a better positioning effect.
Or the positioning device comprises an elastic jacking piece arranged at the movable connection part between the flat mop head and the mop rod, and the elastic jacking piece is jacked on the mop rod during cleaning and wringing so as to position the flat mop head; when mopping, the mop rod or the flat mop head rotates to enable the flat mop head to be in a mopping state.
The specific structural form of the detachable connection mode of the opening smoothing squeezing device and the mop bucket is not limited, and in the embodiment, a plurality of detachable structural forms are exemplified: as shown in fig. 55, 56 and 57, a clamping protrusion 67 is provided on the squeezing frame 9, and the squeezing frame 9 is clamped on the upper edge of the mop bucket 1 by the clamping protrusion 67.
As shown in fig. 52, 53 and 54, a clamping plate 68 is pivoted on the squeezing frame 9, a buckle 69 is arranged on the clamping plate 68, and the buckle 69 is clamped on the upper edge of the mop bucket 1 after the clamping plate 68 is rotated.
As shown in fig. 63-68, a transverse inserting plate 70 is disposed at one end of the extrusion frame 9, a vertical elastic sheet 71 is disposed at the other end of the extrusion frame 9, and a clamping head 72 is disposed on the vertical elastic sheet 71; after the transverse inserting plate 70 is inserted into a hole on the upper edge of the mop bucket 1, the vertical elastic sheet 71 is inserted into another hole on the upper edge of the mop bucket 1 and is clamped by the clamping head 72;
or one side of the extrusion frame is provided with a vertical inserting plate, the other side of the extrusion frame is provided with a transverse elastic sheet, and the transverse elastic sheet is provided with a clamping head; after the vertical inserting plate is inserted into the mop bucket, the transverse elastic sheet is inserted into the mop bucket and is clamped by the clamping head.
