Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
In some of the flows described in the specification, claims, and above-described figures of the present invention, a number of operations are included that occur in a particular order, which operations may be performed out of order or in parallel as they occur herein. The sequence numbers of the operations, e.g., 101, 102, etc., are used merely to distinguish between the various operations, and do not represent any order of execution per se. Additionally, the flows may include more or fewer operations, and the operations may be performed sequentially or in parallel. It should be noted that, the descriptions of "first", "second", etc. in this document are used for distinguishing different messages, devices, modules, etc., and do not represent a sequential order, nor limit the types of "first" and "second" to be different.
In the technical scheme of the application, the display control technology of the display device can be applied to various vehicles with passenger cabins and the display device. Such vehicles may be, for example, high-speed rails, airplanes, vehicles, aircraft, hovercar, etc. For example, in a passenger compartment of a high-speed rail, there are many seats, and a rectangular display screen may be installed in front of each row or in front of the first row of each compartment.
For ease of understanding, the present application is exemplified by a vehicle. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle with a display device according to an embodiment of the present application. It can be seen from fig. 1 that the display device in the vehicle may be of various types, for example, a display screen, a projection device, etc.
For the convenience of understanding, the technical solutions of the present application will be described below with reference to specific embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a display control method of a display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method may be applied to a vehicle comprising a passenger compartment provided with a display device and at least one seat. The following embodiments will be described taking as an example that the vehicle is a vehicle. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 201: acquiring the seating state of the at least one seat in the passenger compartment, wherein the seating state represents that any one or more seats in the at least one seat are seated by passengers.
Step 202: determining the display position of a hot spot visible area in a display interface presented by the display equipment according to the riding state; and the hotspot visible area is not larger than the visible area in the display interface.
In practical applications, the seating state of at least one seat in the passenger compartment may be detected in many ways, for example, whether a passenger is seated or not may be detected by a sensor (e.g., a pressure sensor) on the seat, and when the pressure sensor detects a pressure, it indicates that the passenger is seated in the current seat. Whether passengers are in the passenger compartment and the seating position relation of each passenger can be detected through the vision equipment, the vision equipment is arranged at a higher position in the passenger compartment, the environment in the passenger compartment can be detected and the passengers can be identified (for example, a face identification mode is adopted), and the number of the passengers and the seating position can be determined according to the identification result. The seat on which the occupant sits can also be judged by whether the seatbelt is activated. In order to improve the detection accuracy, a mode of simultaneously using a plurality of detection modes can be adopted.
The first seat referred to herein may be any seat in the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The passenger compartment referred to herein is a passenger space in which a plurality of seats are disposed in a vehicle, and is referred to differently in different vehicles and different space regions, and may be referred to as a cabin, a cockpit, and the like. The designation of the passenger compartment does not constitute a limitation of the present solution.
When the display device is a projection device, the projection device projects a certain medium to show a display interface. Head-up display devices may also be used for display.
For ease of understanding, in the following embodiments of the present application, a display screen (e.g., an LCD display screen or an LED display screen) will be exemplified. For example, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating the installation effect of the display screen according to the embodiment of the present application. As can be seen in fig. 3, the display screen is mounted at a center console position extending from the center console directly in front of or near the front of the main driver seat to the center console directly in front of or near the front of the passenger driver seat.
It should be noted that the display interface is an effective display area of the display screen. When a certain display mode is executed to display the important attention content of the passengers, a visual area is selected from the display interface to be displayed. For example, when a video is played, the video is played through a small window, and the small window for playing the video may be referred to as a hot spot visible area. The hot spot viewing zones referred to herein are understood to be those viewing zones where the current occupant is focused.
For example, when only the first passenger is seated in the passenger compartment, and the first seat in which the first passenger is seated is the main driving seat, the hot spot visual area is adjusted to a position close to the first seat for display. So that the first occupant can clearly see what is being displayed in the hotspot visible area in the first position. The position of the hotspot visible area in the display screen can be dynamically adjusted according to the actual seating relationship of the passengers in the passenger compartment while the requirements of the passengers on viewing are more abundant and diversified through the large-size display screen, so that each passenger can obtain better viewing experience.
As an alternative, at least a primary driver seat and a secondary driver seat are provided in the passenger compartment of the vehicle, the display device presenting a display interface extending from the front of the primary driver seat to the front of the secondary driver seat without interruption.
It should be noted that the display interface described herein may extend continuously from the primary driver seat to the secondary driver seat, or may extend continuously without interruption, for example, a whole display screen (for example, a liquid crystal screen, a flexible screen, etc.) shown in fig. 3 may be used as the display interface. If the display screen is a flexible screen, the extension range of the display interface can be adjusted as required so as to meet the viewing requirements of the primary driver and/or the secondary driver.
In addition, the display interface can be an integral display interface formed by splicing or seamlessly splicing a plurality of display screens, so that the display interface can continuously extend from the primary driver seat to the secondary driver seat.
It should be noted here that, no matter whether the display interface is presented by one complete display screen or by splicing a plurality of display screens, the display interface is taken as a whole, and the content displayed in the display interface is an inseparable whole.
In one or more embodiments of the present application, the determining a display position of a hot spot visible area in a display interface presented by the display device includes: when only a first seat in the at least one seat is taken by the passenger, if the first seat is a main driver position, determining a display position of a hot spot visible area in a display interface presented by the display device based on a driving mode and/or a display mode.
As intelligent vehicle technology evolves, the vehicle may provide a primary driver with a variety of driving modes, such as a human drive mode (manual human drive), an assisted drive mode, an autonomous drive mode, an entertainment mode, and so forth. In different driving modes, the primary driver needs to focus on different content through the hotspot visible area.
The display mode here may be a navigation display mode, a driving support display mode, an automatic driving display mode, an entertainment display mode, or the like.
Determining a display position of a hot spot visible area in a display interface presented by the display device based on a driving mode and/or a display mode, specifically comprising: and if the driving mode is a man driving mode and the display mode is a man driving assistance related mode, determining the display position of the hotspot visible area, close to the first seat, in the display interface.
For example, when the driving mode is the man driving mode and the display mode is the navigation display mode, it indicates that the current primary driver needs to pay attention to the vehicle condition, the current road condition information, and the like, so that the primary driver can drive the vehicle safely. Therefore, the primary driver needs to be focused on when displaying the navigational display mode in the hot spot visual area. Therefore, when the first seat in the passenger compartment is the primary driver position, the hot spot viewable area is displayed in the display interface proximate to the primary driver's first seat. Thereafter, even if it is detected that another occupant is seated at the passenger driving position, the position of the hotspot visible region does not change. Because the navigation content displayed in the current hotspot visual area is more important to the primary driver, the relationship with the copilot is not great, or the copilot need not be concerned with the navigation content in the hotspot visual area. The man driving assistance-related mode may be, for example, a navigation display mode, a reverse image display mode, or the like for assisting the main driver in driving the vehicle.
For example, when the driving mode is the man driving mode and the display mode is the entertainment display mode, it indicates that the current primary driver needs to pay attention to the vehicle condition, the current road condition information, and the like, so that the primary driver can drive the vehicle safely. Therefore, when the entertainment display mode is displayed in the hot spot visual area, the primary driver does not need to pay attention to the display contents, but to the road conditions, the vehicle conditions, and the like. Therefore, when the first seat in the passenger compartment is the primary driver's position, the hot spot viewable area may be displayed in the display interface proximate to the primary driver's first seat. Thereafter, even if it is detected that another occupant is seated in the passenger seat position, the position of the hotspot visible region changes and moves in a direction close to the passenger seat position.
For example, when the driving mode is the automatic driving mode, the stable parking (non-temporary parking), the primary driver no longer needs to pay attention to any information. Therefore, the display mode is not affected in the automatic driving mode and the parking mode. For example, when the display mode is the entertainment display mode, it indicates that the current primary driver does not need to pay attention to the vehicle condition, the current road condition information, and the like. Therefore, the primary driver may pay more attention to the entertainment content played in the hotspot visual area while the entertainment display mode is displayed in the hotspot visual area. When the first seat in the passenger compartment is the primary driver position, a hot spot visible area is displayed in the display interface proximate to the primary driver's first seat. Then, if it is detected that another passenger is seated at the passenger seat position, the position of the hotspot visible area changes and moves in a direction close to the passenger seat position.
In one scenario, if there are multiple windows in the display interface for content presentation, for example, one window displays navigation content and another window displays entertainment content. When only the main driver exists in the passenger compartment, the hotspot visible area for displaying the navigation content is closer to the first seat where the main driver sits in the driving mode of the vehicle, when the vehicle is parked from driving, the control system can adjust the position of the hotspot visible area according to the state change of the vehicle, adjust the hotspot visible area for displaying the entertainment content to the display position of the first seat close to the main driver, and adjust the navigation content to the display position of the first seat far away from the main driver.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an exemplary display interface according to an embodiment of the present application. As can be seen from fig. 4, the display interface further includes a first functional area;
the determining the display position of the hot spot visible area in the display interface presented by the display device according to the riding state comprises:
determining display positions of the hotspot visible area and the first functional area in the display interface according to a first seat of the at least one seat when only the first seat is occupied by an occupant; wherein a distance between the first functional zone and the first seat upper passenger eye is less than a distance between the hotspot visible area and the first seat upper passenger eye.
The first functional area may be understood as a display area for providing some control functions for passengers, for example, vehicle functions such as an air conditioner opening function and a trunk opening function of a vehicle may be controlled through the first functional area, and vehicle multimedia functions, display screen brightness, speaker volume and the like may be controlled through the first functional area. The display interface not only can provide a viewing function for the passengers, but also can provide a control function for the passengers.
Therefore, in order to facilitate the operation control demand of the occupant through the first functional region, the first functional region can be adjusted to a display position closer to the first seat. Specifically, when the distance between the first functional zone and the hot spot visual area and the first seat is measured, the distance between the eyes of the occupant seated in the first seat and the first functional zone and the hot spot visual area can be used as a measurement standard. After the first passenger finishes controlling, the first functional area can be reduced or hidden, so that the display range of the hot spot visible area can be enlarged, and the hot spot visible area can be adjusted towards the direction close to the first seat.
Fig. 5a and 5b are schematic diagrams illustrating adjustment of the display interface when a second passenger enters the passenger compartment according to the embodiment of the present application. Adjusting the display interface:
determining a second seat of a second occupant when the second occupant is seated in the occupant compartment;
if the second seat and the first seat are on the same side of the passenger compartment, the hotspot visible area in the display interface is not adjusted;
if the second seat and the first seat are respectively positioned on different sides of the passenger compartment, adjusting the hot spot visual area in the display interface to a middle position; wherein, the plane of the display interface is vertical to the longitudinal direction of the passenger cabin.
As shown in fig. 5a, the display screen is installed at the front center console position of the passenger compartment, and the plane of the display interface is vertical to the longitudinal direction of the passenger compartment; wherein the primary and secondary riders are arranged transversely in the passenger compartment and the front and rear rows are arranged longitudinally in the passenger compartment. Assume that the first occupant is the primary driver and the first seat is the primary driver seat. The second seat is the seat behind the primary driver's seat. Because the sight line of the passenger sitting on the second seat is shielded by the passenger sitting on the first seat and the seat, corresponding compensation measures can be taken to ensure the viewing effect of the passenger on the second seat, for example, the height of the front-row seat can be reduced, the height of the rear-row seat can be increased, the rear-row seat can be adjusted to move towards the middle of the passenger cabin, the height of the display interface can be increased, and the like, so that the passenger sitting on the rear-row seat can clearly see the content in the display interface of the console in the front row. It can be seen that the first seat and the second seat are both on the left side of the passenger compartment, and therefore, when the first passenger and the second passenger are both on the left side of the display interface, the first passenger and the second passenger have similar viewing angles and viewing requirements based on the compensation measures described above, and therefore, if the hot spot visible area is close to the display position of the first seat before the second passenger enters the passenger compartment, the display position of the hot spot visible area in the display interface may not be adjusted after the second passenger enters the passenger compartment.
As shown in fig. 5b, assume that the first occupant is the primary driver and the first seat is the primary driver seat. The second seat is a secondary driver seat. It can be seen that the first seat and the second seat are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the display interface, so that when the first passenger and the second passenger are respectively arranged on different sides of the display interface, different viewing angles and viewing requirements are provided, therefore, if the hot spot visible region is at the display position close to the first seat before the second passenger enters the passenger cabin, after the second passenger enters the passenger cabin, the display position of the hot spot visible region in the display interface can be adjusted, and the hot spot visible region is adjusted to the middle position of the display interface, so that the requirement that the first passenger and the second passenger can simultaneously view the content of the hot spot visible region can be met.
In addition, when the functional area is also displayed in the display interface, when the second passenger enters the passenger compartment, the manner of adjusting the functional area may include: adjusting the first functional zone to a display position proximate to the second seat; alternatively, a second functional area is displayed in a display position near the second seat.
In practical applications, when the first passenger and the second passenger are on different sides of the passenger compartment relative to the display interface, if only one functional area is provided in the display interface, after the second passenger enters the passenger compartment, the first functional area can be adjusted to a display position close to the second seat, so that the adjustment control requirement of the second passenger through the first functional area can be met.
In addition, a second functional area may be added, that is, a functional area is provided for each occupant, for example, a first functional area is provided for a first occupant, so that the first occupant can perform control adjustment on vehicle functions, control adjustment on display functions, and the like through the first functional area.
As an optional manner, the function control in the first functional region and the function control in the second functional region have a mirror symmetry relationship.
For example, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of functional areas with mirror symmetry relationship according to an embodiment of the present application. As can be seen from fig. 6, the plurality of function controls in the first functional region constitute a shape of "", and the plurality of function controls in the second functional region constitute a shape of "(" which is a completely mirror-symmetrical relationship). The first occupant and the second occupant can both perform control adjustment of the respective functions through the function control. So that the first and second occupants can obtain the same control experience.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a plurality of tab functionality controls provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, when the function control in the first functional zone is a plurality of tabs arranged in sequence, the first occupant-selected first target tab is highlighted in a display position of the plurality of tabs that is close to the first seat.
When the function controls in the first functional zone are in mirror symmetry with the function controls in the second functional zone, a second target tab selected by a second occupant in the second functional zone is highlighted in a display location of the plurality of tabs that is proximate to the second seat.
The highlighting may be a display mode different from the unselected tabs, such as a highlighted mode, or a draw-card dynamic mode.
For example, the first occupant may select by sliding through a plurality of tabs that will be highlighted as the first target tab when the tab is slid to a position that is a second tab that is closer to the first occupant. By disposing the target tab in a position close to the corresponding occupant, the selection operation of the tab by the occupant can be facilitated.
When the second occupant performs a control operation through the function control in the second functional region, the function control in the first functional region synchronously displays an operation state of the control operation.
In a similar way, when the first passenger performs the control operation through the function control in the first functional zone, the function control in the second functional zone synchronously displays the operation state of the control operation.
The operation effect referred to herein may be understood as a dynamic effect during adjustment (e.g., highlight during adjustment) and a display effect after adjustment (e.g., adjusted brightness, temperature, volume, etc.).
By synchronously displaying the adjustment process, when one passenger adjusts, the other passenger can clearly know which functions are adjusted and which state the other passenger adjusts through the display interface.
In one or more embodiments of the present application, further comprising: when the first occupant performs a control operation with respect to a function control in a functional zone, the hotspot visible area moves in a direction closer to the first seat.
In practical application, because some function controls are adjusted according to related functions in the hot spot visual area, in order to enable the passengers to know the adjustment effect timely and clearly, the hot spot visual area is adjusted to a display position close to the first seat direction in the adjustment process of the first passenger. After the first occupant adjustment is complete, the hotspot visible area will return to the pre-adjustment display position.
In one or more embodiments of the present application, if the second seat and the first seat are respectively located on different sides of the display interface, after the hot spot visual area in the display interface is adjusted to a middle area, the method further includes:
adjusting the hotspot visibility region to a display position in the display interface proximate to the second seat when the first occupant exits the passenger compartment.
Fig. 8a is a schematic view of adjustment of a display interface when an occupant leaves a passenger compartment according to an embodiment of the present application. It can be seen from fig. 8a that the hot spot viewing area in the display interface is in an intermediate position when the first position in which the first occupant is seated and the second position in which the second occupant is seated are on different sides of the display interface, respectively. When the first passenger leaves the passenger compartment, and then only the second passenger sits in the second seat in the passenger compartment, the hotspot visible area will adjust to a display position close to the second seat, thereby enabling the second passenger to obtain a better viewing experience.
