An intelligent agricultural seedling raising device according to claim 3, wherein the spray head (19) comprises: sleeve pipe (191), inner tube (192), spacing lid (193), rotatory shower nozzle (194) and turbine (195), sleeve pipe (191) with flexible hose (16) intercommunication to sleeve pipe (191) and nut (18) fixed connection, inner tube (192) rotationally insert and establish in sleeve pipe (191), spacing lid (193) fixed mounting in sleeve pipe (191) are used for restricting the position of inner tube (192), inner tube (192) and the rotatory shower nozzle (194) that set up in the sleeve pipe (191) outside set up integratively.
