Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of oil field production, and particularly relates to a process for plugging and descaling a sieve tube and deoiling and cleaning a filter material of a sewage filter tank of a combined station, which comprises the following steps of 1, pipeline connection; 2. injecting the prepared ternary viscous micelle degradation liquid into a medicament box; 3. injecting the ternary viscous micelle degradation liquid into a ternary viscous micelle organic scale slug of a filter tank sieve tube, carrying out tank-closing reaction for 24 hours, then returning the ternary viscous micelle degradation liquid to a reagent box, and injecting air in the tank-closing process; 4. injecting the prepared ternary viscous micelle degradation liquid, ternary dissolving liquid and oil sand separation liquid into a reagent box; 5. injecting ternary viscous micelle degradation liquid, ternary dissolving liquid and oil sand separation liquid into a filter material organic scale slug, carrying out a tank-sealing reaction for 24 hours, then returning to a reagent box, and injecting air in the tank-sealing process; 6. the dirty oil on the upper part of the filter tank is replaced by the liquid medicine and enters a recovery system; 7. and starting a back flushing process of the sewage filtering tank. Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of oilfield production, and particularly relates to a process for deblocking and descaling an in-situ sieve tube and degreasing and cleaning a filter material of a sewage filter tank of a combined station.
Background
At present, more than 3600 sewage filter tanks are counted in Daqing oil field united stations, and the number of the sewage filter tanks is increased every year. The sewage filtering tank can form organic blockage of an upper sieve tube, a lower sieve tube, a filtering material and a back washing header for the sewage filtering tank due to long-term filtration of the output liquid, so that the daily sewage treatment capacity cannot be finished for the production of the oil field, and the reinjection water reduction of the crude oil production is caused. In order to solve the technical problems, skid-mounted integrated cleaning equipment is widely applied to blockage removal of a filter tank and a pipeline, but the blockage removal process cannot achieve the effects of removing dirt and oil. Therefore, the in-situ sieve tube blockage removal and scale removal and filter material oil removal cleaning process of the sewage filter tank of the combined station is designed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a process for unblocking and descaling an in-situ sieve tube and deoiling and cleaning a filter material of a sewage filter tank of a combined station. The process can effectively remove the viscous micelle, organic dirt and dirty oil in the in-situ sieve tube and the filter material of the sewage filter tank.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a process for unblocking and descaling a screen pipe and removing oil from a filter material of a sewage filter tank of a combined station comprises the following steps:
connecting skid-mounted descaling cleaning equipment with a back-flushing header of a sewage filter tank through a pipeline;
step two, preparing a ternary viscous micelle dirt degrading agent with a certain concentration, and injecting the prepared ternary viscous micelle degrading liquid into a medicament box;
injecting ternary viscous micelle degradation liquid into a ternary viscous micelle organic scale slug of a filter tank sieve tube through a centrifugal pump, performing tank-closing reaction for 20-28 hours, then returning to a medicament box, and injecting air in the tank-closing process;
step four, preparing a ternary viscous micelle dirt degrading agent, a ternary dissolving agent and an oil sand separating agent with certain concentrations, and injecting the prepared ternary viscous micelle degrading liquid, ternary dissolving liquid and oil sand separating liquid into a reagent box;
injecting ternary viscous micelle degradation liquid, ternary dissolving liquid and oil sand separation liquid into a filter material organic scale slug by a centrifugal pump, performing tank-closing reaction for 20-28 hours, then returning to a reagent box, and injecting air in the tank-closing process;
step six, injecting the liquid medicine into a ternary viscous micelle organic scale slug and a filter material organic scale slug of a filter tank sieve tube to replace sump oil on the upper part of the filter tank to enter a recovery system, and discharging the residual liquid medicine back to a medicine preparation tank to perform lower tank construction and medicine preparation;
and step seven, starting a back washing process of the sewage filtering tank, and checking and accepting the construction effect according to the flow.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: provides a process for removing blockage and scale of an in-situ sieve tube and removing oil and cleaning filter materials of a sewage filter tank of a united station. The process can effectively remove the viscous micelle, organic dirt and dirty oil in the in-situ sieve tube and the filter material of the sewage filter tank. The lower sieve tube can be taken out for descaling without shifting and drawing the filter material, the technical problem of descaling of the lower sieve tube can be solved in situ, in-situ descaling and cleaning can be realized, one sewage filter tank can be finished in 3 days, time, labor and cost are saved (15-20 days are needed for descaling and cleaning of one sewage filter tank in shifting and drawing and mounting), and the production requirements of oil fields are met. The main advantages of the technology are as follows:
(1) the process of the in-situ blockage removal of the sewage filter tank is a process of physical and chemical reaction, and mainly reduces the cost and the period of displacing, digging, installing and cleaning the filter material and replacing the sieve tube, avoids the generation amount of dangerous wastes such as oily filter material and the like generated by digging and installing, and reduces the environmental protection pressure.
(2) The in-situ blockage removing process of the sewage filter tank does not change the characteristics of the filter tank, new derivatives cannot be generated, and the risk of sucking the toxic and harmful gases and the risk of explosive gas flash explosion in manual drawing and loading are avoided in closed construction.
(3) The process is suitable for closed-loop construction at normal temperature and normal pressure, and has wide application temperature range and no danger.
(4) The process adopts gas injection stirring, is safe and reliable, is suitable for scaling characteristics of various produced water and tank body temperature, is not influenced by seasons, and has no harm to sieve tubes and filter materials in the tank body.

injecting ternary viscous micelle degradation liquid into a ternary viscous micelle organic scale slug of a filter tank sieve tube through a centrifugal pump, carrying out tank-closing reaction for 24 hours, then returning the ternary viscous micelle degradation liquid to a medicament box, and injecting air in the tank-closing process;
step four, preparing a ternary viscous micelle scale degrading agent, a ternary dissolving agent and an oil sand separating agent with certain concentrations, and injecting the prepared ternary viscous micelle degrading solution, ternary dissolving solution and oil sand separating agent into a reagent box;
injecting ternary viscous micelle degradation liquid, ternary dissolving liquid and oil sand separation liquid into a filter material organic scale slug by a centrifugal pump, carrying out tank-sealing reaction for 24 hours, then returning to a reagent box, and injecting air in the tank-sealing process;
step six, injecting the liquid medicine into a ternary viscous micelle organic scale slug and a filter material organic scale slug of a filter tank sieve tube to replace sump oil on the upper part of the filter tank to enter a recovery system, and discharging the residual liquid medicine back to a medicine preparation tank to perform lower tank construction and medicine preparation;

Wherein, the ternary dissolving agent and the oil sand separating agent in the third step and the fourth step are selected from the conventional ternary dissolving agent and the conventional oil sand separating agent. The ternary viscous micelle dirt degrading agent is prepared by diluting 12% of stearyl sarcosinate and 22% of sodium oxalate with 55% of clear water, and stirring the mixture in a reaction kettle to form uniform liquid; adding 7% of sulfonic acid into the reaction kettle, and mixing and stirring; and then 4% of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether is added into the reaction kettle and mixed and stirred to prepare uniform liquid which is the ternary viscous micelle dirt degrading agent.
The cleaning process can remove blockage and scale of a screen pipe and a filter material of the sewage filter tank, and remove blockage and dredge the screen pipe scale and the filter material hardening generated by long-term filtration of produced liquid of the oilfield sewage filter tank. When the oil sand separating agent, the dissolving agent and the viscosity reducer are contacted with the sieve tube and the filter material, organic scales on the sieve tube are dissolved, and dirty oil on the surface of the filter material is separated. The air injected during the reaction period of the closed tank plays a role of physical stirring, accelerates the chemical reaction of the medicament and a contact object, makes the produced liquid lose the viscosity constraint of the emulsion, decomposes polymer viscous micelles in the sewage into small particles, removes composite dirt and dirty oil on the surfaces of the sieve tube and the filter material, disperses the hardening of the filter material, opens a fluid channel, increases the filtration volume of the recovered produced liquid, and removes the blockage of the filter tank.
