Description
STANDARDIZED OILFIELD WATER TREATMENT DEVICE AND PROCESS
USING PHYSICAL METHOD
TECHNICAL FIELD
The disclosure relates to standardized oilfield water treatment devices and processes using physical method, in particular to a standardized oilfield water treatment device and process using physical method.
BACKGROUND ART
Due to the high precision prescribed for injection water quality of the ultra-low permeability oilfield, the highest requirements are up to 5-1-1 standard (i.e., oil content < 5mg/L, suspended solid < lmg/L, median particle size < l[tm).
However, due to the general "three highs" water quality characteristics (i.e., high salinity, high suspended solids and high oil content) in the ultra-low permeability oilfield produced water, the treated water quality has not been able to reach "5-1-1" for many years.
There is a big gap between the effluent water quality and the standard requirements for indicators.
To solve this problem, oilfield water treating workers have conducted "microbial treatment + membrane filtration" method for treatment testing. Since the focus is on the single reduction of oil and suspended solids in water, although it will allow oil content, suspended solids and median particle size to meet standards, the following problems are not solved: high precision prescribed for incoming water quality, long pretreatment process, high content of bacteria in treated water, high dissolved oxygen content in the water, serious fouling and corrosion, difficulty in membrane cleaning and regeneration, vicious cycles of concentrated solution in the water treatment system, large space occupation, environmental pollution by dissolved gas volatilization from open process and high processing costs, and so on.

2 SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE
In order to overcome the deficiencies of the "microbial treatment + membrane filtration" treatment, the disclosure provides a standardized oilfield water treatment device and process using physical method. The device and process have not only strong adaptability to incoming water (indicators for the content of oil and suspended solid can both be relaxed to 1000 mg/L), but also short processing flow and desirable airtightness, so that no gas volatilization and spillage of oil occur during the process.
It is not necessary to rinse and regenerate with acid and alkali solutions any more in order to achieve a convenient management with the disclosure. Moreover, the good quality of treated injection water may reach all the standards required. In addition, the disclosure requires only power up and gas introduction but not dosing during operation (except for the sludge treatment), so the low operation cost can be achieved.
At the same time, a complete oil mud water separation and sludge concentration or solidification system in the blowdown tank is provided to solve the problem of the vicious circle of oil sludge pollutants in the water treatment system.
The following technical schemes may be adopted for the purposes of the disclosure:
1. A standardized oilfield water treatment device and process using physical method includes two parts: a wastewater treatment system and a sludge treatment system, wherein the wastewater treatment system includes a settling tank, a three-phase separator, a settling basin, a primary lift pump, a multi-function processing water tank, a secondary lift pump, a rough processing unit, a fine processing unit, a polishing unit, an air compressor and an air tank; the sludge treatment system includes a blowdown tank, a slurry lift pump, an oil mud water separation device and a sludge slurry concentration or solidification device;
the multi-function processing water tank is used as the first stage of wastewater treatment, wherein the water inlet of the multi-function processing water tank is connected to the water outlet of the settling tank or the three-phase separator, or
