The embodiment of the invention provides a control method for cleaning windshield glass, which can be used for cleaning the windshield glass of an automobile. In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solution of the present invention, a hardware architecture on which the embodiments of the present invention are based is first described. Fig. 1 is a hardware frame diagram applied to cleaning of an automobile windshield according to an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1.
The control system comprises a steering wheel controller 102, an air conditioner controller 104, a vehicle body controller 110, a wiper controller 113 and an ABS controller 109. The control system performs information interaction through the gateway 103 via the comfort CAN bus.
The steering wheel controller 102 is used for receiving a signal of the steering wheel wiper switch 101 and sending the signal to the wiper controller 113, so that the wiper controller controls the glass cleaning liquid motor 114 to be turned on to clean the glass.
The air conditioner controller 104 is used for receiving the signal sent by the steering wheel wiper switch 101 and controlling the air conditioner to be turned on in combination with the signal sent by the ambient temperature sensor 107. Specifically, the air conditioner controller 104 can control the operation of the inside/outside circulation flap 105 and the air conditioner blower 106.
The body controller 110 is configured to receive a signal sent by the steering wheel wiper switch 101, and control opening and closing of windows and skylights in combination with the window sensor 111 and the skylight sensor 112.
The ABS controller 109 is configured to receive the speed signal sent by the wheel speed sensor 108 and send the speed signal to the gateway 103.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method for cleaning a windshield according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method can be executed by a control device for cleaning the windshield glass provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the device can be realized by software and/or hardware. Referring to fig. 2, the control method for cleaning a window glass includes the steps of:
s201, receiving a control instruction for cleaning the windshield glass.
With reference to fig. 1, the control command for cleaning the windshield may be sent from the steering wheel wiper switch 101 and transmitted by the wiper controller 113, for example.
S202, judging whether the car window and/or the skylight are at least partially opened; if yes, go to S203; otherwise, directly executing S204.
Wherein, some vehicle types only have windows and are not provided with skylights, and only the states of the windows are judged; the opening states of the vehicle window and the skylight need to be judged simultaneously for other vehicle types. The method for determining whether the window and/or the skylight is at least partially opened may be, for example, determining the stroke position of the window and/or the skylight by measuring the number of the rotation cycles of the motor through a hall sensor.
Specifically, in conjunction with fig. 1, the position of the window is determined by the window sensor 111, the position of the sunroof is determined by the sunroof sensor and transmitted by the body controller 110, and the current state is defined as the initial state.
And S203, closing all the windows and/or the skylight.
In conjunction with fig. 1, the method for closing all windows and/or skylights may be, for example, that the vehicle body controller 110 receives the non-closing signals of the window sensor 111 and the skylight sensor 112, and controls the motor to perform the window and/or skylight closing action.
And S204, controlling the cleaning device to be started to clean the windshield glass.
Referring to fig. 1, the wiper controller 113 receives a signal from the steering wheel controller 102, and turns on the glass washer motor 114.
And S205, after the set time after the cleaning of the windshield glass is finished, controlling the vehicle window and/or the skylight to recover to the initial state.
The setting time can ensure that the window and/or the skylight cannot be immediately controlled to recover the initial state after the windshield glass is cleaned. For example, if the window and/or the skylight are controlled to be opened again immediately after the windshield is cleaned, the pungent smell released by the volatilization of the residual cleaning liquid can enter the cab through the window and/or the skylight.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the states of the vehicle window and the skylight are checked before the glass cleaning function is started, the vehicle window and the skylight are ensured to be in the closed state, the glass cleaning function is prevented from being started in the state that the vehicle window or the skylight is forgotten to be closed, and the vehicle window and the skylight are temporarily opened through delay setting after the cleaning is finished, so that the volatile matter of the cleaning liquid is prevented from entering a cab from the vehicle window or the skylight.
In each of the above embodiments, alternatively, the set time for controlling the window and/or sunroof to return to the initial state may be determined based on the vehicle speed and the ambient temperature. Specifically, the set time is inversely related to the vehicle speed; and the set time is inversely related to the ambient temperature. For example, table 1 is a vehicle speed and environment temperature table related to the volatilization of the cleaning solution provided by the embodiment of the invention, the delay time calculation can be inquired from the following table, and the set time is related to the vehicle speed and the environment temperature and is in negative correlation.
TABLE 1 vehicle speed environmental thermometer for volatilizing cleaning liquid
The faster the vehicle speed and the higher the ambient temperature are, the faster the cleaning liquid is volatilized, and accordingly, the delay time can be set shorter. Therefore, the vehicle window and/or the skylight can be controlled to restore to the initial state as soon as possible on the basis of avoiding pungent smell released by volatilization of the cleaning liquid from entering the cab.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a control method for cleaning windshield glass according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is optimized based on the above embodiment, and when the windshield glass needs to be cleaned, the air conditioner blower is controlled based on the control of the window and/or the sunroof. and S310, receiving a control command for cleaning the windshield glass.
S320, judging whether an air conditioner blower is started or not; if yes, go to S330; otherwise, directly executing S340.
In conjunction with fig. 1, the method for determining whether air conditioner blower 106 is turned on may be, for example, checking the power on/off state of air conditioner blower 106 by air conditioner controller 104. Illustratively, the wiper controller 113 receives a signal from the air conditioner controller 104 via the gateway 103, confirming the status of the air conditioner blower 106.

And S340, judging whether the vehicle window and/or the skylight are closed.
And S350, closing all the windows and the skylight.
And S360, controlling the cleaning device to be started to clean the windshield glass.
And S370, controlling the air conditioner blower to be started and reversely rotated.
With reference to fig. 1, after the cleaning operation is finished, the air conditioner controller 104 receives a signal from the wiper controller 113 via the gateway 103, and controls the air conditioner blower 106 to turn on and reverse. Optionally, the gear of the air conditioner blower 106 is set to first gear to reduce the power consumption of the air conditioner blower on the basis of avoiding the pungent smell of the cleaning solution from entering the vehicle.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the state of the air conditioner blower 106 is detected after the glass cleaning function is started, the air conditioner blower 106 is closed, and after cleaning is finished, the air conditioner blower 106 is controlled to rotate reversely, so that pungent smell released by volatilization of residual cleaning liquid is prevented from entering an air conditioner air duct, and volatile matters of the cleaning liquid are prevented from entering a cab.
