包装纸专用施胶粉,包括以下原材料:淀粉、丙烯酰胺、木糖醇、松香、去味剂、硫酸亚铁,其中所述淀粉的份额为60%-75%,所述丙烯酰胺的份额为1.5%-4%,所述木糖醇的份额为1.5%-2.5%,所述松香的份额为3%-5.5%,所述去味剂的份额为3.5%-4%,所述硫酸亚铁的份额为15%-25%。
优选的,所述淀粉的份额为70%,所述丙烯酰胺的份额为2.5%,所述木糖醇的份额为2.5%,所述松香的份额为2.5%,所述去味剂的份额为2.5%,所述硫酸亚铁的份额为20%。
优选的,所述淀粉的份额为65%,所述丙烯酰胺的份额为3%,所述木糖醇的份额为2%,所述松香的份额为4%,所述去味剂的份额为4%,所述硫酸亚铁的份额为22%。

S3:按份额将准备的淀粉、丙烯酰胺、木糖醇、松香、去味剂、硫酸亚铁放置进搅拌机内,使其充分搅拌三小时,随即将其取出装袋,此时制成包装纸专用施胶粉。

S2:制作所需的硫酸亚铁:取适量的铁屑,将其置于烧杯中,加入适量的氢氧化钠溶液,将其浸没,对烧杯进行水浴加热,温度控制在五十度到八十度之间,直到有少量气泡产生,同时溶液颜色发生变化,烧杯底部仍留有少量铁屑为止,用少量热水预热过滤器,然后将上述混合物趁热过滤,并立即将滤液转移至一密闭试管中,直至看到浅绿色晶体析出,取出晶体,用蒸馏水洗涤2-3次,并用滤纸吸干水分,称量后移到试剂瓶中密封保存,以此得到硫酸亚铁,放置备用。
S3:按份额将准备的淀粉、丙烯酰胺、木糖醇、松香、去味剂、硫酸亚铁放置进搅拌机内,使其充分搅拌三小时,随即将其取出装袋,此时制成包装纸专用施胶粉。
本发明通过加入的丙烯酰胺,使得产品具有絮凝性、增稠性、耐剪切性、降阻性、分散性等性能,大大提高了此包装纸专用施胶粉的适用范围,通过加入的木糖醇,使得制成的包装纸专用施胶粉具有较好的抑腐蚀性能,不会轻易变质损坏,大大提高了其使用寿命,通过加入的松香,能加大包装纸专用施胶粉耐磨性能,同时会使得包装纸专用施胶粉不会轻易溶于水中,通过加入的去味剂,能取出制作过程中产生的异味,通过加入的硫酸亚铁,使得包装纸专用施胶粉具有较好的杀菌功能,具有较好的絮凝效果,具有很好的脱色能力,同时具有去除重金属离子、去油除磷的特点,此产品在提高包装纸环压、抗水、回潮控制、优化操作工艺、降低纸张施胶成本的同时,每年可为国家节省大量淀粉,且生产较为环保节能,不会产生资源的浪费。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.包装纸专用施胶粉,其特征在于:包括以下原材料:淀粉、丙烯酰胺、木糖醇、松香、去味剂、硫酸亚铁,其中所述淀粉的份额为60%-75%,所述丙烯酰胺的份额为1.5%-4%,所述木糖醇的份额为1.5%-2.5%,所述松香的份额为3%-5.5%,所述去味剂的份额为3.5%-4%,所述硫酸亚铁的份额为15%-25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装纸专用施胶粉,其特征在于:所述淀粉的份额为70%,所述丙烯酰胺的份额为2.5%,所述木糖醇的份额为2.5%,所述松香的份额为2.5%,所述去味剂的份额为2.5%,所述硫酸亚铁的份额为20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包装纸专用施胶粉,其特征在于:所述淀粉的份额为65%,所述丙烯酰胺的份额为3%,所述木糖醇的份额为2%,所述松香的份额为4%,所述去味剂的份额为4%,所述硫酸亚铁的份额为22%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的包装纸专用施胶粉,其特征在于:包括以下操作步骤:
S1:制作所需丙烯酰胺:准备290g的丙烯酰胺、10g的甲叉双丙烯酰胺和1000ml的超纯水,将1000ml的超纯水置于水浴锅内进行预热,温度不低于37度,称取290g的丙烯酰胺、10g的甲叉双丙烯酰胺将其加入预热完成后的超纯水内,使用玻璃棒将其搅拌使其完全溶解,将溶解后的溶液使用定性滤纸过滤,滤后装入瓶中,于4度保存,放置备用;
