The home appliance 100 and the valve part 200 provided according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 16.
Embodiment one:
as shown in fig. 1 to 3, according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention, the present invention proposes a home appliance 100 comprising: the host comprises a liquid injection part; a steam system 120 provided at the host; a container 130 provided on the host; the power piece 140 is arranged on the host; the valve element 200 is arranged on the host and is connected with the liquid injection part, the steam system 120, the container 130 and the power element 140, the valve element 200 comprises a first state and a second state, the container 130, the valve element 200, the power element 140 and the steam system 120 are communicated under the condition that the valve element 200 is in the first state, the power element 140 can be used for transfusion to the steam system 120 from the container 130, and the power element 140 can be used for transfusion to the container 130 from the liquid injection part under the condition that the valve element 200 is in the second state, the liquid injection part, the valve element 200, the power element 140 and the container 130 are communicated.
In particular, the power member may be a pump body.
The present invention provides a home appliance 100 including a main body, a steam system 120, a container 130, a power member 140, and a valve member 200. Wherein, the steam system 120, the container 130, the power element 140 and the valve element 200 are arranged in the host, and the valve element 200 is communicated with the liquid injection part, the steam system 120, the container 130 and the power element 140 to form different transfusion connecting channels in the host. Through the valve member 200 changing different states for infusion passageway or intercommunication, or blocking, realized that container 130 infuses or annotates liquid portion and infuses to container 130 to steam system 120, and then realized the automatic moisturizing of domestic appliance 100, so design makes domestic appliance 100 simple structure, and convenient assembling has reduced the use of spare part, has reduced domestic appliance 100's weight and manufacturing cost.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the valve member 200 includes a first state and a second state, and the container 130, the valve member 200, the power member 140, and the steam system 120 communicate with the valve member 200 in the first state. Under the suction force of the power piece 140, the water stored in the extraction container 130 is conveyed to the steam system 120, so that the transfusion of the container 130 to the steam system 120 is realized; with the valve member 200 in the second state, the liquid injection portion, the valve member 200, the power member 140, and the container 130 communicate. The water stored in the liquid injection part is pumped and conveyed to the container 130 under the suction force of the power part 140, so that the liquid injection part can realize the liquid injection to the container 130. By switching the opening and closing states of the channels of the valve element 200, the switching of the infusion passages in the household appliance 100 is realized, and then the automatic water supplementing of the household appliance 100 is realized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, when the valve member 200 is in the first state, the household appliance 100 is in the working state, and the liquid flows in the manner shown by the arrow, and the container 130, the valve member 200, the power member 140, the valve member 200, and the steam system 120.
When the valve member 200 is in the second state as shown in fig. 2, the home appliance 100 is in the water replenishment state, and the liquid flows in the manner shown by the arrow, the liquid injection part-valve member 200-power member 140-valve member 200-container 130.
Further, due to the design of the valve 200, under the condition of ensuring automatic water replenishment of the household appliance 100, structural components of the household appliance 100 can be greatly reduced, the structural miniaturization and compact design of the household appliance 100 are realized, the weight of the household appliance 100 is greatly reduced, and the use experience of a user is improved.
The household appliance 100 provided by the invention realizes miniaturization and compactness of the household appliance 100 through the arrangement of the valve element 200, and the cooperation of the valve element 200 with the steam system 120, the container 130, the power element 140 and the liquid injection part ensures that the working noise of the household appliance 100 can be effectively reduced while the automatic water supplementing of the household appliance 100 is ensured, and the overall weight of the household appliance 100 can be greatly reduced through the design of different infusion passages of the household appliance 100, so that the household appliance 100 has a simplified structure under the condition that the automatic water supplementing of the household appliance 100 is ensured, and compared with the household appliance 100 with a double water pump in the related art, the household appliance 100 provided by the invention has reduced overall weight and production cost.
Embodiment two:
as shown in fig. 12 to 16, according to an embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, further: the valve member 200 includes at least: a valve body 270; the first cavity 210 is arranged inside the valve body 270, and the first cavity 210 is connected with the steam system 120 and the container 130; the first movable member 230 is movably disposed in the first cavity 210, and the first movable member 230 can move to a first position and a second position; the second cavity 220 is arranged in the valve body 270 and is independently arranged with the first cavity 210, and the second cavity 220 is connected with the liquid injection part and the container 130; the second movable member 240 is movably disposed in the second cavity 220, and the second movable member 240 is movable to a third position and a fourth position, where, when the first movable member 230 is disposed at the first position and the second movable member 240 is disposed at the third position, the first cavity 210 is in communication with the steam system 120, the second cavity 220 is in communication with the first cavity 210 and the container 130, and when the first movable member 230 is disposed at the second position and the second movable member 240 is disposed at the fourth position, the first cavity 210 is in communication with the container 130, and the second cavity 220 is in communication with the first cavity 210 and the liquid injection portion.
In this embodiment, the valve member 200 includes a valve body 270, a first cavity 210, a first movable member 230, a second cavity 220, and a second movable member 240. Wherein the first cavity 210 is disposed in the valve body 270, and the first cavity 210 is connected to the vapor system 120 and the container 130 to form an infusion channel. The first movable member 230 is movably disposed in the first cavity 210, and communication or blocking of the first cavity 210 with the steam system 120 and the container 130 is achieved by movement of the first movable member 230 between a first position and a second position within the first cavity 210. Further, the second cavity 220 is disposed in the valve body 270 and is independently disposed with the first cavity 210, the second cavity 220 is connected with the liquid injection portion and the container 130 to form an infusion channel, and the second cavity 220 is communicated or blocked with the liquid injection portion and the container 130 by the movement of the second movable member 240 in the third position and the fourth position in the second cavity 220. Due to the movable design of the first movable member 230 and the second movable member 240, the household appliance 100 has a simple structure under the condition of ensuring automatic water replenishment of the household appliance 100, the weight of the household appliance 100 can be greatly reduced, the manufacturing difficulty is reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the household appliance 100 is effectively reduced.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 7 and 8, when the first movable member 230 is located at the first position and the second movable member 240 is located at the third position, that is, the first movable member 230 and the second movable member 240 are located at the bottoms of the first cavity 210 and the second cavity 220, at this time, the first cavity 210 is in communication with the steam system 120 and blocks the passage between the first cavity 210 and the container 130, the second cavity 220 is in communication with the first cavity 210 and the container 130, and blocks the passage between the second cavity 220 and the liquid filling portion. Under the suction force of the power member 140, the stored water in the pumping container 130 is conveyed to the steam system 120 through the second cavity 220 and the first cavity 210, so that the transfusion of the container 130 to the steam system 120 is realized. When the first movable member 230 is located at the second position and the second movable member 240 is located at the fourth position, that is, the first movable member 230 and the second movable member 240 are located at the top of the first cavity 210 and the second cavity 220, the first cavity 210 is in communication with the container 130 and blocks the passage between the first cavity 210 and the steam system 120, and the second movable member 240 is in communication with the liquid filling portion and blocks the passage between the second cavity 220 and the container 130. Under the suction force of the power piece 140, the water stored in the pumping and liquid filling part is conveyed to the container 130 through the second cavity 220 and the first cavity 210, so that the liquid filling part can be used for conveying liquid to the container 130.
Embodiment III:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, according to an embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, further: the first and second cavities 210 and 220 are disposed side by side.
In this embodiment, the first cavity 210 and the second cavity 220 are arranged side by side, so that on one hand, the path distance of the water flow flowing through the second cavity 220 to the first cavity 210 is shortened, the flowing speed of the water flow in the valve body 270 is ensured, and the automatic water supplementing efficiency of the household appliance 100 is improved; on the other hand, the valve body 270 is made compact, the occupied space of the valve body 270 is saved, and the structural miniaturization and compact design of the household appliance 100 are realized.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the first cavity 210 and the second cavity 220 are used in cooperation, so that the overall weight of the household appliance 100 can be greatly reduced, and the first cavity 210 and the second cavity 220 can be fixed by means of adhesion, screwing or clamping in a detachable connection manner. So that the cleaning of the first and second chambers 210 and 220 is more convenient and sufficient. Of course, the specific connection manner of the first cavity 210 and the second cavity 220 includes not only the above three types. The specific connection manner of the first and second cavities 210 and 220 is not limited herein. Further, the first cavity 210 and the second cavity 220 may be integrally installed, so that the use of parts is reduced, the cost is reduced, and the assembly efficiency of the household appliance 100 is improved.
Embodiment four:
according to an embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of any one of the above embodiments, further: the valve member 200 further includes: a first slide (not shown) disposed in the first cavity 210, and the first movable member 230 is movable in the first slide; a second slide (not shown) is disposed in the second cavity 220, and the second movable member 240 is movable in the second slide.
In this embodiment, the valve member 200 includes a first slide and a second slide. The first sliding way is disposed in the cavity, and the first movable member 230 can move in the first sliding way, so that the first movable member 230 is slidably abutted against the steam system 120 or the container 130, and further communication or blocking between the first cavity 210 and the steam system 120 and blocking between the first cavity and the container 130 are realized. Further, the second slide way is disposed in the second cavity 220, and the second movable member 240 can move in the second slide way, so that the second movable member 240 can be slidably abutted against the liquid injection portion or the container 130, thereby realizing communication or blocking between the second cavity 220 and the liquid injection portion or the container 130. Through the arrangement of the first slide way and the second slide way, the first movable piece 230 and the second movable piece 240 are guided and limited, the displacement of the first movable piece 230 and the second movable piece 240 in the first cavity 210 and the second cavity 220 is limited, and the reliability of movement is ensured.
Specifically, the first slide may be a straight slide, that is, one or more rod-shaped structures are disposed in the first cavity 210, the first movable member 230 may slide along the one or more rod-shaped structures, a space may be formed between the plurality of rod-shaped structures, and the first movable member 230 may slide along the rod-shaped structures in the space.

Fifth embodiment:
as shown in fig. 14, 15 and 16, according to an embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, further: the first movable part 230 can longitudinally slide, transversely slide or rotationally move in the first slideway; the second movable member 240 may slide longitudinally, slide laterally, or move rotationally within the second slide.
In this embodiment, the first movable member 230 may longitudinally slide, laterally slide or rotationally move in the first sliding way, and the second movable member 240 may longitudinally slide, laterally slide or rotationally move in the second sliding way, that is, the first movable member 230 and the second movable member 240 may be longitudinally, laterally or rotationally installed in the first cavity 210 and the second cavity 220, which improves flexibility of the household appliance 100 and improves assembly efficiency.
Specifically, if the home appliance 100 is placed vertically with the up-down direction as the longitudinal direction and the left-right or front-rear direction as the lateral direction, the first movable member 210 and the second movable member 240 may move in either direction.
Of course, the first movable member 210 and the second movable member 240 may also rotate in either direction in a spiral manner.
In a specific application, as shown in fig. 14 to 16, the first movable member 230 may slide longitudinally in the first slideway, that is, the first movable member 230 is installed in the first cavity 210 along the longitudinal direction, when the first movable member 230 slides to the bottom of the first slideway, the first cavity 210 is communicated with the steam system 120, and the first cavity 210 is blocked from the container 130; when the first movable member 230 slides to the top of the first slide, the first movable member communicates with the container 130 and blocks the first cavity 210 from the steam system 120. The second movable member 240 may slide longitudinally in the second slide, that is, the second movable member 240 is installed in the second cavity 220 along the longitudinal direction, when the second movable member 240 slides to the bottom of the second slide, the second cavity 220 is communicated with the container 130, and the second cavity 220 is blocked from the liquid injection passage; when the second movable member 240 slides to the top of the second slide, the second cavity 220 is communicated with the liquid filling portion, and the passage between the second cavity 220 and the container 130 is blocked, so that the transfusion of the container 130 to the steam system 120 and the transfusion of the liquid filling portion to the container 130 are switched, and the automatic water replenishing of the household appliance 100 is further realized.
In addition, as shown in fig. 16, the first movable member 230 and the second movable member 240 may slide in the first slide and the second slide in a lateral direction, that is, the first movable member 230 and the second movable member 240 are installed in the first cavity 210 and the second cavity 220 in the lateral direction, which improves the flexibility of the home appliance 100.
Further, the first movable member 230 may rotationally move in the first slideway, that is, the first movable member 230 is provided with threads, the first cavity 210 includes a nut, and the first cavity 210 is rotationally moved by the nut and the threads on the first movable member 230. The second movable member 240 can move rotationally in the second slide, that is, the second movable member 240 is provided with threads, the second cavity 220 includes a nut therein, and the second cavity 220 is matched with the threads on the second movable member 240 through the nut to realize rotational movement. By the design, the position accuracy and stability of the first movable piece 230 and the second movable piece 240 in the first slide way and the second slide way are ensured, the first movable piece 230 and the second movable piece 240 are prevented from shaking in the first slide way and the second slide way through water flow flushing, and the stability of the household appliance 100 is improved.

according to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-8, the valve member 200 includes a valve body 270, a first movable member 230, and a second movable member 240. The valve body 270 is composed of a first cavity 210 and a second cavity 220, wherein the first cavity 210 is connected with the container 130, the liquid outlet 144 of the power piece 140 and the steam system 120; the second cavity 220 connects the container 130 and the fluid inlet 142 of the power member 140. The first through hole and the second through hole are respectively two supporting part connecting positions.
Further, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, as a connection portion of the base 300, which is in butt joint with the valve 200, the base 300 includes a first supporting portion 320 and a second supporting portion 330, wherein the first supporting portion 320 is completely sealed, a channel is disposed above the second supporting portion 330, a flow channel 350 is disposed inside the second supporting portion 330, and the flow channel 350 is connected with the liquid filling portion.
The household appliance 100 provided by the invention realizes the switching of the opening and closing states of the channels in the valve body 270 by using the action of placing the host on the base 300 through the simple mechanical structure transmission, further realizes the switching of the channels, and can realize the reversing function by using the simple structure, thereby realizing the automatic water supplementing scheme of low cost and single pump, wherein the structures such as sealing, sliding and the like related to the household appliance 100 are used in a large amount in the mechanical field, so that the manufacturing difficulty is reduced, and the structure is simple and reliable.
Specifically, when the household appliance 100 works, the first movable member 230 and the second movable member 240 are both located at the lower sides of the first cavity 210 and the second cavity 220, wherein the first movable member 230 is communicated with the steam system 120 and the liquid outlet 144 of the power member 140, and the second movable member 240 is communicated with the container 130 and the liquid inlet 142 of the power member 140, so that water is supplied from the container 130 to the steam system 120 under suction of the power member 140.
Further, when the household appliance 100 supplements water, the host is placed on the base 300, the first supporting portion 320 and the second supporting portion 330 on the base 300 simultaneously support the first movable member 230 and the second movable member 240 upwards, wherein the first supporting portion 320 is completely sealed, the first movable member 230 moves upwards to block the channel of the steam system 120, the channel in the center of the first movable member 230 is connected with the channel leading to the container 130, and the connection between the container 130 and the liquid outlet 144 of the power member 140 is realized. The channel is reserved above the second supporting part 330, the channel is propped against the second movable part 240 to move upwards to block the outlet passage of the container 130, and meanwhile, the liquid filling part is communicated with the liquid inlet 142 of the power part 140, so that the water filling of the liquid filling part to the container 130 is realized, when the host is lifted from the base 300, the first movable part 230 and the second movable part 240 return under the action of the elastic force of the first reset part 250 and the second reset part 260, and the switching of the working state of the valve part 200 is realized.
Further, the liquid injection part comprises a liquid inlet system arranged on the host machine and connected with the container 130, specifically, the liquid inlet system comprises a liquid inlet valve, the liquid inlet valve is connected with the container 130, and the liquid inlet valve can be a one-way valve.
And, the liquid inlet system is exposed to the host through the second through hole so as to facilitate liquid injection into the container through the liquid inlet system.
Specifically, the household appliance 100 provided in any of the above embodiments may be a garment steamer, an electric iron, a humidifier, a steam mop, or a sweeping robot.

23. The valve member as defined in claim 21, wherein the valve member further comprises:
the first slideway is arranged in the first cavity, and the first movable piece can move in the first slideway;
the second slideway is arranged in the second cavity, and the second movable piece can move in the second slideway.

the first movable piece can slide, transversely slide or rotationally move in the first slideway Cheng Zongxiang;

the first movable piece and the second movable piece are of split type structures; or (b)
The first movable piece and the second movable piece are of an integrated structure, the valve body comprises a communication hole, the communication hole is movable, and the first movable piece and the second movable piece penetrate through the communication hole.
28. The valve member as set forth in claim 21, further comprising:
the first reset piece is used for driving the first movable piece to move to the first position;
and the second reset piece is used for driving the second movable piece to move to the third position.

The first reset piece is an elastic piece and is arranged on the valve body; or (b)
The first reset piece is a magnetic piece and is arranged on the valve body; or (b)
The first reset piece is a weight piece and is arranged on the valve body; or (b)
The first reset piece is a pressure piece and is arranged on the valve body;
the second reset piece is an elastic piece and is arranged on the valve body; or (b)
The second reset piece is a magnetic piece and is arranged on the valve body; or (b)
The second reset piece is a weight piece and is arranged on the valve body; or (b)
The second reset piece is a pressure piece and is arranged on the valve body.
