the ironing machine comprises a machine body, a steam generating device arranged on the machine body, a second water cavity formed on the machine body and a pump body used for vacuumizing the second water cavity, wherein a water filling port communicated with the second water cavity is formed in the machine body, and a valve body used for plugging the water filling port is arranged at the water filling port;
when the ironing machine is placed on the base, the water filling port is in butt joint with the water replenishing port to enable the valve body to be opened, and water in the first water cavity automatically flows into the second water cavity in a vacuum state under the action of pressure (here, atmospheric pressure); when the ironing machine is separated from the base, the valve body automatically plugs the water filling port. According to the ironing device, a user does not need to manually supplement water to the ironing machine, and the water supplement to the ironing machine can be completed only by placing the ironing machine on the base after the ironing device is used, so that the operation of the user is greatly simplified, and the user experience is improved.
Preferably, part of the upper surface of the base is recessed downwards to form a limiting groove, the water replenishing port is arranged at the bottom of the limiting groove, the lower end of the machine body is matched with the limiting groove in shape so as to be inserted into the limiting groove in a matched mode, and the water filling port is arranged at the lower end of the machine body. Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an ironing apparatus comprising an ironing machine 2 shown in fig. 2 and a base 1 shown in fig. 4 for placing the ironing machine 2;
a first water cavity 3 is formed in the base 1, a water replenishing tank and the like can be selectively arranged in the base 1 during specific implementation, and a water replenishing port 12 communicated with the first water cavity 3 is formed in the base 1;
the ironing machine 2 comprises a machine body 14, a steam generating device 6 arranged on the machine body 14, a second water cavity 4 formed on the machine body 14 and a pump body 5 for vacuumizing the second water cavity 4, wherein water in the second water cavity 4 is introduced into the steam generating device 6 through the pump body 5, a water filling port (not shown in the figure) communicated with the second water cavity 4 is formed in the machine body 14, and a valve body for plugging the water filling port is arranged at the water filling port;

The ironing machine 2 may be a hand-held steam brush or an iron, and in this embodiment, the hand-held steam brush is taken as an example for description, and preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the hand-held steam brush in this embodiment is configured to be a long strip structure as a whole for a user to conveniently hold. In addition, in order to make the pressure in the first water chamber 3 equal to the external atmospheric pressure, the base 1 may be provided with an air vent 13 for communicating the first water chamber 3 with the external atmosphere, so that when the ironing machine 2 is connected to the base 1, it can be ensured that the water in the first water chamber 3 smoothly flows into the second water chamber 4 until the second water chamber 4 is filled with water. Since the user has a neutral time for finishing the clothes during the clothes ironing process, the ironing machine 2 in the prior art is usually placed on a table for continuous use, and this time is wasted; however, in the ironing device according to the embodiment of the present invention, when the user uses the ironing machine 2, the ironing machine 2 can be placed on the base 1 by using the neutral time (when the user finishes the clothes), so that the water supplement to the ironing machine 2 can be completed, which not only facilitates the use of the user, but also saves the time of the user, and greatly improves the user experience. In addition, because the base 1 can stably support the ironing machine 2, a corresponding supporting structure is not required to be designed on the ironing machine 2, so that the structural design space of the ironing machine 2 is effectively improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a part of the upper surface of the base 1 is recessed downward to form a limiting groove 7, the water replenishing port 12 is disposed at the bottom of the limiting groove 7, the lower end of the body 14 is matched with the limiting groove 7 in shape so as to be fittingly inserted into the limiting groove 7, and the water filling port is disposed at the lower end of the body 14. This spacing groove 7 sets up with the cooperation of protruding portion not only can assist ironing machine 2 to realize being connected with base 1's stability, and can make the butt joint between the water filling port of ironing machine 2 and the moisturizing mouth 12 of base 1 inseparable, guarantees that rivers are smooth and easy. In addition, the integrated design of the limiting groove 7, the water replenishing port 12, the machine body 14 and the water filling port can make the structure of the ironing device simpler and more compact, reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the aesthetic feeling.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, a portion of the body 14 corresponding to the water injection port is recessed into the body 14 to form an installation groove, and the water injection port is disposed on a bottom wall or a side wall of the installation groove. The valve body comprises a moving part 9, an elastic piece 10 and an annular fixing part 8, the fixing part 8 is arranged on a notch of the mounting groove, and the elastic piece 10 is arranged in the mounting groove and used for applying acting force towards the fixing part 8 to the moving part 9 so that the moving part 9 can block an upper port of the fixing part 8. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fixing part 8 in this embodiment is actually a cylindrical body with a circular cross section, and the specific shape of the cross section can be determined according to the cross section shape of the installation groove, and the outer peripheral surface of the fixing part 8 abuts against the groove wall of the installation groove adjacent to the notch part. The moving part 9 is in a cover shape, the elastic part 10 is a spring, one end of the spring is fixed at the bottom of the mounting groove, and the other end of the spring is fixed on the moving part 9. The bottom of the limiting groove 7 is convexly provided with a pushing part 11. When the ironing machine 2 is separated from the base 1, the moving part 9 is covered on the upper end of the fixed part 8 to block the water passage between the water filling port and the water replenishing port 12, that is, when the ironing machine 2 is separated from the base 1, the moving part 9 is pressed on the upper end of the fixed part 8 under the action of the spring to prevent the water in the first water chamber 3 from flowing into the second water chamber 4. When the ironing machine 2 is connected with the base 1, the pushing part 11 extends into the fixed part 8 and pushes the moving part 9 to move towards the direction of the compression spring, so that the fixed part 8 is separated from the pushing part, the water replenishing port 12 is communicated with the water filling port, water in the first water cavity 3 can enter the second water cavity 4 through the water replenishing port 12 and the water filling port in sequence, and water replenishing to the ironing machine 2 is completed.
As shown in fig. 4, the pushing portion 11 is not only provided with a single structure, and the pushing portion 11 in this embodiment is a truncated cone-shaped structure extending upward from the outer edge of the water replenishing port 12, so that the pushing portion 11 extends into the fixing portion 8 to push the moving portion 9. Preferably, the inner wall of the fixing portion 8 in this embodiment is further provided with a sealing ring 15, and of course, the sealing ring 15 may be arranged outside the pushing portion 11. When the pushing portion 11 extends into the fixing portion 8 to push the moving portion 9, the pushing portion 11 is tightly attached to the sealing ring 15 to prevent water from flowing out from a gap between the pushing portion 11 and the fixing portion 8, which results in waste.

when the ironing machine is placed on the base, the water filling port is in butt joint with the water replenishing port to enable the valve body to be opened, and water in the first water cavity flows into the second water cavity in a vacuum state under the action of pressure; when the ironing machine is separated from the base, the valve body automatically plugs the water filling port.

The ironing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a part of the upper surface of the base is recessed downward to form a limiting groove, the water replenishing port is arranged on the bottom of the limiting groove, the lower end of the machine body is matched with the limiting groove in shape so as to be fittingly inserted into the limiting groove, and the water replenishing port is arranged on the lower end of the machine body.
3. The ironing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein a portion of the lower end of the machine body corresponding to the water filling port is recessed into the machine body to form a mounting groove, and the water filling port is opened on a bottom wall or a side wall of the mounting groove.

The ironing device as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the valve body comprises a moving part, an elastic member and a ring-shaped fixed part, the fixed part is arranged at the notch of the mounting groove, the outer peripheral surface of the fixed part abuts against the groove wall of the mounting groove adjacent to the notch part, the water filling port is arranged on the part of the mounting groove without the fixed part, and the elastic member is arranged in the mounting groove and is used for applying a force to the moving part towards the fixed part so that the moving part can block the upper port of the fixed part;
the bottom of the limiting groove is provided with a pushing part;
when the ironing machine is connected with the base, the pushing part extends into the fixed part and pushes the moving part to separate the moving part from the fixed part, so that the water replenishing port is communicated with the water filling port.
