本发明涉及面料生产技术领域,具体涉及一种柔软舒适弹力针织牛仔面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
牛仔服装和面料源自于1850年的美国,经历170多年的发展,经久不衰一直是时尚的宠儿,而深受各界人士的青睐和喜欢。牛仔面料可谓是一年四季永不凋零的明星产品,被列为“百搭服装之首”。目前,随着牛仔的面料和花色越来越多,牛仔款式的发展也更加具有多元化、时装化、休闲化的发展趋势。大量的配饰五金、皮革、针织、色布拼接、破洞等制备工艺在中国快速的发展和使用。
传统牛仔面料通常是经纬向织造,呈现为较粗犷的色织经面斜纹棉布,外观纹路清晰,因独特的风格,受到消费者的喜爱。但这种厚实致密的牛仔面料因以棉纤维为主,所以柔软性、透气性、舒适性、垂坠感、舒弹性相对较差,尤其南方潮湿气候环境下穿着时更加闷热,且全棉织物易皱、易霉、缩水率大、长期日光照射后强度降低,同时外观顺滑质感、穿着的舒适性、细腻柔韧的手感、抗菌性都有待提高。因此,研发柔软舒适、花型多变、各项色牢度相对好的高档多功能弹力牛仔面料迫在眉睫。同时,赋予负离子功能,保暖自调温,防风功能,以满足市场需求,是本领域技术人员目前所要解决的主要技术难题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供了一种柔软舒适弹力针织牛仔面料及其制备方法,通过该方法,既保留了牛仔面料粗犷竹节感的自然外观,又使面料在传统牛仔布的基础上,有效提升了顺滑垂坠手感,兼具舒适性、抑菌性、耐磨性、尺寸稳定、发热保暖自调温、防风等性能,同时增加了织物外观垂顺感、哑光光泽感及良好的弹力和悬垂感。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明的第一方面是提供一种柔软舒适弹力针织牛仔面料,包括面料基层和功能性内层;该面料基层包括纯棉色纱和蚕丝纱线;该功能性内层采用负离子纤维和发热保暖纤维编织而成;上述面料基层和功能性内层接触,通过PET(聚对苯二酸乙二酸酯)/PTT(聚对苯二酸1,3丙二醇脂)复合弹力纤维连接。
进一步地,上述PET/PTT复合弹力纤维由以下质量百分比的原料制成:55-60%PET和40-45%PTT;该PET/PTT复合弹力纤维由PET和PTT经熔融纺丝机纺丝获得。
进一步地,上述面料基层的最小组织循环为8个线圈横列和4个线圈纵列,第1、3、5、7路为平针组织,织入蚕丝纱线;第2、4、6、8路为提花组织,织入纯棉色纱衬垫PET/PTT复合弹力纤维。
进一步地,上述纯棉色纱为32-60S精梳高支单纱或股线。
进一步地,在上述功能性内层中,负离子纤维和发热保温纤维的质量百分比为3-6:1。
本发明的第二方面是提供上述柔软舒适弹力针织牛仔面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,编织面料基层:按照基层的结构采用多跑道单面圆纬机进行编织,蚕丝纱线线圈长度为31-34cm/100针,纯棉色纱线圈长度为29-31cm/100针;
步骤二:编织功能性内层:按照质量比例将负离子纤维和发热保暖纤维斜纹交织成该功能性内层;
步骤三,通过PET/PTT复合弹力纤维连接上述面料基层和功能性内层制得毛胚布,对毛胚布依次进行水洗、酶素洗、酶失活、漂洗、水洗、整理,得针织牛仔面料。
进一步地,上述单面圆纬机至少具有5个跑道。
进一步地,上述酶素洗工艺参数为中性纤维酶含量为2-3%o.w.f,pH值为7.0,防污剂含量为0.4-0.5g/L,浴比为1:6-10,温度为50-55℃,时间为45-70min。
进一步地,上述水洗的工艺参数为:在50-60℃条件下,将面料进入含有除油剂和无水硫酸钠的软水中,保温水洗20-30min,降温至40-50℃,保温10-20min。
进一步地,上述整理具体为:加入柔软剂和抗菌抑菌整理剂,在柔软机上二浸二轧,车速控制为10-15m/min,脱水,烘干定型,超喂控制在25-30%,温度控制为130-180℃。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种柔软舒适弹力针织牛仔面料,包括面料基层和功能性内层;该面料基层包括纯棉色纱和蚕丝纱线;该功能性内层采用负离子纤维和发热保暖纤维按照质量比为2:1编织而成;其中,纯棉色纱为40S精梳高支单纱,蚕丝纱线为天然蚕丝制成。
上述柔软舒适弹力针织牛仔面料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一,编织面料基层:按照基层的结构采用5跑道单面圆纬机进行编织,蚕丝纱线线圈长度为31cm/100针,纯棉色纱线圈长度为29cm/100针;

验证实施例
本实施例验证上述实施例提供的柔软舒适弹力针织牛仔面料的性能,具体的结果如下:
1)吊干缩水率:直向-1.5%;横向-2.4%;
2)耐光色牢度4级,洗涤色牢度4-5级;
3)耐汗渍牢度4-5级;
4)仿牛仔的干摩擦牢度3-4级,湿摩擦牢度2-3级;
5)甲醛含量:≤50g/kg,抗起球4级;
6)透气性:245ft3/min/ft2。

2.根据权利要求1所述的柔软舒适弹力针织牛仔面料,其特征在于,所述PET/PTT复合弹力纤维由以下质量百分比的原料制成:55-60%PET和40-45%PTT;所述PET/PTT复合弹力纤维由PET和PTT经熔融纺丝机纺丝获得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔软舒适针织牛仔面料,其特征在于,所述面料基层的最小组织循环为8个线圈横列和4个线圈纵列,第1、3、5、7路为平针组织,织入蚕丝纱线;第2、4、6、8路为提花组织,织入纯棉色纱衬垫PET/PTT复合弹力纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔软舒适针织牛仔面料,其特征在于,所述纯棉色纱为32-60S精梳高支单纱或股线。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柔软舒适弹力针织牛仔面料,其特征在于,在所述功能性内层中,所述负离子纤维和发热保温纤维的质量百分比为3-6:1。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的柔软舒适弹力针织牛仔面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,编织所述面料基层:按照基层的结构采用多跑道单面圆纬机进行编织,所述蚕丝纱线线圈长度为31-34cm/100针,所述纯棉色纱线圈长度为29-31cm/100针;
步骤二:编织所述功能性内层:按照质量比例将负离子纤维和发热保暖纤维斜纹交织成所述功能性内层;
步骤三,通过PET/PTT复合弹力纤维连接所述面料基层和功能性内层制得毛胚布,对毛胚布依次进行水洗、酶素洗、酶的失活、漂洗、水洗、整理,得针织牛仔面料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述单面圆纬机至少具有5个跑道。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述酶素洗工艺参数为中性纤维酶含量为2-3%o.w.f,pH值为7.0,防污剂含量为0.4-0.5g/L,浴比为1:6-10,温度为50-55℃,时间为45-70min。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水洗的工艺参数为:在50-60℃条件下,将面料进入含有除油剂和无水硫酸钠的软水中,保温水洗20-30min,降温至40-50℃,保温10-20min。
10.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述整理具体为:加入柔软剂和抗菌抑菌整理剂,在柔软机上二浸二轧,车速控制为10-15m/min,脱水,烘干定型,超喂控制为25-30%,温度控制为130-180℃。
