背景技术
    人们日常生活,离不开食品及其辅料,人们对其口味和营养的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的食品及辅料,已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生的食物越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种紫菜红枣养生粥的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种紫菜红枣养生粥,由以下重量份原料组成:粳米180-200、小黄米50-60、红枣30-40、紫菜10-13、鲫鱼汤80-90、黄桃40-50、雪梨30-40、蜂蜜60-70、苹果醋30-40、莲子5-6、玉竹5-6、地黄5-6、麦冬6-7、党参6-7、石斛4-5、柠檬草3-4、陈皮4-5、腊梅花2-3、食品添加剂6-8、白糖60-80、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:牛奶30-35、鸡蛋20-30、胡萝卜10-15、大麦苗20-30、三七4-5、大麦秸4-5、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法,将三七、大麦秸用5-8倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩备用;将鸡蛋液打出,放入容器中,充分搅拌,搅匀后,加入牛奶,放入锅中,隔水蒸熟;将胡萝卜、大麦苗洗净,打成浆汁备用;将浓缩液、蒸蛋、浆汁合并,充分搅拌,混匀即可。
一种紫菜红枣养生粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粳米、小黄米洗净,放入锅中,加入食品添加剂、白糖、适量的水,加热煮成粥备用;
(2)将红枣去核后,与洗净的紫菜一起置于锅中,加入鲫鱼汤,加热焖煮50-60分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;

(4)将莲子、玉竹、地黄、麦冬、党参、石斛、柠檬草、陈皮、腊梅花用5-9倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液备用;
(5)将粥、步骤2中的浆汁、果肉、中药浓缩液合并,充分搅拌,混匀后灌装即可。

1.一种紫菜红枣养生粥,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:粳米180-200、小黄米50-60、红枣30-40、紫菜10-13、鲫鱼汤80-90、黄桃40-50、雪梨30-40、蜂蜜60-70、苹果醋30-40、莲子5-6、玉竹5-6、地黄5-6、麦冬6-7、党参6-7、石斛4-5、柠檬草3-4、陈皮4-5、腊梅花2-3、食品添加剂6-8、白糖60-80、水适量:
