本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种营养草莓汤圆,由以下重量份原料组成:糯米粉200-230、红枣粉20-30、木瓜粉10-15、鱼骨粉6-8、蛋黄粉20-30、草莓60-70、番茄酱50-60、瓜子仁20-25、杏仁20-25、肉苁蓉5-6、麦芽5-7、韭菜子5-6、代代花5-7、地黄花4-5、淫羊藿5-6、柿蒂3-4、沙苑子3-4、白糖40-50、食品添加剂6-8、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:啤酒酵母粉5-6、燕麦胚芽10-12、甜菜根15-18、鳕鱼粉10-15、芒果粉10-15、草菇粉4-5、酸梅汁40-50、米酒30-40;
食品添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将燕麦胚芽、甜菜根洗净,放入锅中,加入酸梅汁、米酒,加热焖煮30-35分钟,取锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁与啤酒酵母粉、鳕鱼粉、芒果粉、草菇粉合并,混匀即可。

食品添加剂,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:啤酒酵母粉5、燕麦胚芽10、甜菜根15、鳕鱼粉10、芒果粉10、草菇粉4、酸梅汁40、米酒30;
