本发明公开了一种黑麦营养面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:黑麦400-500、黑芝麻30-40、黑豆10-20、乌骨鸡骨20-30、桂花6-8、薄荷叶4-5、月桂叶2-3、黑枸杞5-7、玉米须1-2、化橘红2-3、黄皮核3-4、牛蒡叶1-2、掐不齐1-2、营养粉8-10、米醋6-8、椰汁与米酒适量;本发明以黑麦、黑芝麻、黑豆为主要原料,营养丰富,在满足人体每天所需营养的基础上,科学配比,使得面粉营养更加均衡合理,添加由乌骨鸡骨熬煮成的汤,使得面粉富有口感,风味独特,具有补血明目、生津润肠、补肾益脾、益肝养发、延缓衰老等保健功效。

本发明涉及一种保健面粉,尤其涉及一种黑麦营养面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视食品的健康膳食、营养保健问题,面粉作为一种主食同样经受着营养保健问题的考验,因此越来越多具有营养保健功效的面粉受到人们的喜欢,给人们的健康饮食带来福音。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种黑麦营养面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种黑麦营养面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
黑麦400-500、黑芝麻30-40、黑豆10-20、乌骨鸡骨20-30、桂花6-8、薄荷叶4-5、月桂叶2-3、黑枸杞5-7、玉米须1-2、化橘红2-3、黄皮核3-4、牛蒡叶1-2、掐不齐1-2、营养粉8-10、米醋6-8、椰汁与米酒适量;
所述营养粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:益智仁:血糯米:石榴籽=1:1:1,竹炭粉适量。
一种黑麦营养面粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将益智仁、血糯米、石榴籽拣杂洗净,送入蒸锅,大火蒸制20-30分钟,取出晾干,再送入锅中,倒入适量竹炭粉,小火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,再将混合原料磨成粉,得到营养粉;
(2)将乌骨鸡骨洗净后磨成骨泥,将桂花、薄荷叶、月桂叶、黑枸杞等中药原料混合粉碎,与骨泥一起送入汤锅,倒入米醋,加入总重量8-10倍的米酒,加盖小火慢炖4-5小时,趁热过滤去渣,得到汤料,冷冻干燥,得到冻干粉;
(3)将黑麦、黑芝麻、黑豆拣杂洗净,用适量椰汁浸泡28-32小时,过滤后低温烘干,磨粉,得到黑麦粉;
(4)将上述营养粉、冻干粉、黑麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌包装,得到成品。

本发明以黑麦、黑芝麻、黑豆为主要原料,营养丰富,在满足人体每天所需营养的基础上,科学配比,使得面粉营养更加均衡合理,添加由乌骨鸡骨熬煮成的汤,使得面粉富有口感,风味独特,具有补血明目、生津润肠、补肾益脾、益肝养发、延缓衰老等保健功效。

一种黑麦营养面粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
黑麦500、黑芝麻40、黑豆20、乌骨鸡骨30、桂花8、薄荷叶5、月桂叶3、黑枸杞7、玉米须2、化橘红3、黄皮核4、牛蒡叶2、掐不齐2、营养粉9、米醋8、椰汁与米酒适量;
所述营养粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:益智仁:血糯米:石榴籽=1:1:1,竹炭粉适量。
一种黑麦营养面粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将益智仁、血糯米、石榴籽拣杂洗净,送入蒸锅,大火蒸制30分钟,取出晾干,再送入锅中,倒入适量竹炭粉,小火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,再将混合原料磨成粉,得到营养粉;
(2)将乌骨鸡骨洗净后磨成骨泥,将桂花、薄荷叶、月桂叶、黑枸杞等中药原料混合粉碎,与骨泥一起送入汤锅,倒入米醋,加入总重量8倍的米酒,加盖小火慢炖4小时,趁热过滤去渣,得到汤料,冷冻干燥,得到冻干粉;
(3)将黑麦、黑芝麻、黑豆拣杂洗净,用适量椰汁浸泡32小时,过滤后低温烘干,磨粉,得到黑麦粉;
(4)将上述营养粉、冻干粉、黑麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至120目细度,灭菌包装,得到成品。
Claims (2)
1.一种黑麦营养面粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
黑麦400-500、黑芝麻30-40、黑豆10-20、乌骨鸡骨20-30、桂花6-8、薄荷叶4-5、月桂叶2-3、黑枸杞5-7、玉米须1-2、化橘红2-3、黄皮核3-4、牛蒡叶1-2、掐不齐1-2、营养粉8-10、米醋6-8、椰汁与米酒适量;
所述营养粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:益智仁:血糯米:石榴籽=1:1:1,竹炭粉适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的黑麦营养面粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将益智仁、血糯米、石榴籽拣杂洗净,送入蒸锅,大火蒸制20-30分钟,取出晾干,再送入锅中,倒入适量竹炭粉,小火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,再将混合原料磨成粉,得到营养粉;
(2)将乌骨鸡骨洗净后磨成骨泥,将桂花、薄荷叶、月桂叶、黑枸杞等中药原料混合粉碎,与骨泥一起送入汤锅,倒入米醋,加入总重量8-10倍的米酒,加盖小火慢炖4-5小时,趁热过滤去渣,得到汤料,冷冻干燥,得到冻干粉;
(3)将黑麦、黑芝麻、黑豆拣杂洗净,用适量椰汁浸泡28-32小时,过滤后低温烘干,磨粉,得到黑麦粉;
(4)将上述营养粉、冻干粉、黑麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌包装,得到成品。
