Abstract

The present invention relates to a fire extinguishing composition containing a nitrogen-containing organic compound, which releases a large amount of effective fire extinguishing particles using heat generated by combustion of a pyrotechnic agent. The fire extinguishing composition containing the nitrogen-containing organic compound reacts at high temperature to generate free radicals, and the free radicals react with one or more of O, OH and H free radicals necessary for the chain combustion reaction, so that the chain combustion reaction is cut off, and the physical and chemical inhibition effects are generated to realize the fire extinguishing effect together.

Description

Fire extinguishing composition containing nitrogen-containing organic compound
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of aerosol fire extinguishing, and particularly relates to a hot aerosol fire extinguishing composition.
Background
Since the specific goal of replacing the fire extinguishing agent with the dragon fire extinguishing agent is provided by the Montreal convention in Canada in 1987, all countries in the world are dedicated to research on new fire extinguishing technologies, and the efforts of people are directed to the fire extinguishing technologies which have high fire extinguishing efficiency and are free of environmental pollution.
Gas fire extinguishing systems, dry powder fire extinguishing systems, water system fire extinguishing systems and the like are widely used as substitutes of Halon fire extinguishing agents due to no harm to the environment. Carbon dioxide, inert gas fire extinguishing systems such as IG 541's the mechanism of putting out a fire is mainly for physics is put out a fire, through reducing the oxygen concentration in the district of catching a fire and stifle the fire, this kind of mode of putting out a fire threatens human safety easily, dry powder fire extinguishing system is then through the powder of blowout and flame contact under the pressurized gas effect, take place the physical chemistry inhibitory action and put out a fire, water smoke fire extinguishing system is through the cooling of thin water smoke, stifle and isolated thermal radiation's triple action down reach the control conflagration, suppress the conflagration and put out the purpose of conflagration.
However, these fire extinguishing systems require high-pressure storage, not only are large in volume, but also have the risk of physical explosion during storage, and the document "safety analysis of gas fire extinguishing systems" (fire science and technology 200221 (5)) analyzes the risk of the gas fire extinguishing systems and enumerates the safety accidents caused by the use of the pressure-storage type gas fire extinguishing systems.
The existing hot aerosol fire extinguishing agent mainly comprises S-type and K-type fire extinguishing agents, and the performance characteristics of the existing hot aerosol fire extinguishing agent are comprehensively analyzed, wherein the fire extinguishing mechanism is that the hot aerosol fire extinguishing agent utilizes the burning of agents to generate oxidation-reduction reaction to release a large amount of gas and active particles, and the coverage of the large amount of gas is choked through the chain scission reaction of the active particles, so that the fire extinguishing purpose of combining chemistry and physics is realized. Its weak point is in the hot aerosol fire extinguishing agent when taking place combustion reaction release hot aerosol, can release a large amount of heats, can cause the postcombustion, for effectively reducing the temperature of device and aerosol, avoid taking place the secondary fire, need increase cooling system, the cooling temperature material of current hot aerosol fire extinguishing device though can reduce the temperature of product, the fire extinguishing performance of product has also been weakened greatly simultaneously, in order to compensate the loss on the fire extinguishing performance that cooling system brought, many products have either reduced the rank of putting out a fire, or continue to increase the quality of actual fire extinguishing agent, make the product volume increase, the availability factor descends, this leads to the complicated heavy of device structure, the process flow is complicated, and is with high costs, and the spout temperature is higher, easily cause the injury to the personnel of putting out a fire.
