    本发明主要涉及香肠及其制备方法技术领域,尤其涉及一种茶树菇猪肉香肠。
背景技术
    香肠是一种利用非常古老的食物生产和肉食保存技术,将动物的肉绞碎成泥状,再灌入肠衣制成的长圆柱体管状食品。中国的香肠有着悠久的历史,香肠的类型也有很多,但是随着人们的生活水平的提高,人们不再只注重食品的口感,还有食品的健康及保健作用也越来越受到人们的重视。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种茶树菇猪肉香肠的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种茶树菇猪肉香肠,由以下重量份原料组成:猪肉380-400、驴肉90-110、茶树菇60-70、海带20-30、洋葱20-30、绿茶10-15、猕猴桃40-50、柠檬10-20、米酒40-50、麦芽糖浆40-50、可乐10-15、迷迭香6-7、薰衣草6-7、香蜂草5-6、香茅5-6、山桃草6-7、玫瑰花7-8、桂皮4-5、绿豆皮4-5、食品添加剂10-12、食盐适量、肠衣适量、水适量。
食品添加剂由以下重量份原料,合并混匀制成:螺旋藻粉10-15、胡椒粉20-25、当归油0.02-0.03、果胶2-3、小麦胚芽粉10-15、苦荞花粉5-6、海参粉10-15。
一种茶树菇猪肉香肠的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将猪肉、驴肉、海带、洋葱洗净,放入绞肉机中,做成碎肉,备用;
(2)将绿茶做成绿茶包,与猕猴桃、柠檬果肉一起置于锅中,加入米酒,加热至果肉煮烂,过滤,取滤液备用;
(3)将茶树菇、洋葱、海带洗净,切碎后,置于锅中,加入麦芽糖浆、可乐,加热焖煮20-30分钟,取锅中所有物料备用;
(4)将迷迭香、薰衣草、香蜂草、香茅、山桃草、玫瑰花、桂皮、绿豆皮用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(5)将猪肉、驴肉、步骤2中的滤液、步骤3中的所有物料、中药粉、食盐、食品添加剂合并,混匀后,取肠衣灌肠,烤熟晒干即得成品。

1.一种茶树菇猪肉香肠,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:猪肉380-400、驴肉90-110、茶树菇60-70、海带20-30、洋葱20-30、绿茶10-15、猕猴桃40-50、柠檬10-20、米酒40-50、麦芽糖浆40-50、可乐10-15、迷迭香6-7、薰衣草6-7、香蜂草5-6、香茅5-6、山桃草6-7、玫瑰花7-8、桂皮4-5、绿豆皮4-5、食品添加剂10-12、食盐适量、肠衣适量、水适量;
所述食品添加剂由以下重量份原料,合并混匀制成:螺旋藻粉10-15、胡椒粉20-25、当归油0.02-0.03、果胶2-3、小麦胚芽粉10-15、苦荞花粉5-6、海参粉10-15。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种茶树菇猪肉香肠的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
