本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种玫瑰土豆丝酱菜,由以下重量份原料组成:土豆300-320、洋葱80-100、白萝卜100-120、苹果醋350-400、草莓酱80-100、辣椒酱160-180、玫瑰花7-8、菊花7-8、代代花6-7、合欢花7-8、马鞭草6-7、柠檬草6-7、珍珠草6-7、樱桃核4-5、薏仁油50-60、水适量。
一种玫瑰土豆丝酱菜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将土豆、洋葱、白萝卜洗净,做成丝状,放入锅中,加入薏仁油,将蔬菜炒5-8分钟,倒入苹果醋,煮20-30分钟;
(2)将玫瑰花、菊花、代代花、合欢花、马鞭草、柠檬草、珍珠草、樱桃核用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(3)将草莓酱、辣椒酱合并,放入锅中,搅拌均匀,加热翻炒3-5分钟,加入土豆、洋葱、白萝卜、中药粉,搅拌均匀后,封装贮存。

(1)将土豆、洋葱、白萝卜洗净,做成丝状,放入锅中,加入薏仁油,将蔬菜炒5-8分钟,倒入苹果醋,煮20-30分钟;
