本发明涉及一种五香保健羊肉干及其制备方法,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
羊肉是我国餐桌上的常见食品,尤其是在较为寒冷的北方,更是因其温热的性质而深受人们的欢迎。在现在的市场上,羊肉产品较为单一,大多为新鲜羊肉或者羊肉的卤制品,因此,开发出多种羊肉制品,能够充分满足市场需求,给广大消费者更多的选择。

本发明提供了一种五香保健羊肉干及其制备方法,以满足市场需求及消费者需要。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种五香保健羊肉干,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制成:
羊肉80-100、酱油6-8、食盐5-8、茴香3-4、罗布麻叶2-3、川芎1-3、玉米须2-3、炙甘草2-3、白术2-4、玫瑰花2-4、薄荷1-3、牡蛎粉3-5、海藻糖3-5、营养添加剂5-7;
所述的营养添加剂是由薏仁油、荸荠粉、山楂核粉1-2:3-5:3-5混合制成。
所述的五香保健羊肉干的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将罗布麻叶、川芎、玉米须、炙甘草、白术、玫瑰花、薄荷放入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将羊肉洗净,切成长条,放入锅中,加热煮30-40分钟,捞出凉冷,然后用刀切成小块;
(3)将切块的羊肉放入锅中,然后加入提取液、酱油、食盐、茴香、牡蛎粉、海藻糖、营养添加剂等剩余原料,闷润至锅内水分被蒸干,然后将羊肉块取出,采用烘干机烘干,真空包装,即得。

羊肉80、酱油8、食盐5、茴香4、罗布麻叶3、川芎1、玉米须3、炙甘草2、白术4、玫瑰花4、薄荷3、牡蛎粉5、海藻糖5、营养添加剂5;
所述的营养添加剂是由薏仁油、荸荠粉、山楂核粉2:3:3混合制成。

1.一种五香保健羊肉干,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制成:
羊肉80-100、酱油6-8、食盐5-8、茴香3-4、罗布麻叶2-3、川芎1-3、玉米须2-3、炙甘草2-3、白术2-4、玫瑰花2-4、薄荷1-3、牡蛎粉3-5、海藻糖3-5、营养添加剂5-7;
所述的营养添加剂是由薏仁油、荸荠粉、山楂核粉1-2:3-5:3-5混合制成。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的五香保健羊肉干的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将罗布麻叶、川芎、玉米须、炙甘草、白术、玫瑰花、薄荷放入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将羊肉洗净,切成长条,放入锅中,加热煮30-40分钟,捞出凉冷,然后用刀切成小块;
(3)将切块的羊肉放入锅中,然后加入提取液、酱油、食盐、茴香、牡蛎粉、海藻糖、营养添加剂等剩余原料,闷润至锅内水分被蒸干,然后将羊肉块取出,采用烘干机烘干,真空包装,即得。
