Abstract

本发明涉及一种支撑架,用于支撑电子装置,该支撑架包括支撑体,该支撑架还包括设于支撑体的铰接部及支撑杆,该支撑杆为电子装置的手写笔,其设有一球形铰接端,该铰接部包括收容槽,该铰接端收容于收容槽内并在收容槽内转动,以实现支撑杆与支撑体呈一夹角而使支撑体站立。本发明还涉及一种具有支撑架的电子装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种支撑架及具有该支撑架的电子装置。
背景技术
随着高科技的发展,各种便携式电子装置如移动电话、个人数位助理、平板电脑等功能及外观不断丰富,受到人们的青睐,该等电子装置多设计为触摸屏,而且大多可以用于观赏电影等视频,因此一些电子装置需要使用者有配置手写笔及支撑架,以便操作,支撑架本身体积较大,不便携带,而同时携带手写笔及支撑架给使用者带来不便。
发明内容
针对上述问题,有必要提供一种便于携带的支撑架。
还有必要提供一种具有该支撑架的电子装置。
一种支撑架,用于支撑电子装置,该支撑架包括支撑体,该支撑架还包括设于支撑体的铰接部及支撑杆,该支撑杆设有一球形铰接端,该铰接部包括收容槽,该铰接端收容于收容槽内并在收容槽内转动,以实现支撑杆与支撑体呈一夹角。
一种具有支撑架的电子装置,该电子装置包括机体及支撑架,该支撑架包括支撑体,该支撑体设有容纳槽,该支撑架还包括设于机体的铰接部及支撑杆,该支撑杆设有一球形铰接端,该铰接部包括收容槽,该铰接端收容于收容槽内并在收容槽内转动,以实现支撑杆与支撑体呈一夹角。
上述的支撑架利用电子装置的手写笔为支撑杆,手写笔的铰接端可相对电子装置转动,实现该手写笔相对电子装置呈夹角设置,以支撑电子装置于一平面上并可调整相对角度,因此无需使用者另外携带支撑架或者手写笔,给使用者带来方便。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1与图2,本发明较佳实施方式的支撑架100适用于支撑平板电脑等电子装置。该支撑架100包括支撑体10、铰接部20及支撑杆30。该铰接部20设于该支撑体10上,该支撑杆30与铰接部20铰接并可相对该支撑体10转动将支撑体10呈一角度支撑于一平面上。
该支撑体10可以是电子装置的机体或装于机体的板体,其包括面板11及设于面板11周缘的周壁12。该面板11的表面中部凹设有一长条形容纳槽13,其用于收容支撑杆30。
该铰接部20可一体成型于面板11上的塑胶件,其包括收容槽21。该收容槽21为一圆形凹槽,其包括环形的槽侧壁211及球面状的槽底壁212。该槽侧壁211的内表面与该槽底壁212形成一球面状的铰接面。该槽侧壁211靠近该容纳槽13的一端凸设于面板11上,其设有一与该容纳槽13贯通的缺口213。该槽侧壁211上位于缺口213的两侧位置还设有间隙2111,便于槽侧壁211弹性变形,使该支撑杆30装入该收容槽21内。
该支撑杆30可以为一手写笔或一杆体。本实施例中,该支撑杆30为电子装置的手写笔,其可用于触控电子装置屏幕。该支撑杆30包括笔头31、笔杆32及铰接端33。该笔头31与该铰接端33分别设于笔杆32的两端。该铰接端33为一圆球体,其可收容于该收容槽21内并相对该铰接面转动。
当不使用手写笔时,将该铰接端33抵推进入收容槽21内,此过程中,该槽侧壁211发生弹性形变略向外扩张,当铰接端33进入收容槽21后,该槽侧壁211恢复原状将铰接端33限位于收容槽21内,然后将笔杆32及笔头31放入容纳槽13内即可。
参图3,使用该支撑杆30,即手写笔支撑电子装置于一平面时,将该笔杆32从容纳槽13中取出,该铰接端33于该收容槽21内转动,使该笔杆32与面板11呈一夹角,该笔头31抵持平面即可。
可以理解,该支撑体10可以是电子装置的保护壳,其周壁12可以套设于该电子装置的外壳上,在保护电子装置的同时可以做支撑架使用。
本发明所述支撑架直接利用电子装置的手写笔为支撑杆,该手写笔铰接于并收容于电子装置上,手写笔的铰接端可相对电子装置转动,实现该手写笔相对电子装置呈夹角设置,以支撑电子装置于一平面上并可调整相对角度,因此无需使用者另外携带支撑架或者手写笔,给使用者带来方便。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明较佳实施方式权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其他形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明较佳实施方式精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明较佳实施方式所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种支撑架,用于支撑电子装置,该支撑架包括支撑体,其特征在于:该支撑架还包括设于支撑体的铰接部及支撑杆,支撑杆设有一球形铰接端,该铰接部包括收容槽,该铰接端收容于收容槽内并在收容槽内转动,以实现支撑杆与支撑体呈一夹角。
2.如权利要求1所述的支撑架,其特征在于:该支撑杆为电子装置的手写笔或一杆体。
3.如权利要求2所述的支撑架,其特征在于:该收容槽包括圆环形槽侧壁及球面状槽底壁,该槽侧壁内表面与该槽底壁形成一球面状的铰接面,该铰接端于收容槽内相对铰接面转动。
4.如权利要求3所述的支撑架,其特征在于:该支撑体包括一面板,该面板上设有容纳槽,该槽侧壁靠近该容纳槽的一端凸设于面板,并设有一与该容纳槽贯通的缺口。
5.如权利要求4所述的支撑架,其特征在于:该槽侧壁为塑胶件,该槽侧壁上位于缺口的两侧位置还设有间隙,便于该支撑杆装入该收容槽内。
6.一种具有支撑架的电子装置,该电子装置包括机体及支撑架,该支撑架包括支撑体,其特征在于:该支撑体设有容纳槽,该支撑架还包括设于机体的铰接部及收容于容纳槽的支撑杆,该支撑杆设有一球形铰接端,该铰接部包括收容槽,该铰接端收容于收容槽内并在收容槽内转动,以实现支撑杆与支撑体呈一夹角。
7.如权利要求6所述的具有支撑架的电子装置,其特征在于:该支撑杆为电子装置的手写笔。
8.如权利要求7所述的具有支撑架的电子装置,其特征在于:该收容槽包括圆环形槽侧壁及球面状槽底壁,该槽侧壁内表面与该槽底壁形成一球面状的铰接面,该铰接端于收容槽内相对铰接面转动。
9.如权利要求8所述的具有支撑架的电子装置,其特征在于:该机体包括面板及周壁,该容纳槽设于该面板上,该槽侧壁靠近该容纳槽的一端凸设于面板,并设有一与该容纳槽贯通的缺口。
10.如权利要求9所述的具有支撑架的电子装置,其特征在于:该手写笔包括笔杆、笔头及所述铰接端,该笔头及铰接端分别设于笔杆两端,该铰接端收容于收容槽内,该笔杆穿过缺口收容于容纳槽内。
