Abstract

技术领域：
本发明涉及农业生产技术领域，特别涉及一种以叶菜为主要类型的有机蔬菜栽培技术。
背景技术：
近年来，大棚蔬菜连续重茬种植，分泌大量有害物质，造成减产和病虫害，农民为增加产量，大量使用化肥和农药，导致蔬菜硝酸盐超标、农药残留等问题越来越严重，蔬菜品质下降，失去原来的天然营养和味道。有机蔬菜具有优良的风味和品质，但其土地休耕、转换成本高严重制约了有机蔬菜生产基地的发展。
[0003]此背景催生了一种新兴的蔬菜种植模式——钵栽有机蔬菜，该技术的出现，可利用原有大棚设施、非耕地以及阳台，既避免化肥农药的污染，又能让人在工作之余体会到田园的乐趣。但目前普遍使用的盆栽蔬菜技术以花盆装土或者草炭添加珍珠岩，蛭石、陶粒等无机矿物质栽培，生长过程中补施化学肥料，栽培密度普遍过大，存在作物生长缓慢、植株过小、产量品质低下等问题；而且栽培所用的基质多为一次性利用，花盆大不易搬动。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种更简易的有机蔬菜钵栽技术以及栽培基质重复利用技术。
[0005]本发明解决问题所涉及的技术方案一：一种有机蔬菜多茬钵栽技术，包括基质准备、容器准备、播种移植、管理、采摘追肥和栽培基质的重复利用，其特征在于：
基质准备：（1）有机物料准备：椰糠、稻壳、蘑菇渣分别跟畜禽粪便按照体积比6~7：2~3混合，覆膜堆置发酵15~20天，干燥水量到20~30%；（2）基质配制：把有机物料跟草炭按照体积比4~5：2~3混合，喷水到含水量50%左右；
容器准备：采用12cm×12cm~14cm×14cm的食品级塑料营养钵或者无纺布营养钵;
播种移植：把基质装入营养钵，为便于浇水，距离杯口1.5~2cm，每个营养钵栽培2~3棵叶菜类作物，两颗作物间隔8cm，三颗呈三角形种植，离边2cm；
管理：叶菜类蔬菜播种或移栽时浇透水，生长过程中浇水易少量多次，基质表层干燥即可浇水，每次以水刚透出杯底为宜，为防止蔬菜潮湿生病，钵栽冲根部浇水；
采摘追肥：采摘时，由外而内，保留生长点和2~3个叶片，每种叶菜可采摘2~3次，每收获一次追施一次有机肥浸泡水或一定浓度的牛奶或豆浆，有机肥用量为50g，牛奶或豆浆用量为每10钵蔬菜施500g，栽培基质每年可种植2~3茬蔬菜，可以采摘5~9次；
栽培基质的重复利用：（1）去除营养杯，清除根系，回收基质，晾晒去湿消毒，然后每钵基质掺混NPK含量5%~8%的有机肥50g；（2）将回收的基质再与蘑菇渣按照2:1混合，装钵继续使用；（3）更换品种后，播种，覆土0.5~1cm；每钵2~3穴，三角形种植，离边2cm。

具体实施方式：
1、椰糠、蘑菇渣分别和畜禽粪便按照体积比1.2:0.8混合，覆膜堆置发酵20~30天，含水量降至20~30%。把有机物料跟草炭按照体积比4~5：2~3混合，喷水到含水量50%左右。

Claims (1)
1.一种有机蔬菜多茬钵栽方法，包括基质准备、容器准备、播种移植、管理、采摘追肥和栽培基质的重复利用，其特征在于：
基质准备：（1）有机物料准备：椰糠、稻壳、蘑菇渣分别跟畜禽粪便按照体积比6~7：2~3混合，覆膜堆置发酵15~20天，干燥水量到20~30%；（2）基质配制：把有机物料跟草炭按照体积比4~5：2~3混合，喷水到含水量50%左右；
容器准备：采用12cm×12cm~14cm×14cm的食品级塑料营养钵或者无纺布营养钵;
播种移植：把基质装入营养钵，为便于浇水，距离杯口1.5~2cm，每个营养钵栽培2~3棵叶菜类作物，两颗作物间隔8cm，三颗呈三角形种植，离边2cm；
