Abstract

Technical Field
The invention mainly relates to an electromagnetic vibration device, in particular to a vibration device which utilizes two vibration plate modules to be oppositely buckled and fixed, or adopts upper and lower suspension edges to be oppositely and respectively connected and fixed on the upper and lower surfaces of a vibration plate and a base; the vibrating plate device and the manufacturing method thereof replace the traditional elastic wave function.
Background
As is well known, an electromagnetic vibrator, also called a speaker, commonly known as a "horn", is an electroacoustic device that converts electrical energy into acoustic energy. The manufacturing process of the traditional loudspeaker comprises the steps of adhering T iron or U iron, adhering a basin frame and a magnetic return, installing a terminal, releasing elastic waves, inserting a voice coil, releasing a drum paper hanging edge and the like; firstly, preparing required materials, and manually manufacturing from inside to outside from bottom to top; the elastic wave is also called centering support, is another main element in the vibration system of the cone loudspeaker, is a corrugated ring which is formed by impregnating materials such as cotton cloth, silk cloth, glass cloth and the like with phenolic resin and then performing hot pressing, and has the main functions of:
(1) the voice coil is required to be large in axial compliance by keeping the correct position of the voice coil in the magnetic gap, so that the voice coil can vertically vibrate in the magnetic gap, and the voice coil is required to reliably limit the left and right movement of the voice coil in the radial direction so that the voice coil is not contacted with a washer and a T iron;
(2) the support provides a restoring force to the loudspeaker and influences the mechanical Q value of the loudspeaker, namely the damping characteristic;
(3) the resonance frequency of the loudspeaker is determined by the elastic wave, the cone and the voice coil;
(4) the damper of the compound side loudspeaker plays the role of a buffer and a mechanical amplitude limiter;
based on the above function of the damper, in the conventional speaker, the inner ring of the damper is connected and fixed to the voice coil, and the outer ring surface of the damper needs to be connected and fixed to the base frame of the speaker, thereby limiting the thinness of the speaker.
However, with the development of society, the living standard of people is continuously improved, and the requirements on electronic products such as liquid crystal televisions, notebook computers, mobile phones and the like are thin, and meanwhile, the sound quality of the electronic products is emphasized; referring to fig. 1, the thickness of a conventional speaker, which is used in these electronic products and is limited by the influence of the structure of the conventional speaker (most commonly, cone-shaped and arc-shaped vibration drum paper is adhered to and soaked by resin fiber elastic waves), maintains a stroke of back and forth movement, and is adhered to a voice coil by using the conventional circular ring-shaped elastic waves, the voice coil is adhered to the conventional drum paper, and the drum paper is adhered to a suspension edge. The inner connection surface of the elastic wave fixes the voice coil at the central position of the magnetic return system by a glue applying mode, and the outer connection surface of the elastic wave is also fixed on the base frame of the loudspeaker by a glue applying mode; the inner edge of the vibration drum paper of the loudspeaker is also fixed by a gluing mode and a voice coil, and the outer edge of the vibration drum paper is fixedly arranged on the base frame on the loudspeaker by gluing through a suspended edge; the whole loudspeaker is supported and fixed by the elastic waves and the suspension edges to form a suspension system of the whole loudspeaker; therefore, because the traditional vibrating drum paper, the suspension edge and the traditional damper structure inevitably affect that the loudspeaker structure cannot be thinned, when the whole loudspeaker moves up and down, the whole loudspeaker moves along the motion axis of the suspension edge and the damper, the suspension edge and the damper are fixed on a loudspeaker basin frame (a base frame), the position of the suspension edge and the damper is positioned at the upper edge of the top surface of the base frame, and the damper is positioned at the bottom of the base frame; meanwhile, the application of the traditional elastic wave limits the thickness of the loudspeaker, and the requirements of electronic products on the loudspeaker cannot be met; moreover, over a long period of time, the glue can age or even come unstuck, which can cause the tone quality of the loudspeaker to change or the whole loudspeaker to be scrapped.
Furthermore, some passive radiation type sound boxes on the market at present have two speakers in appearance, one speaker is only fake actually because the speaker cannot work independently, only one suspension edge and one vibrating plate are fixed on the box body of the sound box, the speaker is only an auxiliary vibrator actually, and the sound wave generated when one speaker works is utilized to drive the speaker to work, so that a better sound quality effect is achieved. In addition, the auxiliary vibrator has only one suspended edge to fix the vibrating plate, so that the stroke of the vibrating plate is unbalanced easily, noise is generated, and the sound quality effect of the vibrating plate is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention provides a vibrating plate device of an electromagnetic vibrator, which comprises at least a vibrating plate module, wherein the vibrating plate module comprises a base, a vibrating plate and an upper suspension edge, and the inner edge and the outer edge of the upper suspension edge are respectively connected to the vibrating plate and the base to form a whole; then connecting and fixing the two vibrating plate modules in opposite directions to form the vibrating plate device; by means of the unique structure of the vibrating plate device, when the voice coil drives the vibrating plate to act, the mutual action of the two suspension edges and the two vibrating plates counteracts the shaking of the voice coil driving the vibrating plate during the action, so that the voice coil drives the vibrating plate to make vertical stroke, and the purpose of traditional wave springing is replaced.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an electromagnetic vibrator vibrating plate device, comprising: the upper suspension edge and the vibrating plate are sequentially placed into the base die and are integrally injected through embedding to form the vibrating plate module, and then the two vibrating plate modules are oppositely buckled and fixed, so that the application of glue is completely replaced by special industrial structural design and unique manufacturing process, and the purposes of improving the product quality and improving the product yield are achieved.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a vibrating plate device of an electromagnetic vibrator, which is capable of better ensuring the vertical balance stroke of the vibrating plate by a unique structure when the vibrating plate device is used as an auxiliary vibrator in a passive radiation type speaker.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a vibrating plate device of an electromagnetic vibrator is provided, which comprises at least one vibrating plate module; the vibrating plate module is provided with a base, a vibrating plate and an upper suspension edge; wherein,
the base is provided with an inner side surface, and a through hole is formed by surrounding the base by the inner side surface for a circle; the at least one connecting part is arranged on the periphery of the bottom of the base and is used for connecting and fixing the peripheral frame of the electromagnetic vibrator;
furthermore, the base is also provided with a first fastener and a first fastening hole, wherein the fastener is fixedly arranged on one side of the bottom surface of the base, and the first fastening hole is arranged on the other side of the bottom surface of the base and corresponds to the first fastener; when the two vibrating plate modules are used, one of the vibrating plate modules is rotated 180 degrees, so that the first fastener and the first fastening hole are fastened and fixed to form the vibrating plate device.
The vibrating plate is arranged in the center of the through hole of the base and is provided with an upper surface and a lower surface; wherein, the lower surface of the vibrating plate is provided with a second fastener and a second fastening hole; the two fasteners are fixedly arranged on one side of the lower surface of the vibrating plate, and the second fastening hole is arranged on the other side of the lower surface of the vibrating plate and corresponds to the second fastener; when the two vibrating plate modules are used, one of the vibrating plate modules is rotated 180 degrees, so that the second fastener is fastened and fixed with the second fastening hole, and the two vibrating plates are firmly attached together.
The inner edge of the upper suspension edge is connected and fixed with the periphery of the upper surface of the vibrating plate, and the outer edge of the upper suspension edge is fixedly arranged on the base.
It should be noted that the vibrating plate device can also be formed by using the vibrating plate module and a lower suspension edge, the lower suspension edge and the upper suspension edge are in opposite directions, the inner edge of the lower suspension edge is connected and fixed with the periphery of the lower surface of the vibrating plate, and the outer edge of the lower suspension edge is fixed on the base.
When the vibrating plate device is used for an electromagnetic vibrator, the electromagnetic vibrator comprises the vibrating plate device, a voice coil, a magnetic return system and a peripheral basin frame; wherein, one end of the voice coil is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the vibrating plate, the other end of the voice coil is arranged in the magnetic return system, one end of the peripheral basin frame is fixedly connected with the magnetic return system, and the other end of the peripheral basin frame is fixedly connected with the connecting part on the base of the vibrating plate device to form a whole.
It is worth mentioning that when the vibrating plate device is used as an auxiliary vibrator in a sound box, the vibrating plate device is fixed on the mounting position of the auxiliary vibrator of the sound box body, so that sound waves generated when a loudspeaker works drive the vibrating plate device to vibrate vertically and uniformly better.
Meanwhile, the manufacturing method of the vibrating plate device of the electromagnetic vibrator is provided with the following steps:
a. putting the upper suspension edge and the vibrating plate into a base mold, and forming the vibrating plate module by embedding and ejecting the upper suspension edge and the vibrating plate into a whole;
b. and then the two vibrating plate modules are oppositely installed, connected and fixed to form the vibrating plate device.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the invention provides a vibrating plate device of an electromagnetic vibrator, which comprises at least one vibrating plate module, wherein the vibrating plate module is provided with a base, a vibrating plate and an upper suspension edge, and the inner edge and the outer edge of the upper suspension edge are respectively connected with the vibrating plate and the base so as to form a whole; the two vibrating plate modules are connected and fixed in opposite directions to form the vibrating plate device, and by means of the unique structure of the vibrating plate device, when the voice coil drives the vibrating plate to act, due to the interaction of the two overhanging edges and the two vibrating plates, the shaking of the voice coil driving the vibrating plate to act is counteracted, and the voice coil drives the vibrating plate to make vertical stroke, so that the traditional elastic wave is replaced; moreover, when the vibrating plate device is used as an auxiliary vibrator in a passive radiation type sound box, the up-down vertical balanced stroke of the vibrating plate is better ensured by the application of the upper and lower suspension edges; meanwhile, the manufacturing method of the electromagnetic vibrator vibrating plate device is provided: putting the upper suspension edge and the vibrating plate into a base mold, and forming the vibrating plate module by embedding and ejecting the upper suspension edge and the vibrating plate into a whole; and the two vibrating plate modules are oppositely installed, connected and fixed to form the vibrating plate device, and the application of glue is completely replaced by special industrial structural design and unique manufacturing process, so that the effects of improving the product quality and the product yield are achieved.

Referring to fig. 2 to 3, a vibrating plate device of an electromagnetic vibrator includes at least one vibrating plate module 10; the vibration plate module 10 has a base 11, a vibration plate 12 and an upper suspension edge 13; wherein,
the base 11 has an inner side 111, and a through hole 112 is formed by surrounding the inner side 111 around the base 11; at least one connecting part 113 arranged around the bottom of the base 11 for connecting and fixing with the peripheral frame of the electromagnetic vibrator;
furthermore, the base 11 further has a first fastening member 114 and a first fastening hole 115, wherein the fastening member 114 is fixedly disposed on one side of the bottom surface of the base 11, and the first fastening hole 115 is disposed on the other side of the bottom surface of the base 11 and corresponds to the first fastening member 114; when the two vibrating plate modules 11 are used, one of the vibrating plate modules is rotated 180 degrees, so that the first fastener 114 and the first fastening hole 115 are fastened and fixed to form the vibrating plate device.
The vibrating plate 12 is disposed at the center of the through hole 112 of the base 11 and has a second fastening member 121 and a second fastening hole 122; the two fasteners 121 are fixed on one side of the lower surface of the vibrating plate 12, and the second fastening holes 122 are formed on the other side of the lower surface of the vibrating plate 12 and correspond to the second fasteners 121; when the two vibrating plate modules 10 are used, one of the vibrating plate modules is rotated 180 degrees, so that the second fastener 121 and the second fastening hole 122 are fastened and fixed, and the two vibrating plates are firmly attached together.
Furthermore, the vibrating plate 12 is further provided with at least one fixing hole 123, so that when two vibrating plate modules 10 are used, the vibrating plates 12 of the two modules 10 can be better fixed by means of screws or the like through the fixing holes 123.
The inner edge of the upper suspension edge 13 is connected and fixed with the periphery of the upper surface of the vibrating plate, and the outer edge is fixed on the base 11.
When the vibrating plate device is used for an electromagnetic vibrator, the electromagnetic vibrator comprises the vibrating plate device, a voice coil, a magnetic return system and a peripheral basin frame; one end of the voice coil is fixedly arranged on the voice coil fixing part on the lower surface of the vibrating plate, the other end of the voice coil is placed in the magnetic return system, one end of the peripheral basin stand is fixedly connected with the magnetic return system, and the other end of the peripheral basin stand is fixedly connected with the connecting part on the base of the vibrating plate device, so that the whole electromagnetic vibrator is formed.
It is worth mentioning that, by means of the unique structure of the vibrating plate device, when the voice coil drives the vibrating plate to act, the swinging of the voice coil driving the vibrating plate to act is offset due to the interaction of the two overhanging edges and the two vibrating plates, so that the voice coil drives the vibrating plate to make vertical stroke.
Referring to fig. 6, it is worth mentioning that when the vibrating plate device is used as an auxiliary vibrator in a sound box, the vibrating plate device is fixed at the mounting position of the auxiliary vibrator of the sound box, so that sound waves generated by the speaker during operation drive the vibrating plate device to vibrate vertically and uniformly.

Further, a voice coil fixing portion 124 is disposed at a central position of the lower surface of the vibration plate 12, so that one end of the voice coil of the electromagnetic vibrator is fixed on the vibration plate 12;
furthermore, a plurality of ribs 125 are uniformly distributed on the vibrating plate 12, and the ribs 125 radially and uniformly spread around the voice coil fixing portion 124 with the voice coil fixing portion 124 as the center; the vibrating plate 12 is made to better balance the stroke vertically when operating.
Further, the voice coil fixing portion 124 is a groove surrounding the center of the lower surface of the vibrating plate in a circle, so that one end of the voice coil of the electromagnetic vibrator is inserted into and fixed in the groove, and the voice coil and the vibrating plate are better connected and fixed.
