Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有螺旋丝流的圆锥滚子轴承。包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈、保持架和圆锥滚子;在每个圆锥滚子表面加工有储存润滑剂的螺旋丝流。所述的螺旋丝流分为两段,螺旋方向相反,圆锥滚子小端圆锥面为右旋或左旋螺旋丝流,大端圆锥面为左旋或右旋螺旋丝流,且分段的母线长度比和对应两端滚子半径比成反比。滚子滚动时,螺旋丝流将润滑脂卷进滚子与内外圈的接触面,改善其润滑性能;大小端分别为左旋和右旋,滚子两端的润滑脂可同时被卷入,由于左右旋的母线长度比与对应两端半径比成反比,防止因大端线速度较高引起的大端进脂过多的情况,滚子表面丝流是左旋和右旋,滚子两端所受的轴向力相互抵消,防止因轴向力引起的滚子轴向偏斜。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种圆锥滚子轴承,尤其是涉及一种具有螺旋丝流的圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
在圆锥滚子轴承中,轴承要承受复合载荷(径向和轴向),圆锥滚子和内外圈接触面需承受很大的载荷,此处工作环境恶劣,在表面摩擦和挤压作用下,经常会将润滑脂挤压出接触面,出现边界润滑的状况,在滚动轴承工作时,由于摩擦而造成的高温、剧烈摩擦、磨损可能使滚子烧伤或变形,因此对滚子的润滑十分重要,滚子若能储存和补充润滑剂将极大地改善轴承的润滑性能。
基于上述背景,如果滚子能储存和补充润滑脂并提供给工作时的轴承,无疑对轴承的润滑性能有巨大帮助,改善其润滑性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有螺旋丝流的圆锥滚子轴承,在圆锥滚子表面加工磨削丝流,增加滚子储存润滑剂的功能,将获得更好的轴承工作润滑性能,提高轴承使用寿命。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈、保持架和圆锥滚子;其特征在于:在每个圆锥滚子表面加工有两段螺旋方向相反,并能储存润滑剂的螺旋丝流。
所述的两段螺旋方向相反的螺旋丝流,是圆锥滚子小端圆锥面为右旋或左旋螺旋丝流,圆锥滚子大端圆锥面为左旋或右旋螺旋丝流,且分段的两段母线长度比与对应两端滚子半径比成反比。
所述的左旋或右旋螺旋丝流,其丝流深度范围为0.05~0.8μm,螺旋角λ范围为1°~70°,在圆锥滚子表面均匀分布。
本发明具有的有益效果是:
1、滚动轴承滚子表面丝流能自动储存和补充润滑脂,滚动轴承工作时,滚动体滚动,螺旋丝流带动轴承端部的润滑脂,两端的润滑脂通过磨削或研磨丝流被卷进滚子与内外圈的接触面,提供给轴承接触区充足的润滑剂,可以显著改善其润滑性能。
2、由于大小端分别为左旋和右旋,所以滚子两端的润滑脂可以同时被卷入,又由于左右旋的母线长度比与对应两端半径比成反比,这样就可以防止因大端线速度较高引起的大端进油脂过多的情况,两端的润滑脂进给量可以保持相对平衡。
3、滚子表面丝流是分段磨削的,大小端分别为左旋(右旋)和右旋(左旋),这样在轴承工作时,滚子两端所受的轴向力可以相互抵消,防止因轴向力引起的滚子轴向偏斜。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明包括轴承外圈1、轴承内圈4、保持架3和圆锥滚子2;在每个圆锥滚子2表面加工有两段螺旋方向相反,并能储存润滑剂的螺旋丝流。
如图2、图3、图4所示,所述的两段螺旋方向相反的螺旋丝流,是圆锥滚子小端圆锥面为右旋或左旋螺旋丝流,圆锥滚子大端圆锥面为左旋或右旋螺旋丝流,且分段的两段母线长度比与对应两端滚子半径比成反比。
如图2、图3、图4所示,所述的左旋或右旋螺旋丝流,其深度为0.1μm,螺旋角λ为5°,在圆锥滚子表面均匀分布。
如图2所示,所述滚动轴承圆锥滚子表面开设有磨削丝流,且该磨削丝流为分段反向旋转磨削,小端为右旋,大端为左旋,当轴承工作时,两端产生的轴向力会将润滑脂卷进磨削或研磨丝流,进而均匀分布在圆锥滚子和内外圈的接触面,完成润滑脂补充工作。
如图3、图4所示,两端的磨削母线长度和两端半径成反比。

式中:va表示圆锥滚子小端线速度,vb表示圆锥滚子大端线速度;ra表示圆锥滚子小端半径,rb表示圆锥滚子大端半径;ωr表示圆锥滚子转动角速度;la表示圆锥滚子小端母线长度,lb表示圆锥滚子大端母线长度。
公式(2)中,因为要保证圆锥滚子两端被卷入的润滑脂量相对平衡,所以圆锥滚子大小端的母线长度比跟相应两端线速度比成反比。
最后,需要补充的是因为圆锥滚子表面丝流是分段磨削,圆锥滚子大小端分别为左旋和右旋,这样在轴承工作时,圆锥滚子两端所受的轴向力可以相互抵消,防止因轴向力引起的圆锥滚子轴向偏斜。
上述具体实施方式用来解释说明本发明,而不是对本发明进行限制,在本发明的精神和权利要求的保护范围内,对本发明作出的任何修改和改变,都落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种具有螺旋丝流的圆锥滚子轴承,包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈、保持架和圆锥滚子;其特征在于:在每个圆锥滚子表面加工有两段螺旋方向相反,并能储存润滑剂的螺旋丝流。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有螺旋丝流的圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的两段螺旋方向相反的螺旋丝流,是圆锥滚子小端圆锥面为右旋或左旋螺旋丝流,圆锥滚子大端圆锥面为左旋或右旋螺旋丝流,且分段的两段母线长度比与对应两端滚子半径比成反比。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有螺旋丝流的圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的左旋或右旋螺旋丝流,其丝流深度范围为0.05~0.8μm,螺旋角λ范围为1o~70o,在圆锥滚子表面均匀分布。
