Abstract

一种电脑壳体锁固装置,包括基座、装设于基座上的盖板及设置在盖板上的开锁结构,基座上设有固持槽与固持部,盖板上设有与固持槽配合的倒钩及与固持部扣合的弹性固定臂,藉此在不同方向上限制盖板的移动,从而将盖板固定在基座上。该开锁结构具有一与弹性固定臂抵靠的抵顶部,操作该开锁结构可使抵顶部抵顶弹性固定臂使弹性固定臂与基座上的固持部分离从而开启盖板。

电脑壳体锁固装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电脑壳体,特别涉及一种电脑壳体的盖板锁固装置。
背景技术
电脑机箱或者显示器等的壳体的一侧通常会设置一开口,电脑厂商或者用户在组装诸如电脑主板、显示器件等内部组件过程中,先使主板、显示器件等内部组件穿过该开口进入并固定在壳体内,然后通过一盖板固定在该开口处进而封闭该壳体。
传统的电脑壳体的盖板固定方式均是直接采用螺丝将盖板锁固在壳体上。然而,此种技术在拆装电脑盖板时均须借助螺丝起子将螺栓固定,其组装过程相当繁琐费时,且浪费人力工时。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种拆装方便的电脑壳体锁固装置。
一种电脑壳体锁固装置,包括基座、装设于基座上的盖板及设置在盖板上的开锁结构,基座上设有固持槽与固持部,盖板上设有与固持槽配合的倒钩及与固持部扣合的弹性固定臂藉此在不同方向上限制盖板的移动,从而将盖板固定在基座上。该开锁结构具有一与弹性固定臂抵靠的抵顶部,操作该开锁结构可使抵顶部抵顶弹性固定臂使弹性固定臂与基座上的固持部分离。
与现有技术相比,本发明电脑壳体锁固装置在电脑壳体的基座上设置固持槽及固持部,在其盖板上设置相应的倒钩及弹性固定臂,即可实现盖板与基座的锁合。另外还设置一开锁结构,操作该开锁结构使盖板上的弹性固定臂与基座上的固持部脱离,即可实现盖板的开启,方便易行。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
本发明的电脑壳体锁固装置以其应用在电脑显示器上为例进行说明,当然可以在电脑机箱或者其他装置的壳体上采用该锁固装置。
请参考图1-3及图6-7,该电脑壳体锁固装置包括基座10,装设于基座10上的盖板20及设置在盖板20上的开锁结构30。基座10上设有固持槽12与固持部14。盖板20上设有与固持槽12配合的倒钩22及与固持部14扣合的弹性固定臂25,藉此在不同方向上限制盖板20的移动,从而将盖板20固定在基座10上(如图6所示)。该开锁结构30具有一与弹性固定臂25抵靠的抵顶部34,操作该开锁结构30可使抵顶部34向上抵顶弹性固定臂25使弹性固定臂25与基座10上的固持部14分离从而实现盖板20与基座10的开启(如图7所示)。本实施例中的开锁结构30及弹性固定臂25均为两个并对称设置在盖板20的前端。可以理解地,开锁结构30及弹性固定臂25的个数在其他实施例中可以依据实际需求而变化,开锁结构30及弹性固定臂25均为一个亦可实现盖板20与基座10的锁固与开启。
如图2、图3所示,优选地于基座10上与开锁结构30对应的位置处向上延伸形成一挡板13,所述固持部14是开设在挡板13上的一开槽。可以理解地,固持部14在其他实施例中可以是诸如台阶部等其他结构,只要该固持部14可与弹性固定臂25扣合即可。基座10的两侧上形成若干固持槽12,本实施例中每侧均为四个。同样可以理解地,固持槽12的个数可以为一个或者多个。固持槽12的开口朝远离固持部14的方向设置。
请参考图2、图4,盖板20的底部于两侧上对应基座10的固持槽12分别形成四个倒钩22,倒钩22可卡固于固持槽12内。盖板20的底部于前端两角处分别形成一抵接壁24,抵接壁24上设有通孔242。盖板20的前端对应开锁结构30分别形成两个凹陷26,每一凹陷26内于其外侧穿设形成一穿孔262。盖板20的底部大致对应基座14上的固持部14的位置上形成一对卡钩27,卡钩27用于固定设置于盖板20底部的弹性固定臂25。弹性固定臂25由具有一定弹性的材料制成,其包括与盖板20固定连接的固定端252及由固定端252延伸而出并与盖板20悬置的扣合端254。固定端252上设有一矩形槽253,盖板20上的卡钩27卡设在该矩形槽253内即可将弹性固定臂25固定在盖板20上。可以理解弹性固定臂25还可以通过锁合等其他方式固定在盖板20上或者与盖板20一体成型。将扣合端254悬设在盖板20底部可使扣合端254在受力时朝盖板20方向发生弹性形变。扣合端254的末端朝背离盖板20的方向(即朝基座10的方向)延伸形成一扣钩256,该扣钩256用于与基座10的固持部14扣合。扣合端254的末端水平延伸形成第一啮齿部258,优选地,该第一啮齿部258具有两个啮齿。优选地,还可于扣合端254的中部朝盖板20方向延伸形成一弹片259。该弹片259弹性抵靠在盖板20的底部,当施加在扣合端254的外力消失时,弹片259可进一步保证扣合端254恢复形变,从而保证扣钩256与基座10的固持部14的牢固扣合。
请参考图4-5,开锁结构30包括设置于盖板20底部的抵顶部34、设置于盖板20顶部并穿设盖板20从而与抵顶部34连接的操作部36,及抵接于抵顶部34与盖板20之间的弹性元件38。
开锁结构30的抵顶部34包括一大致呈矩形的本体342、由本体342一侧延伸出的一连接体347,及由本体342一端延伸出的第二啮齿部348。连接体347优选地为由两纵长的片体交叉形成具有“十”字形截面的杆体,其末端穿设在盖板20的抵接壁24的通孔242内。第二啮齿部348用于与弹性固定臂25上的第一啮齿部258啮合,相应的其上亦具有两个啮齿。本体342上还形成一固定槽344。
开锁结构30的操作部36包括一扁平的按键362及由按键362底部向下延伸的两个卡钩364。按键362容置在盖板20的凹陷26内,卡钩364穿过盖板20的穿孔262并卡设在抵顶部34的固定槽344内从而实现抵顶部34与操作部36的固定连接。拨动操作部36即可带动抵顶部34相对盖板20移动,使抵顶部34的第二啮齿部348抵顶弹性固定臂25上的第一啮齿部258,从而使弹性固定臂25的扣合端254朝盖板20发生弹性变形,进一步使得扣合端254上的扣钩256脱离基座10的固持部14。
开锁结构30的弹性元件38于本实施例中为一弹簧,且套设在抵顶部34的连接体347上。弹性元件38的一端与本体342固接,另一端则与盖板20的抵接壁24固接。
请再参考图6,该电脑壳体锁固装置处于锁固状态时,弹性元件38处于释放状态。弹性固定臂25的扣钩256卡扣在基座10的固持部14内,从而限制盖板20相对基座10向后运动。弹片259抵靠盖板20的底部从而产生一定的弹力,可进一步保证扣钩256不会从固持部14内脱离。同时,盖板20上的倒钩22嵌设在基座10的固持槽12内,固持槽12的封闭端可限制盖板20相对基座10向前运动。另外,由于盖板20的倒钩22与固持槽12钩设,此时盖板20亦不能向上运动。由此,通过倒钩22与固持槽12的配合及弹性固定臂25与固持部14的扣合在不同方向上限制盖板20的移动,从而将盖板20锁固在基座10上。
若要将盖板20从基座10上拆卸下来,只需沿操作部36上箭头所示方向拨动操作部36,压缩弹性元件38,使抵顶部34的连接体347进一步向抵接壁24的通孔242内移动,直至抵顶部34的第二啮齿部348将弹性固定臂25的第一啮齿部258向上顶起使扣钩256从固持部14内脱离出来,如图7中所示,然后水平向后(图7中箭头所示方向)移动盖板20,使盖板20的倒钩22与基座10上的固持槽12脱离,再垂直向上提起盖板20即可实现。由于盖板20的锁固过程与其开启过程恰好相反,因此不再赘述。值得指出的是,在锁固过程中,由于弹性固定臂25系向上朝盖板20发生弹性变形,其第一啮齿部258与抵顶部34的第二啮齿部348暂时分离,直至扣钩256卡扣在固持部14内,在此过程中无需拨动操作部36。

Claims (10)

1.一种电脑壳体锁固装置,包括基座及装设于基座上的盖板,其特征在于:基座上设有固持槽与固持部,盖板上设有与固持槽配合的倒钩及与固持部扣合的弹性固定臂,藉此在不同方向上限制盖板的移动,从而将盖板固定在基座上,该电脑壳体锁固装置还包括设置在盖板上的开锁结构,该开锁结构具有一与弹性固定臂抵靠的抵顶部,操作该开锁结构可使抵顶部抵顶弹性固定臂使弹性固定臂与基座上的固持部分离。
2.如权利要求1所述的电脑壳体锁固装置,其特征在于:该弹性固定臂包括与盖板固定连接的固定端及由固定端延伸而出并与盖板悬置的扣合端,该扣合端与基座上的固持部扣合。
3.如权利要求2所述的电脑壳体锁固装置,其特征在于:该弹性固定臂还包括由扣合端延伸出的一弹片,该弹片抵靠在盖板上。
4.如权利要求2所述的电脑壳体锁固装置,其特征在于:该扣合端的末端向基座方向延伸形成扣钩,该固持部为设置在基座上的开槽,该扣钩卡扣在该开槽内。
5.如权利要求2所述的电脑壳体锁固装置,其特征在于:该扣合端的末端上形成第一啮齿部,该开锁结构的抵顶部上形成与第一啮齿部啮合的第二啮齿部。
6.如权利要求1所述的电脑壳体锁固装置,其特征在于:该开锁结构包括置于盖板底部的所述抵顶部、置于盖板顶部并穿设盖板从而与抵顶部固定连接的操作部,及抵接于抵顶部与盖板之间的弹性元件。
7.如权利要求6所述的电脑壳体锁固装置,其特征在于:该抵顶部包括一本体,本体上设有固定槽,该操作部包括一按键及由按键底端向下延伸形成的卡钩,操作部的卡钩穿设盖板并卡设在该固定槽内从而实现抵顶部与操作部的固定连接。
8.如权利要求7所述的电脑壳体锁固装置,其特征在于:该盖板上设有容置操作部的按键的凹陷,凹陷内进一步开设供该操作部的卡钩穿设的穿孔。
9.如权利要求7所述的电脑壳体锁固装置,其特征在于:该抵顶部还包括从本体一侧延伸出的一连接体,该盖板底部设有一抵接壁,抵接壁上设有供连接体穿设的通孔,该弹性元件抵接在该本体与抵接壁之间。
10.如权利要求7所述的电脑壳体锁固装置,其特征在于:该抵顶部还包括从本体一端延伸出的第一啮齿部,该弹性固定臂的末端形成第二啮齿部,抵顶部的第一啮齿部与弹性固定臂的第二啮齿部相抵靠。
