本发明提供一种无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,是贴附在无框太阳能电池模块的端部的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,其具备基材和形成于基材的表面的粘合剂层。基材具备在表面层叠粘合剂层的加强层、和形成于加强层的背面的阻挡层。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料、无框太阳能电池模块及其端部的密封结构,具体来说,涉及在无框太阳能电池模块的端部贴附的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料、贴附了它的无框太阳能电池模块及其端部的密封结构。
背景技术
近年来,以轻量化或成本降低为目的,提出过在周端部不设置具有刚性的金属制框(frame)的无框太阳能电池模块。
此外,提出过将无框太阳能电池模块的侧端的层叠面利用金属制的密封材料来密封的方案(例如参照日本特开2008-283035号公报)。
另外,还提出过如下的方案,即,利用端面密封构件将无框太阳能电池模块主体的端部覆盖,上述端面密封构件具备由耐热性橡胶系材料制成的外层构件、和形成于其表面且由乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA、热固化性树脂)制成的内层构件(例如参照日本特开2005-347395号公报)。
日本特开2008-283035号公报中,通过使密封材料抵接无框太阳能电池模块的侧端的层叠面,来防止湿量(水分)浸入该层叠面。
日本特开2005-347395号公报中,通过按照使内层构件接触无框太阳能电池模块主体的端部的方式配置端面密封构件后,利用加热使之固化,来确保内部构件与无框太阳能电池模块主体的密合性。
但是,日本特开2008-283035号公报中,很难将金属制的密封材料加工成与无框太阳能电池模块的周围的侧端的形状匹配。
另外,日本特开2005-347395号公报中,由于端面密封构件的内层构件由EVA制成,因此水分容易浸入内层构件与无框太阳能电池模块主体的端部之间,该情况下,会有太阳能电池单元短路的不佳状况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,其可以很容易地贴附在无框太阳能电池模块的端部,并且对无框太阳能电池模块的粘合性优异,此外,水蒸气阻挡性优异,耐光性、耐气候性及耐热性也优异,另外,与周围的缓冲性优异,并提供使用了它的无框太阳能电池模块及其端部的密封结构。
本发明的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,是在无框太阳能电池模块的端部贴附的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,其特征在于,具备基材、和在上述基材的表面形成的粘合剂层,上述基材具备:在表面层叠上述粘合剂层的加强层、和在上述加强层的背面形成的阻挡层。
另外,本发明的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料中,上述阻挡层优选为金属箔,另外,优选为铝箔和/或铜箔。
另外,本发明的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料中,上述加强层优选为膜裂纤维无纺布。
另外,本发明的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料中,上述粘合剂层优选含有丁基系粘合剂组合物。
另外,本发明的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料中,依照JISZ0208的透湿度试验方法的在温度40℃、相对湿度90%下的透湿度优选为0.2g/m2·24h以下。
另外,本发明的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料中,还具备保护层,其形成在上述阻挡层的背面,用于保护上述无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料。
另外,本发明的无框太阳能电池模块,其特征在于,在无框太阳能电池模块的端部,贴附上述的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料的上述粘合剂层。
另外,本发明的无框太阳能电池模块中,优选上述无框太阳能电池模块具备太阳能电池元件、将上述太阳能电池元件密封的密封树脂层、和将上述密封树脂层覆盖的覆盖玻璃层,上述无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料至少连续地贴附于上述密封树脂层的侧面及上述覆盖玻璃层的侧面。
另外,本发明的无框太阳能电池模块的端部的密封结构,其特征在于,在太阳能电池模块的端部,贴附上述的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料。
本发明的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,可以很容易地贴附在无框太阳能电池模块上。
另外,本发明的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,由于对无框太阳能电池模块的粘合性优异,因此可以实现针对无框太阳能电池模块的牢固粘合。
另外,本发明的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,由于水蒸气阻挡性优异,因此可以对无框太阳能电池模块的端部赋予优异的水蒸气阻挡性,防止水分向无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料与无框太阳能电池模块的端部之间的浸入,从而可以防止太阳能电池元件的短路。由此,可以使本发明的无框太阳能电池模块的耐水性及可靠性提高。
另外,本发明的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,由于耐光性、耐气候性及耐热性优异,因此即使在苛刻的环境中使用本发明的无框太阳能电池模块,也可以确保耐水性,确保长期的可靠性。
另外,本发明的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,由于与周围的缓冲性优异,因此在搬运时等时候,可以有效地防止无框太阳能电池模块的端部与周围接触而损伤。由此,可以保护本发明的无框太阳能电池模块的端部。
另外,本发明的无框太阳能电池模块及无框太阳能电池模块的端部的密封结构,可以确保优异的耐水性及可靠性,并且可以确保优异的耐久性。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料的一个实施方式(基材由加强层和阻挡层形成的方式)的剖面图,图2是贴附有图1的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料的、本发明的无框太阳能电池模块的一个实施方式的剖面图。
图1及图2中,该无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1被贴附于无框太阳能电池模块7的周端部15,具体来说,是为了将无框太阳能电池模块7的周端部15密封而贴附的。
无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1如图1所示,具备基材2、和在基材2的表面形成的粘合剂层3。
基材2具备在表面层叠粘合剂层3的加强层4、和在加强层4的背面形成的阻挡层5。
加强层4是为了对阻挡层5赋予韧性而设置的,制成片状,轻质地形成,具体来说,加强层4使用膜裂纤维无纺布等。
膜裂纤维无纺布是例如按照使拉伸方向相互正交的方式将网(mesh)状片材层叠而成的网状物,例如是将沿一个方向拉伸的多条纱线的拉伸方向相互正交地组合而成的网状物。
形成膜裂纤维无纺布的材料例如使用聚乙烯、聚丙烯等聚烯烃系树脂,优选使用聚乙烯。
膜裂纤维无纺布可以使用一般在市面上销售的材料,具体来说,使用膜裂布(ワリフ、英文名:CLAF)(日石Plasto公司制)等。
膜裂纤维无纺布的目付例如为18~48g/m2,开口的最大长度(纤维间的最大间隔)例如为1.4~2.8mm。
加强层4的厚度例如为50~300μm,优选为70~130μm。
阻挡层5是为了对无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1赋予刚性,并且确保水蒸气阻挡性而设置的。阻挡层5制成片状,优选形成于加强层4的整个背面。
作为阻挡层5,例如可以使用金属箔、树脂薄片等。
作为金属箔,例如可以使用铝、金、银、铜、镍、钴、铬、锡等金属箔;或由上述的金属的氧化物形成的金属氧化物箔。
作为树脂薄片,例如为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)片、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)片等酯片,例如使用在上述的酯片的表面蒸镀有氧化硅、氧化铝等氧化物的氧化物而成的蒸镀片等。
阻挡层5可以单独使用或者并用多种而层叠。
从水蒸气阻挡性的观点考虑,阻挡层5优选使用金属箔,更优选使用铝箔、铜箔。
阻挡层5的厚度例如为1~100μm,优选为5~50μm。
在形成基材2时,只要在加强层4的背面层叠阻挡层5即可,例如在阻挡层5由金属箔形成的情况下,首先,将加强层4层叠于脱模片(未图示)上,然后,从包含加强层4的剥离片的上侧,利用借助形成上述的金属箔的金属材料的离聚物的粘接处理或上述金属材料的蒸镀处理(例如溅射等),形成阻挡层5。
如此形成的基材2的厚度例如为51~400μm,优选为75~180μm。
粘合剂层3例如由粘合剂组合物形成,优选由丁基系粘合剂组合物形成。
丁基系粘合剂组合物例如含有丁基橡胶作为必需成分,含有增粘剂、填充剂、软化剂及硫化剂作为任意成分。
对丁基橡胶的种类没有特别限定,例如可以使用再生丁基橡胶、合成丁基橡胶。
丁基橡胶的门尼粘度例如为40~60(ML1+4、100℃)、45~55(ML1+4、100℃)。
丁基橡胶可以使用单独一种,或者可以并用多种。
作为增粘剂,例如可以使用石油系树脂、酚醛系树脂、松香系树脂、萜烯系树脂等。
作为填充剂,可以使用碳酸钙(例如重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙等)、滑石、氧化镁等。
作为软化剂,例如可以举出聚丁烯(例如液状聚丁烯等)、加工用油等。
作为硫化剂,例如可以使用二亚硝基苯系硫化剂、醌型系硫化剂、秋兰姆系硫化剂、醌二亚肟系硫化剂、马来酰亚胺系硫化剂等。
任意成分的各成分可以分别单独使用,或者并用两种以上。
关于任意成分的总量的配合比例,相对于100重量份丁基橡胶,例如为100~1000重量份,优选为200~500重量份。
任意成分中,关于各成分的配合比例,相对于100重量份丁基橡胶,增粘剂例如为20~200重量份,优选为30~150重量份;填充剂例如为10~300重量份,优选为50~200重量份;软化剂例如为5~50重量份,优选为10~40重量份;硫化剂例如为20重量份以下,优选为10重量份以下。
此外,在丁基系粘合剂组合物中,还可以以适当的比例添加防老化剂、增塑剂、硫化促进剂等添加到丁基系粘合剂组合物中的公知的添加剂。
在配制丁基系粘合剂组合物时,将上述的各成分以上述的配合比例配合而捏炼。各成分例如是利用混炼机、捏合机(例如加压式捏合机、开放式捏合机等)、挤出机等捏炼的。优选利用捏合机捏炼。
在使用加压式捏合机或开放式捏合机作为捏合机的情况下,捏炼中的加热温度例如为100~120℃。
另外,在丁基系粘合剂组合物的配制中,例如可以使用一次性加入法或母料法(分批加入法),优选使用母料法。
母料法中,例如将增粘剂的一部分、软化剂及硫化剂作为末批料成分,将其以外的各成分(丁基橡胶、填充剂及增粘剂的剩余部分)作为母料成分,首先,将母料成分捏炼,配制母料,然后,将所得的母料与末批料成分捏炼,得到丁基系粘合剂组合物(捏炼物)。
然后,由利用上述操作得到的丁基系粘合剂组合物形成粘合剂层3。
在由丁基系粘合剂组合物形成粘合剂层3时,将上述的丁基系粘合剂组合物例如利用混炼机、压延辊、挤出成形、冲压成形等成形方法,成形为片状。
其后,根据需要,在所得的粘合剂层3的表面及背面两面分别层叠脱模片16。
作为脱模片16,可以使用利用硅酮系、长链烷基系、氟系、硫化钼等剥离剂进行了表面处理的塑料薄片等。
如此形成的粘合剂层3的厚度例如为10~1000μm,优选为200~800μm。
此后,为了得到该无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1,首先,分别准备上述的基材2及粘合剂层3,然后,在基材2的表面层叠粘合剂层3。
具体来说,将在粘合剂层3的背面的层叠脱模片(未图示)从粘合剂层3上剥离,然后,使该粘合剂层3的背面压接在基材2的加强层4的表面。
使粘合剂层3例如以压力0.1~1.0MPa、优选以压力0.3~0.5MPa向加强层4压接。
其后,根据需要,对应于后述的无框太阳能电池模块7的周端面的圆周长度及厚度(无框太阳能电池模块7的厚度方向长度),将无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1外形加工(切割)为长条的平带状。
如此得到的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1,其相对于玻璃板的180度的剥离粘合力在温度-40℃下,例如为10~120N/25mm,优选为50~110N/25mm;在温度23℃下,例如为3~50N/25mm,优选为5~40N/25mm;在温度90℃下,例如为0.3~5N/25mm,优选为1~4.5N/25mm。
需要说明的是,180度的剥离粘合力的测定方法将在后述的实施例的评价中详细叙述。
另外,该无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1,其依照JISZ0208的透湿度试验方法的、在温度40℃、相对湿度90%下的透湿度例如为0.2g/m2·24h以下,优选为0.18g/m2·24h以下,更优选为0.16g/m2·24h以下,通常来说为0.01g/m2·24h以上。
在上述的透湿度超过上述范围的情况下,会有无法获得优异的水蒸气阻挡性的情况。
下面,参照图2,对贴附有上述的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1的无框太阳能电池模块7进行说明。
该无框太阳能电池模块7被形成为片(面板)状,具备太阳能电池元件8、密封树脂层9、和作为覆盖玻璃层的上侧覆盖玻璃层10及下侧覆盖玻璃层11。
太阳能电池元件8例如可以使用结晶硅系、无定形硅系等公知的太阳能电池元件。太阳能电池元件8形成为近似矩形平板形状,其厚度例如为0.15~0.20mm。
密封树脂层9将太阳能电池元件8密封。更具体来说,密封树脂层9按照使太阳能电池元件8的上面露出的方式,将太阳能电池元件8埋设于密封树脂层9。
作为形成密封树脂层9的树脂,例如可以使用乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、聚偏氟乙烯等。
密封树脂层9在俯视时形成比太阳能电池元件8大的近似矩形,其厚度大于太阳能电池元件8,例如为0.25~2mm。
上侧覆盖玻璃层10设于无框太阳能电池模块7的最表面(上面)侧,具体来说,是在密封树脂层9上按照覆盖密封树脂层9的方式进行层叠。上侧覆盖玻璃层10形成在俯视时与密封树脂层9相同大小的近似矩形,其周端面形成为在厚度方向上与密封树脂层9的周端面在一个平面上。上侧覆盖玻璃层10的厚度例如为3~12mm。
下侧覆盖玻璃层11设于无框太阳能电池模块7的最背面(下面)侧,具体来说,是在密封树脂层9下按照与上侧覆盖玻璃层10一起将密封树脂层9沿厚度方向夹入的方式进行层叠。下侧覆盖玻璃层11形成在俯视时与密封树脂层9相同大小的矩形,其周端面形成为在厚度方向上与密封树脂层9的周端面在一个平面上。下侧覆盖玻璃层11的厚度例如为3~12mm。
此外,在该无框太阳能电池模块7的周端部15,贴附有无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1。
下面,参照图1及图2,对在该无框太阳能电池模块7上贴附无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1的方法进行说明。
该方法中,首先,如图1的假想线所示,将在无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1的表面层叠的脱模片16从粘合剂层3上剥离。
另外,参照图2地准备上述的无框太阳能电池模块7。
然后,将无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1的表面、也就是粘合剂层3的表面,贴附在无框太阳能电池模块7的周端部15的周面。
更具体来说,按照将无框太阳能电池模块7的周端部15利用截面制成コ字形的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1夹持的方式,将粘合剂层3连续地贴附在无框太阳能电池模块的周端部15的上侧覆盖玻璃层10的周侧面及上面、密封树脂层9的周侧面、和下侧覆盖玻璃层11的周侧面及下面。
这样,就可以很容易地将上述的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1贴附在无框太阳能电池模块7上。
另外,上述的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1,由于对无框太阳能电池模块7的粘合性优异,因此可以与无框太阳能电池模块7实现牢固的粘合。
另外,上述的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1,由于水蒸气阻挡性优异,因此可以对无框太阳能电池模块7的周端部15赋予优异的水蒸气阻挡性,防止水分向无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1与无框太阳能电池模块7的周端部15之间的浸入,从而可以防止太阳能电池元件8的短路。由此,就可以使无框太阳能电池模块7的耐水性及可靠性提高。
另外,上述的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1,由于耐光性、耐气候性(耐湿性等)及耐热性(耐湿热性)优异,因此即使在苛刻的环境中使用无框太阳能电池模块7,也可以确保耐水性,可以确保长期的可靠性。
另外,无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1,由于与周围的缓冲性优异,因此在包装或搬运时等时候,可以有效地防止无框太阳能电池模块7的周端部15与周围的包装构件或搬运构件等接触而损伤。由此,就可以保护无框太阳能电池模块7的周端部15。
另外,该无框太阳能电池模块7及无框太阳能电池模块7的周端部15的密封结构,可以确保优异的耐水性及可靠性,并且可以确保优异的耐久性。
需要说明的是,虽然在上述的说明中,将无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1贴附在无框太阳能电池模块7的周端部15的周侧面、上面及下面,然而,例如,虽然在图中并未显示,但也可以仅贴附于无框太阳能电池模块7的周端部15的周侧面,使上面及下面露出。
从水蒸气阻挡性的观点考虑,优选将无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1贴附在无框太阳能电池模块7的周端部15的周侧面、上面及下面。
另外,上述的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1,也可以如图3所示,还具备在阻挡层5的背面形成的保护层14。
保护层14是为了保护无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1免受太阳光(包括紫外线。)或周围的影响而设置的,优选层叠在阻挡层5的整个背面。保护层14例如具备在阻挡层5的背面形成的遮光层、和在遮光层的背面形成的透明层。
遮光层例如由含有黑色颜料(例如炭黑等)作为主成分的颜料组合物形成。遮光层的厚度例如为5~20μm,优选为5~10μm。
透明层例如由含有丙烯酸树脂等透明树脂作为主成分的树脂组合物形成。透明层的厚度例如为5~20μm,优选为5~10μm。
保护层14的厚度例如为10~40μm,优选为10~20μm。
利用保护层14,可以使无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料1的耐光性、耐气候性提高,进而使耐久性进一步提高。
实施例
下面,举出实施例及比较例对本发明进行更详细的说明,然而本发明并不限于它们。
(丁基系粘合剂组合物的配制及粘合剂层的形成)
配制例1
通过在75L加压式捏合机中,将再生丁基橡胶(门尼粘度ML1+4、100℃)100重量份、增粘剂(商品名“Escorez 1202U”、Tonex公司制)34重量份(总量的2/3)、和重质碳酸钙150重量份,在温度120℃、压力0.1~0.3MPa的加压下捏炼10分钟,而配制成母料。
其后,通过在开放式捏合机中,相对于上述母料,在120℃下捏炼Escorez 1202U 16重量份(余部:总量的2/3)、聚丁烯(液状聚丁烯、商品名“HV-300”、新日本石油公司制)10重量份、以及Diana加工用油(商品名“Diana Process Oil PW-90”、新日本油脂工业公司制)30重量份,而配制成丁基系粘合剂组合物。
其后,通过将丁基系粘合剂组合物在压延机中压延成形,而形成厚400μm的粘合剂层。
其后,在所得的粘合剂层的表面及背面,分别层叠脱模片。
将丁基系粘合剂组合物的各成分的配方表示于表1中。
配制例2
依照表1的配方,利用与配制例1相同的处理,配制丁基系粘合剂组合物,接下来,由所配制成的丁基系粘合剂组合物,分别形成厚500μm的粘合剂层、和厚250μm的粘合剂层。
将丁基系粘合剂组合物的配方表示于表1中。
配制例3
依照表1的配方,利用与配制例1相同的处理,配制丁基系粘合剂组合物,接下来,由所配制成的丁基系粘合剂组合物,形成厚800μm的粘合剂层。
将丁基系粘合剂组合物的配方表示于表1中。

(无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料的制造)
实施例1
准备在膜裂布(型号“MS24”、目付:29g/m2、纤维间的最大间隔:2.4mm、厚100μm、日石Plasto公司制)的背面利用离聚物粘接了厚7μm的铝箔的膜裂布加强铝箔(厚130μm)。
然后,将利用配制例1得到的粘合剂层的背面的脱模片从粘合剂层上剥离,然后,将该粘合剂层的背面以0.4MPa的压力压接在膜裂布加强铝箔的表面(膜裂布侧面)。
这样,就得到厚530μm的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料(参照图1)。
实施例2
除了将膜裂布加强铝箔的厚度变更为140μm以外,与实施例1相同地得到厚540μm的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料(参照图1)。
即,在膜裂布加强铝箔中,铝箔的厚度为25μm,膜裂布的厚度为100μm。
实施例3
与实施例1相同地准备膜裂布加强铝箔,在其背面(铝箔侧面)涂布颜料组合物(黑色漆涂料)而干燥后,形成厚5μm的遮光层。
然后,在遮光层的背面(铝箔侧面的相反侧的面)涂布树脂组合物(丙烯酸树脂)而干燥后,形成厚5μm的透明层。
然后,将利用配制例1得到的粘合剂层的背面的脱模片从粘合剂层上剥离,然后,将该粘合剂层的背面压接在膜裂布加强铝箔的表面(膜裂布侧面)。
这样,就得到厚540μm的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料(参照图3)。
实施例4
与实施例2相同地准备膜裂布加强铝箔,在其背面(铝箔侧面)涂布颜料组合物(黑色漆涂料)而干燥后,形成厚5μm的遮光层。
然后,在遮光层的背面(铝箔侧面的相反侧的一面)涂布树脂组合物(丙烯酸树脂)而干燥后,形成厚5μm的透明层。
然后,将利用配制例1得到的粘合剂层的背面的脱模片从粘合剂层上剥离,然后,将该粘合剂层的背面压接在膜裂布加强铝箔的表面(膜裂布侧面)。
这样,就得到厚550μm的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料(参照图3)。
比较例1
如图4所示,准备向厚300μm的聚酯无纺布(商品名“ELTAS E01050”、旭化成公司制)中浸渍了含有铝粉末的丙烯酸树脂而得到的基材(22)。
然后,将利用配制例2得到的厚500μm的粘合剂层(3)的背面的脱模片从粘合剂层(3)上剥离,然后,将该粘合剂层的背面以0.4MPa的压力压接在基材(22)的表面。
这样,就得到厚700μm的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料(1)。
比较例2
准备厚200μm的纤维素系基材(商品名“80本モス”、大丰织布公司制)(23)。
然后,如图5所示,将利用配制例2得到的厚250μm的粘合剂层(3)的背面的脱模片从粘合剂层(3)上剥离,然后,将该粘合剂层以0.4MPa的压力压接在基材(23)的两面。
这样,就得到厚500μm的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料(1)。
比较例3
准备厚500μm的EPDM系未交联压延片(24)。
然后,如图6所示,将利用配制例3得到的粘合剂层(3)的背面的脱模片从粘合剂层(3)上剥离,然后,将该粘合剂层的背面以0.4MPa的压力压接在基材(24)的表面。
这样,就得到厚1300μm的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料(1)。
(评价)
1)剥离粘合力(对玻璃粘合力)
将各实施例及各比较例的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料切割为宽25mm、长100mm的尺寸,将脱模片剥离,将粘合剂配置于玻璃板的表面后,通过用2kg的辊来回运动1次,而将无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料贴附在玻璃板的表面。
其后,在下述的温度下,静置1小时而使贴附(粘接)状态分别稳定后,通过握持无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料的端部,将其以300mm/min的速度,相对于无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料以180度的角度,分别进行剥离,测定了剥离粘合力(对玻璃粘合力)。
温度:-40℃
:0℃
:23℃
:60℃
:90℃
2)透湿度
对各实施例及各比较例的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,测定了依照JIS Z0208的透湿度实验方法的、在温度40℃、相对湿度90%下的透湿度。
需要说明的是,将无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料按照将基材配置于上侧、粘合剂配置在其下侧的方式,设于试验杯中。
将其结果表示于表2中。

而且,虽然上述说明是作为本发明的例示的实施方式提供的,然而它只不过是单纯的例示,并非限定性的解释。对于该技术领域的普通技术人员来说显而易见的本发明的变形例包含于后述的技术方案的范围中。
Claims (10)
1.一种无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,是在无框太阳能电池模块的端部贴附的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,其特征在于,具备:
基材、和
在所述基材的表面形成的粘合剂层,
所述基材具备:
在表面层叠所述粘合剂层的加强层、和
在所述加强层的背面形成的阻挡层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,其特征在于,所述阻挡层是金属箔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,其特征在于,所述金属箔是铝箔和/或铜箔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,其特征在于,所述加强层是膜裂纤维无纺布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,其特征在于,所述粘合剂层含有丁基系粘合剂组合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,其特征在于,依照JIS Z0208的透湿度试验方法的在温度40℃、相对湿度90%的透湿度,为0.2g/m2·24h以下。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,其特征在于,还具备保护层,其形成在所述阻挡层的背面,用于保护所述无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料。
8.一种无框太阳能电池模块,其特征在于,
在无框太阳能电池模块的端部贴附有无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料的粘合剂层,
所述无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料具备:
基材、和
在所述基材的表面形成的所述粘合剂层,
所述基材具备:
在表面层叠所述粘合剂层的加强层、和
在所述加强层的背面形成的阻挡层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的无框太阳能电池模块,其特征在于,具备:
太阳能电池元件、
将所述太阳能电池元件密封的密封树脂层、和
覆盖所述密封树脂层的覆盖玻璃层,
所述无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料至少连续地贴附于所述密封树脂层的侧面及所述覆盖玻璃层的侧面。
10.一种无框太阳能电池模块的端部的密封结构,其特征在于,
在太阳能电池模块的端部,贴附有无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料,所述无框太阳能电池模块端部用粘合密封材料具备:
基材、和
在所述基材的表面形成的粘合剂层,
所述基材具备:
在表面层叠所述粘合剂层的加强层、和
在所述加强层的背面形成的阻挡层。
