Abstract

按键及具有该按键的电子设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子设备及其按键,特别是一种在按压方向上占用较少空间的按键及其具有该按键的电子设备。
背景技术
现今各类手持电子设备,如个人数字助理机、掌上型电脑等,以轻、薄、短、小的外观造型为发展主轴。这种微小机型的设计理念却不意味着电子设备的附加功能也一同简化,随着消费者对电子产品的要求不断提高,反而需要大幅增加电子产品的附件功能,随之电子设备上的用于按压各种开关的按键也不断增多。按键除了包括用来按压开关的按压件外,还包括安装于按压件与开关之间的弹性件,以使按压件按压开关后自动恢复原状。如此,弹性件便占用了按压方向上的空间,使电子设备在按压方向上的长度有所增加,加大了电子设备小型化的难度。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种在按压方向上占用较少空间的按键和具有此按键的电子设备。
一种按键,包括用于按压电子设备内的开关的按压件及弹性件,所述按压件活动地收容于所述电子设备侧壁上的容纳孔,所述弹性件包括抵持于按压件的抵挡部、固定于电子设备底壳上的固定部,及倾斜地连接抵挡部与固定部的连接部,按压件在外力推动下,按压开关以触发开关,并使连接部弹性偏转。
一种电子设备,包括壳体、开关及用于按压开关的按键,所述壳体包括底壳及侧壁,侧壁形成有容纳孔,按键包括按压件及弹性件,所述按压件活动地收容于容纳孔,所述弹性件包括抵持于按压件的抵挡部、固定于底壳上的固定部,及倾斜地连接抵挡部与固定部的连接部,按压件在外力推动下,按压开关以触发开关,并使连接部弹性偏转。
上述弹性件在按压方向上占用的空间仅为抵挡部的厚度,较以往按键,此按键缩减了按压方向上占用的空间,有利于电子设备的小型化。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图,对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图1及图2,电子设备100包括壳体200、按键300、开关400及电路板500。壳体200包括底壳220及凸出于底壳220的侧壁240,底壳220形成有支撑肋222,侧壁240形成有容纳孔242(请参阅图3)。电路板500位于支撑肋222上,通过螺钉与底壳220固定(图未示)。开关400电连接于电路板500上。按键300包括按压件320及弹性件340。按压件320活动地收容于容纳孔242,用于按压开关400以触发开关400。弹性件340包括抵持于按压件320的抵挡部342、固定于底壳220的固定部344,及倾斜地连接抵挡部342与固定部344的连接部346。按压件320被推动后带动抵挡部342移动,进而带动连接部346弹性偏转。在推动按压件320的外力消失后,连接部346恢复形变而提供弹力使按压件320回复原位。本实施方式中,弹性件340为薄片状金属弹片。
请参阅图2,底壳220凸设有限位部224及钩状卡扣部226。固定部344相应形成有限位孔348及卡扣孔350。限位孔348用于容置限位部224,以防止固定部344沿按压方向运动。卡扣部226穿过卡扣孔350,其钩状部228抵触固定部344,从而将固定部344固定于底壳220上。
抵挡部342形成有开口352及位于开口352两侧的通孔354。按压件320包括触压件322及中空的止挡件324,触压件322容置于止挡件324内。请参阅图3,止挡件324形成有止挡部326及容纳槽328。止挡部326为绕止挡件324外部边缘的凸缘,置于侧壁240内侧并与侧壁240抵触,以防止止挡件324脱离侧壁240。容纳槽328用于收容触压件322。容纳槽328内间隔地形成有数个相互平行的加强肋330及若干引导销332。本实施方式中,加强肋330的数量为3个,引导销332数量为两个,分别凸设于处于外侧的两加强肋330上。
触压件322形成有与加强肋330的位置相对应的三个固定槽334、与引导销332位置相对应的两引导孔336,及凸设于两引导孔336之间的触压部338。触压部338穿过开口352以按压开关400。加强肋330容置于固定槽334内,以增加触压件322与止挡件324之间的摩擦,防止触压件322脱离容纳槽328。引导销332穿过引导孔336,以容纳于通孔354内。
上述弹性件340的抵挡部342抵持于按压件320,固定部344固定于底壳220上,利用连接部346的弹性力使按压件320在被按压后回复原位。如此,弹性件340在按压方向上占用的空间仅为抵挡部342的厚度,较常规的按键,按键300缩减了按压方向上占用的空间,有利于电子设备100的小型化。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种按键,包括用于按压电子设备内的开关的按压件及弹性件,所述按压件活动地收容于所述电子设备侧壁上的容纳孔,其特征在于:所述弹性件包括抵持于按压件的抵挡部、固定于电子设备底壳上的固定部,及倾斜地连接抵挡部与固定部的连接部;按压件在外力推动下,触发开关并使连接部弹性偏转。
2.如权利要求1所述的按键,其特征在于:所述弹性件为片状金属弹片。
3.如权利要求1所述的按键,其特征在于:所述按压件包括用于按压所述开关的触压件及止挡件,止挡件形成有容纳槽,触压件容置于容纳槽内。
4.如权利要求3所述的按键,其特征在于:触压件形成有固定槽,容纳槽内形成有加强肋,加强肋容置于固定槽内。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的按键,其特征在于:抵挡部形成有开口,触压件形成有触压部,触压部穿过开口以按压所述开关。
6.一种电子设备,包括壳体、开关及用于按压开关的按键,所述壳体包括底壳及侧壁,侧壁形成有容纳孔,按键包括按压件及弹性件,所述按压件活动地收容于容纳孔,其特征在于:所述弹性件包括抵持于按压件的抵挡部、固定于底壳上的固定部,及倾斜地连接抵挡部与固定部的连接部;按压件在外力推动下,触发开关并使连接部弹性偏转。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述按压件包括用于按压所述开关的触压件及止挡件,止挡件形成有容纳槽,触压件容置于容纳槽内。
8.如权利要求7所述的电子设备,其特征在于:抵挡部形成有开口,触压件形成有触压部,触压部穿过开口以按压所述开关。
9.如权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于:底壳凸设有限位部及钩状卡扣部,固定部形成有限位孔及卡扣孔,限位孔用于容置限位部,卡扣部穿过卡扣孔,卡扣部的钩状部与固定部相抵触。
10.如权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述弹性件为片状金属弹片。
