Abstract

本发明涉及自承式光、电缆护套挤塑模具,它由模芯单元与模盖单元组成;模芯单元上设有吊线模芯柱、缆芯模芯柱、模芯体、固定夹持部分、固定部分,模芯单元内部有模芯腔;吊线模芯柱、缆芯模芯柱内都设有与模芯腔是连通的孔,所述的模芯单元为一体式结构;模盖单元由出料端和模盖体组成,模盖体内部设有模套腔,出料端上设有吊线护层出料孔、外护层出料孔和吊带孔,吊带孔与吊线护层出料孔、外护层出料孔是相连且与模套腔是相通的;本发明由于模芯体与模套腔设计合理,故模芯单元与模盖单元配合恰当,故用此模具生产的自承式线缆外观更光滑,护套厚度分布更均匀,模具更耐用,产品合格率更高。

自承式线缆护套挤塑模具
技术领域
本发明涉及线缆护套挤塑模具,尤其是自承式光、电缆护套挤塑模具。
背景技术
自承式光、电缆通常用于架空敷设,它们一般由两部分组成:上部分为吊线,是由钢丝绳或者多根绞合的非金属加强件构成的,在其外部挤有吊线护层;下部分由光、电缆缆芯组成,缆芯外挤包有外护层;连接上部分与下部分的为吊带;吊线护层、吊带、外护层为一体式挤塑而成的;由于吊线与缆芯的材料不一样,因此,当模具设计不良时,护套挤塑时及挤塑后,往往会使线缆呈现不良的外观,很难满足使用的要求,重则会使产品报废,对生产企业造成不必要的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种优良的自承式线缆护套挤塑模具,它是采用以下技术方案来实现的:
自承式线缆护套挤塑模具,它由模芯单元1与模盖单元2组成;模芯单元1前端有吊线模芯柱11、缆芯模芯柱12,中间有模芯体17、固定夹持部分13,后端有固定部分14、固定部分14上设有螺纹、固定部分14的末端上有倒角15,模芯单元1内部有模芯腔16;所述吊线模芯柱11内部设有吊线孔111,缆芯模芯柱12内部设有模芯孔121,所述吊线孔111与模芯腔16是连通的、所述模芯孔121与模芯腔16是连通的,所述的模芯单元为一体式结构;模盖单元2由位于前端的出料端25和位于后端的模盖体24组成,模盖体24内部设有模套腔26,出料端25上设有吊线护层出料孔21、外护层出料孔23和吊带孔22,所述吊带孔22与吊线护层出料孔21是相连的,所述吊带孔22与外护层出料孔23是相连的,所述吊线护层出料孔21、吊带孔22与外护层出料孔23为一体化的孔且与模套腔26是相通的。
上述所述模芯体17、模套腔26的外形为都为圆柱台形,窄小部分靠近各自相应的模芯或模盖的前端;所述圆柱台延伸形成的圆锥体的顶角范围为10°~50°,优选15±5°;所述模套腔26形成的圆锥体的顶角不小于所述模芯体17形成的圆锥体的顶角。
上述所述吊线孔111、模芯孔121都为圆柱形孔,且吊线孔111的孔径比模芯孔121的孔径要小。
上述所述吊线模芯柱11、缆芯模芯柱12是相同长度的,且其长度大于出料端25的长度。
本发明由于模芯体与模套腔设计合理,故模芯单元与模盖单元配合恰当,故用此模具生产的自承式线缆外观更光滑,护套厚度分布更均匀,模具更耐用,产品合格率更高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作详细的说明。
请参见图1至图4,自承式线缆护套挤塑模具,它由模芯单元1与模盖单元2组成;模芯单元1前端有吊线模芯柱11、缆芯模芯柱12,中间有模芯体17、固定夹持部分13,后端有固定部分14、固定部分14上设有螺纹、固定部分14的末端上有倒角15,模芯单元1内部有模芯腔16;所述吊线模芯柱11内部设有吊线孔111,缆芯模芯柱12内部设有模芯孔121,所述吊线孔111与模芯腔16是连通的、所述模芯孔121与模芯腔16是连通的,所述的模芯单元为一体式结构;模盖单元2由位于前端的出料端25和位于后端的模盖体24组成,模盖体24内部设有模套腔26,出料端25上设有吊线护层出料孔21、外护层出料孔23和吊带孔22,所述吊带孔22与吊线护层出料孔21是相连的,所述吊带孔22与外护层出料孔23是相连的,所述吊线护层出料孔21、吊带孔22与外护层出料孔23为一体化的孔且与模套腔26是相通的。
上述所述模芯体17、模套腔26的外形为都为圆柱台形,窄小部分靠近各自相应的模芯或模盖的前端;所述模芯体17圆柱台延伸形成的圆锥体的顶角为12°;所述模套腔26圆柱台延伸形成的圆锥体的顶角为13°。
上述所述吊线孔111、模芯孔121都为圆柱形孔,且吊线孔111的孔径比模芯孔121的孔径要小。
上述所述吊线模芯柱11、缆芯模芯柱12是相同长度的,且其长度大于出料端25的长度。
上述所述模芯体17、模套腔26的外形为都为圆柱台形,窄小部分靠近各自相应的模芯或模盖的前端;所述圆柱台延伸形成的圆锥体的顶角范围为10°~50°,优选15±5°;所述模套腔26形成的圆锥体的顶角不小于所述模芯体17形成的圆锥体的顶角。
当要生产自承式线缆时,将模芯单元1安装在护套挤塑机上,可以通过工具夹持固定夹持部分13,由于固定部分14上设有螺纹,因此,可将模芯单元1顺利地安装好,然后,将模盖单元2安装在模芯单元1外,只要注意将吊线模芯柱11置入吊线护层出料孔21,并处于中间位置;将缆芯模芯柱12置入外护层出料孔23,并处于中间位置;并注意将吊线模芯柱11的前端面、缆芯模芯柱12的前端面与出料端25前端面大致处于一个平面,即可固定住模盖单元,开始开机挤塑。

1.自承式线缆护套挤塑模具,其特征是:它由模芯单元(1)与模盖单元(2)组成;模芯单元(1)前端有吊线模芯柱(11)、缆芯模芯柱(12),中间有模芯体(17)、固定夹持部分(3),后端有固定部分(14)、固定部分(14)上设有螺纹、固定部分(14)的末端上有倒角(15),模芯单元(1)内部有模芯腔(16);所述吊线模芯柱(11)内部设有吊线孔(111),缆芯模芯柱(12)内部设有模芯孔(121),所述吊线孔(111)与模芯腔(16)是连通的、所述模芯孔(121)与模芯腔(16)是连通的,所述的模芯单元为一体式结构;模盖单元(2)由位于前端的出料端(25)和位于后端的模盖体(24)组成,模盖体(24)内部设有模套腔(26),出料端(25)上设有吊线护层出料孔(21)、外护层出料孔(23)和吊带孔(22),所述吊带孔(22)与吊线护层出料孔(21)是相连的,所述吊带孔(22)与外护层出料孔(23)是相连的,所述吊线护层出料孔(21)、吊带孔(22)与外护层出料孔(23)为一体化的孔且与模套腔(26)是相通的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自承式线缆护套挤塑模具,其特征在于:所述的模芯体(17)、模套腔(26)的外形为都为圆柱台形,窄小部分靠近各自相应的模芯或模盖的前端;所述圆柱台延伸形成的圆锥体的顶角范围为10°~50°,优选15±5°;所述模套腔(26)形成的圆锥体的顶角不小于所述模芯体(17)形成的圆锥体的顶角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自承式线缆护套挤塑模具,其特征在于:所述的吊线孔(111)、模芯孔(121)都为圆柱形孔,且吊线孔(111)的孔径比模芯孔(121)的孔径要小。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自承式线缆护套挤塑模具,其特征在于:所述的吊线模芯柱(11)、缆芯模芯柱(12)是相同长度的,且其长度大于出料端(25)的长度。
