The method for implementing the color ring back tone service according to claim 1, wherein in step S106, after the mobile switching center establishes the call to the color ring back tone service center, the service control point instructs the mobile switching center to separate the called end from the calling segment 1, and moves the calling end to the color ring back tone service center into the calling segment 1, the color ring back tone service center starts playing the color ring back tone, and the calling party hears the color ring back tone; in step S108, after the mobile switching center disconnects the voice path to the color ring back tone service center, the called end is moved into the calling segment 1, the calling party and the called party talk or call ends, and the color ring back tone service ends.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein in step S106, if the MSC does not receive the indication from the SCP, the MSC decides to release the call or continue to call to the MSC according to the SCP non-response parameter in the service parameters of the intelligent network defined locally by the called user.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein the CRBT service center comprises an intelligent peripheral/service switching point (IPP) function module, which is capable of processing incoming calls and playing corresponding CRBT according to incoming call signaling.
12. A system for realizing color ring back tone service in 3GPP network is characterized in that the system comprises:
the home service user server or the home location register is used for storing the subscription data of the color ring service user;
the mobile switching center is used for triggering the color ring guiding service, receiving and reporting the message, and establishing and disconnecting the call;
the service control point is used for executing the coloring ring guiding service logic, receiving the message reported by the mobile switching center and indicating the mobile switching center to continue and establish a call; and
the color ring back tone service center comprises an IP/SSP, the color ring back tone service center is used for playing color ring back tone,
wherein,
when the calling terminal calls the color ring service user, the mobile switching center triggers the color ring guiding service on the service control point to continue calling to the called terminal, if the called terminal is in an idle state, the service control point indicates the mobile switching center to establish calling to the color ring service center, the color ring service center starts playing color ring, if the idle state of the called terminal is changed, the service control point indicates the mobile switching center to disconnect a speech path to the color ring service center, and the calling user and the called user have a conversation or call over.
13. The system of claim 12, wherein the subscription data includes a service key, a service control point address, and a subscription type flag.
14. The system according to claim 12 or 13, wherein the mobile switching center is an originating mobile switching center or a gateway mobile switching center if the subscription type is T-CSI.
15. The system according to claim 12 or 13, wherein the mobile switching center is a visited mobile switching center if the subscription type is VT-CSI.
16. The system according to claim 12, wherein the protocol between the traffic control point and the mobile switching center is CAP 4.
17. The system of claim 12, wherein the protocol between the home service subscriber server or home location register and the mobile switching center is MAP.
18. The system of claim 12 wherein the IP/SSP includes a signaling connection No. 7 and a session relay connection with the mobile switching center.
