Background
A planting machine for a planter uses crop seeds as planting objects. Seeders for certain types or crops are often referred to by crop species, such as grain drill, corn hill planter, cotton planter, grass spreader, and the like. The broadcast sowing machine enables the broadcasted seeds to be uniformly distributed on the sowing land. A common model is a centrifugal spreader attached to the rear of an agricultural transport vehicle. Consists of a seed box and a broadcast sowing wheel. After emergence, the crops are in parallel and equidistant row lines. The seed drill for different crops has basically the same structure except that the seed sowing devices and the furrow openers of different types are adopted, and generally comprises a rack, a traction or suspension device, a seed box, a seed sowing device, a transmission device, a seed conveying pipe, a furrow opener, a row marker, a travelling wheel, a soil covering and compacting device and the like. The seeding quality is mainly influenced by a seed metering device and a furrow opener. Commonly used seeding apparatus are of the grooved wheel type, centrifugal type, millstone type and the like. The furrow opener can be of a hoe shovel type, a boot type, a sliding cutter type, a single disc type, a double disc type and the like. The current seeder is inconvenient to be sprinkled and broadcast vegetable seeds, finely adjusts the seeding position of the sprinkled and broadcast vegetable seeds in the farmland and operates inconveniently, and the seeder also has the function of nutrient solution supply and transportation, and is low in seeding efficiency.

the vegetable seed sowing device comprises a frame, wherein positioning seats are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the frame, and universal wheels are arranged at two ends of each positioning seat; the middle position of the frame is a cavity structure, a moving frame is arranged above the cavity structure, a seed bin is arranged on the moving frame, a feed inlet is formed in the top of the seed bin, a plurality of seed sprinkling pipes are arranged at the bottom of the seed bin, a feed opening is formed between the upper ends of the seed sprinkling pipes and the bottom of the seed bin, the lower ends of the seed sprinkling pipes penetrate through the moving frame, and the lower ends of the seed sprinkling pipes are arranged in the middle position of the frame; the lower end of the seed sprinkling pipe is provided with a discharge hole; the middle part of the seed spraying pipe is provided with a control switch; a driving motor is arranged at the outer side part of the seed bin, a driving shaft is arranged at the front part of the driving motor, a rotating blade is sleeved on the peripheral surface of the driving shaft, the driving shaft and the rotating blade are arranged in the seed bin, and the rotating blade is arranged below the feeding hole; the frame is provided with a plurality of hydraulic cylinders, the front part of each hydraulic cylinder is provided with a piston rod which is horizontally arranged, and the front end of each piston rod is arranged at the side part of the movable frame; a nutrient solution feeding system is arranged on the side part of the frame, the nutrient solution feeding system comprises a water feeder and a feeding tank arranged on the top of the water feeder, a nutrient solution conveying branch pipe is arranged on the side part of the frame, a plurality of nutrient solution droppers are arranged at one end of the nutrient solution conveying branch pipe, and the nutrient solution droppers are arranged on the pipe wall of the seed sprinkling pipe; a water delivery pump is arranged between the other end of the nutrient solution delivery branch pipe and the water supply machine, the feed tank is externally connected with the nutrient solution delivery branch pipe, a delivery pump is arranged between one end of the nutrient solution delivery branch pipe and the feed tank, and one end of the nutrient solution delivery branch pipe is communicated with the nutrient solution feed pipeline.
Furthermore, a push-pull mechanism is arranged at the rear part of the frame and comprises side frames, a top frame is arranged between the tops of the side frames, push-pull rings are arranged at two ends of the top frame, an extension frame is arranged in the middle of the side frames, a push-pull handle is arranged between the tops of the extension frame, a fixing seat is arranged between the lower parts of the side frames and fixed on the frame, and a fixing frame is arranged between the middle of the extension frame and the fixing seat.
Furthermore, a fastening ring is arranged between the fixed frame and the extension frame.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: vegetable seeds are poured into the seed bin through the feeding hole, the driving motor controls the rotating blades to rotate through the driving shaft, the vegetable seeds conveyed in are dispersed through the rotating blades, so that the vegetable seeds are dispersed and fall on the inner bottom surface of the seed bin, the vegetable seeds fall into the seed sprinkling pipe through the discharging hole, and the control switch is in a closed state at the moment, so that the vegetable seeds are stored in the seed sprinkling pipe; when an operator turns on the control switch, vegetable seeds are sprinkled out of the discharge hole through the sprinkling pipe; an operator places the seed sprinkling device in a farmland and pushes the seed sprinkling device, and the seed sprinkling device moves in the farmland through the universal wheels, so that the longitudinal sowing of vegetable seeds can be conveniently realized in the farmland; the hydraulic cylinder controls the moving frame to horizontally move through the piston rod, and the moving frame moves along the vertical direction of the movement of the universal wheels, so that vegetable seeds can be conveniently finely adjusted in the transverse direction, the vegetable seeds are finely adjusted in the sowing position in the farmland, and the sowing flexibility is better; the water feeder supplies water to the nutrient solution supply pipeline through the water delivery pump, the water is output through the nutrient solution dropper, so that vegetable seeds sowed by the seed sprinkling pipe are watered, meanwhile, the supply tank supplies nutrient solution to the nutrient solution supply pipeline through the delivery pump, and the nutrient solution is output through the nutrient solution dropper, so that the nutrient solution is supplied to the vegetable seeds sowed by the seed sprinkling pipe; greatly improving the seed sprinkling efficiency of vegetable seeds.

The vegetable seed sowing device comprises a seed bin 3, a feed inlet 4, a driving motor 11, a rotating blade 13, a discharge port 6, a control switch 8 and a seed spraying pipe 5, wherein the vegetable seeds are poured into the seed bin 3 through the feed inlet 4, the driving motor 11 controls the rotating blade 13 to rotate through the driving shaft 12, the vegetable seeds conveyed in are dispersed through the rotating blade 13, the vegetable seeds are dispersed and fall on the inner bottom surface of the seed bin 3, and the vegetable seeds fall into the seed spraying pipe 5 through the discharge port 6, so that the vegetable seeds are stored in the seed spraying pipe 5; when an operator turns on the control switch 8, vegetable seeds are sprinkled from the discharge hole 7 through the sprinkling pipe 5; an operator places the seed sprinkling device in a farmland and pushes the seed sprinkling device, and the seed sprinkling device moves in the farmland through the universal wheels 17, so that the longitudinal sowing of vegetable seeds can be conveniently realized in the farmland; the hydraulic cylinder 14 controls the moving frame 2 to move horizontally through the piston rod 15, and the moving frame 2 moves along the vertical direction of the movement of the universal wheel 17, so that vegetable seeds can be conveniently finely adjusted in the transverse direction, the vegetable seeds are finely adjusted in the sowing position in the farmland, and the sowing flexibility is better; the water feeder 22 supplies water to the nutrient solution supply pipeline 20 through the water delivery pump 24, the water is output through the nutrient solution dropper 21, so that the vegetable seeds sowed by the seed sowing pipe 5 are watered, meanwhile, the supply tank 23 supplies nutrient solution to the nutrient solution supply pipeline 20 through the delivery pump 26, and the nutrient solution is output through the nutrient solution dropper 21, so that the nutrient solution is supplied to the vegetable seeds sowed by the seed sowing pipe 5; greatly improving the seed sprinkling efficiency of vegetable seeds.
