Technical Field

Background
The child safety seat is a device which is arranged on a car seat and binds an infant on the child safety seat through a binding device, under the condition that the car is braked emergently or collided accidentally, the child safety seat firmly binds the infant through a shell and the binding device, and the injury to the infant is reduced by limiting the body movement of the infant, so that the injury probability of the infant can be reduced.
The child safety seat generally comprises a base and a seat body arranged on the base, wherein the rear end of the base is provided with a connecting mechanism to be connected with a fastener on a car seat, so that the seat body is temporarily fixed on the car seat, if the base is not fixed well, the base can slide towards the advancing direction of the car or roll over due to the inertia effect when the car is braked emergently, and in view of the above, the front end of the base is provided with a supporting leg, the lower end of the supporting leg can be supported on the floor in the car when the child safety seat is used, so that the base can be prevented from sliding towards the front, rolling or falling off when the car is braked emergently. However, when the impact force is relatively large, if the leg is not buffered at all, the impact force is still transmitted to the infant through the base and the seat body, thereby causing injury to the infant.

In order to realize the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the supporting leg group with the buffering function is suitable for a child safety seat and comprises a supporting tube assembly, a supporting leg and a buffering piece; one end of the supporting pipe component is pivoted to the front end of the base of the child safety seat; the supporting leg is fixed at one end of the supporting tube assembly, which is far away from the base; the buffer piece is fixed at one end, far away from the base, of the supporting pipe assembly and protrudes out of the bottom of the supporting leg, and the buffer piece is of an integrally formed hollow structure.
Preferably, the buffer member includes a fixing portion and a contact portion disposed at an interval, the fixing portion is fixedly connected to the support tube assembly, and the contact portion protrudes from the bottom of the support leg.
Preferably, the support tube assembly extends into the support leg from the top end thereof and is fixed thereto.
Preferably, the supporting leg includes an upper cover and a lower cover fixed in cooperation, the supporting tube assembly extends into the upper cover and is fixed with the upper cover, and the buffer member protrudes from the bottom of the lower cover.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings, wherein like element numerals represent like elements.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a child safety seat according to the present invention includes a supporting leg assembly 10, a base 20, and a seat body (not shown), wherein the supporting leg assembly 10 is pivotally connected to a front end of a bottom of the base 20, a connecting mechanism (not numbered) is disposed at a rear end of the base 20, and the seat body is connected to the base 20; when the child safety seat is used, the connecting mechanism at the rear end of the base 20 is connected with a fastener arranged on a car seat, so that the child safety seat is fixed on the car seat, the supporting foot group 10 extends downwards to abut against a floor in the car, the supporting foot group 10 has a buffering function, and when the child safety seat is not used, the supporting foot group 10 can be folded at the bottom of the base 20. In the present invention, the structure of the base 20 is a conventional design in the art, and will not be described in detail, and only the structure of the supporting leg assembly 10 will be described below.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the supporting leg assembly 10 with buffering function of the present invention includes a supporting tube assembly 11, a supporting leg 12 and a buffering device 13. The upper end of the supporting tube assembly 11 is pivoted to the front end of the base 20, the lower end of the supporting tube assembly 11 is fixed with the supporting leg 12, the buffer member 13 is fixed at the lower end of the supporting tube assembly 11 and protrudes out of the bottom of the supporting leg 12, when the child safety seat is in use, the buffer member 13 abuts against the floor in the automobile, when the child safety seat is accidentally impacted, the buffer member 13 interacts with the floor of the automobile and is further squashed, and therefore partial impulse and energy are absorbed, and impact force on the child safety seat is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1-3 again, the supporting tube assembly 11 includes an upper supporting tube 111 and a lower supporting tube 112, which are sleeved with each other, the upper end of the upper supporting tube 111 is pivoted to the front end of the base 20, the lower end of the lower supporting tube 112 fixes the supporting leg 12 and the buffer 13, a height adjusting mechanism 113 is further disposed between the upper supporting tube 111 and the lower supporting tube 112 for adjusting the height of the supporting tube assembly 11, and the structure of the height adjusting mechanism 113 is a conventional structure in the art and will not be described in detail.
Referring to fig. 3-4, the lower end of the lower support tube 112 extends into the top of the support foot 12 and is fixed thereto, and the damper 13 is fixed to the lower end of the lower support tube 112 and protrudes from the bottom of the support foot 12. Specifically, the supporting leg 12 includes an upper cover 121, a lower cover 122 and a supporting pad 123, the upper cover 121 and the lower cover 122 are fixed in a matching manner, an installation space is formed between the upper cover 121 and the lower cover 122, the supporting pad 123 is fixed at the bottom of the lower cover 122, a first through hole (not numbered) corresponding to the buffering member 13 is formed in the lower cover 122, and a second through hole 1231 corresponding to the buffering member 13 is formed in the supporting pad 123; the bottom end of the lower support tube 112 extends into the mounting space from the top of the upper cover 121 and is fixed to the upper cover 121, and the buffer member 13 is fixed to the bottom end of the lower support tube 112 and protrudes out of the support pad 123 through the first through hole and the second through hole 1231.
In the present invention, the lower support tube 112 and the buffer member 13 are both made of metal, and the buffer member 13 is welded to the bottom of the lower support tube 112, but not limited thereto, and the two may be fixed in other manners.
Preferably, the supporting pad 123 of the present invention is formed by Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), polypropylene (PP), Expanded polypropylene (EPP), ABS resin (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), etc., but not limited thereto.
With continued reference to fig. 3-4, the damping member 13 of the present invention is hollow. Specifically, the buffering member 13 includes a fixing portion 131 and an abutting portion 132 disposed at an interval, the fixing portion 131 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the lower supporting tube 112, and the abutting portion 132 protrudes out of the supporting pad 123 through the first through hole and the second through hole 1231 for abutting against the floor in the vehicle. Since the fixing portion 131 and the abutting portion 132 are spaced apart from each other to provide a space for deformation of the abutting portion 132, when the buffer member 13 is pressed, the abutting portion 132 moves toward the fixing portion 131 to deform the buffer member 13, as shown in fig. 5, thereby achieving a buffering effect.
In the present invention, the buffer member 13 is preferably in the shape of an elliptical ring, but is not limited to this shape, and the buffer member 13 may be provided in any other shape such as a circular ring shape or a U shape.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, when the child safety seat of the present invention is used, the base 20 is installed on the vehicle seat, that is, the connection mechanism provided at the rear end of the base 20 is connected to the fastener on the vehicle seat, the supporting leg set 10 located at the front end of the base 20 pivots and extends toward the vehicle floor, the height of the supporting leg set 10 is adjusted to make the cushion 13 and the supporting pad 123 at the bottom of the supporting leg set abut against the vehicle floor, and the seat body (not shown) is installed on the base 20 to allow an infant to sit thereon.
When the child safety seat is accidentally bumped, the base 20 slides or turns in the advancing direction of the automobile due to inertia, so that the buffer piece 13 is made to interact with the floor of the automobile, and the buffer piece 13 is flattened and deformed to realize a buffer effect, as shown in fig. 5, thereby better protecting an infant seated in the child safety seat.
Because the supporting leg assembly 10 with the buffering function is provided with the buffering piece 13 fixed at one end of the supporting tube assembly 11 far away from the base 20, the buffering piece 13 protrudes out of the bottom of the supporting leg 12 and is used for being abutted against the floor in the automobile, when the child safety seat is accidentally impacted, the child safety seat with the infant can be impacted greatly, the base 10 of the child safety seat can move forwards or turn forwards under the action of inertia, and the buffering piece 13 can interact with the floor in the automobile, so that the buffering piece 13 can absorb part of impulse and energy in the process of being flattened and deformed, the impact force on the child safety seat can be reduced, and the infant in the child safety seat can be better protected; meanwhile, the supporting leg group 10 has a simple structure.
Accordingly, the child safety seat having the supporting leg set 10 also has the same effect.

a support tube assembly having one end pivotally connected to a front end of a base of the child safety seat;
a supporting leg fixed to one end of the supporting tube assembly away from the base;
the buffer piece is fixed at one end of the supporting tube assembly, which is far away from the base, and protrudes out of the bottom of the supporting leg, the buffer piece is of a hollow structure, the buffer piece comprises a fixing part and a contact part which are arranged at intervals, the fixing part is fixedly connected with the supporting tube assembly, and the contact part protrudes out of the bottom of the supporting leg.
2. The set of cushioning support legs of claim 1, wherein said support tube assembly extends into and is secured to said support foot from a top end thereof.

The assembly of claim 2, wherein the support leg comprises an upper cover and a lower cover, the upper cover and the lower cover are fixed to each other, the support tube assembly extends into the upper cover and is fixed to the upper cover, and the buffer member protrudes from the bottom of the lower cover.
4. The set of support legs with cushioning according to claim 3, wherein said support leg further comprises a support pad secured to the bottom of said lower cover, said cushioning member protruding from said support pad.
5. The support leg assembly with buffering function of claim 4, wherein the bottom cover and the support pad are provided with through holes corresponding to the buffering member.
6. The support leg assembly with buffering function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support tube assembly comprises an upper support tube and a lower support tube sleeved with each other, the upper support tube is pivotally connected to the front end of the base, and the lower end of the lower support tube is fixed to the buffering member.
7. The set of cushioning support legs of claim 6, wherein the support tube assembly further includes a height adjustment mechanism disposed between the upper support tube and the lower support tube.
8. A child safety seat comprising a base, a seat body connected to the base, and a set of support legs pivotally connected to a front end of the base, wherein the set of support legs is according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
