Abstract
The application discloses a material reminding method and a material reminding system, wherein the material reminding method comprises the following steps: before the materials are put into a production line, acquiring the packaging numbers of the materials; detecting whether the material is a new material or not based on the packaging number, wherein the new material is a type of material which is not put into the production line; and if the material is detected to be a new material, outputting a reminding message to preset personnel, wherein the reminding message is used for reminding the preset user to track the material. In the embodiment of the application, when the material is found to be a new material, a preset person is reminded to record and track the production process in which the material participates, and after a production line produces a final finished product based on the new material, the preset person can timely perform quality detection on the finished product, for example, the reject ratio in the finished product produced by adopting the material is detected; if the reject ratio is higher than a preset reject ratio threshold value, a certain problem possibly exists in the production of finished products by adopting the material, and the material needs to be replaced; if the reject ratio is not higher than the preset reject ratio threshold value, the material is considered to be continuously put into the manufacturing process of the finished product. And based on the quality detection of the finished product by preset personnel, a finished product quality report based on the material can be generated, and whether the material can be continuously adopted or not can be known through the finished product quality report. After the report of the quality of the finished product based on the material is obtained, the material is considered to be no longer a new material, that is, the material no longer conforms to the definition of the new material, and subsequently, if the manufacturer receives the same material incoming material again, the material is not judged to be a new material. querying a database for the presence of a two-dimensional code associated with the package number based on the package number;
if the two-dimensional code associated with the package number is inquired in the database, the material is determined to be a new material;
if the material is detected to be a new material, after the new material is put into a production line, the material reminding method further comprises the following steps:
detecting whether a finished product quality report based on the materials is generated;
and if a finished product quality report based on the materials is generated, deleting the packaging numbers and the two-dimensional codes related to the materials from the database.
