and pasting the IQC inspection qualified sheet to the external package of the material.
6. The material reminding method as claimed in claim 4, wherein after the printing of the two-dimensional code to the outer package of the material, the method further comprises:
scanning the two-dimensional code and the packaging number on the outer package of the material;
and establishing an incidence relation between the two-dimension code and the package number, and storing the two-dimension code and the package number into a database.
7. A material reminding system is applied to a manufacturing enterprise production process execution system and comprises:
the packaging number acquisition module is used for acquiring the packaging number of the material before the material is put into a production line;
the new material detection module is used for detecting whether the material is a new material or not based on the packaging number, wherein the new material is a type of material which is not put into the production line;
the reminding output module is used for outputting a reminding message to a preset person if the material is detected to be a new material, wherein the reminding message is used for reminding the preset person to track the material;
the new material detection module includes:
the query unit is used for querying whether the two-dimensional code associated with the package number exists in a database based on the package number;
the confirming unit is used for confirming that the material is a new material if the two-dimensional code associated with the packaging number is inquired in the database;
the material reminding system is also used for detecting whether a finished product quality report based on the material is generated or not after the material is detected to be a new material and the new material is put into a production line, and deleting the packaging number and the two-dimensional code related to the material from the database if the finished product quality report based on the material is generated.
8. The material reminder system of claim 7, further comprising:
and the production line locking module is used for controlling the production line to pause after the reminding message is output to the preset personnel.
9. The material reminder system of claim 7, further comprising:
and the production line unlocking module is used for controlling the production line to stop running, controlling the production line to resume running if an unlocking instruction input by the preset personnel is received, and putting the material into the production line.
