wherein the change detection device comprises a pixel value extraction sub-device, a maximum pixel value detection sub-device, a minimum pixel value detection sub-device, a proportion calculation sub-device and an instruction distribution sub-device;
and when receiving the non-sharpening instruction, the sharpening execution device directly outputs the parameter processing image as a real-time sharpened image.
