Background
In the current automation field, an RV reducer, a servo motor and a servo driver are mutually separated independent structural units. On some automation equipment or production lines, a servo motor is installed in the middle of the production line, a servo driver is installed in a control cabinet, the distance between the control cabinet and the servo motor changes along with the length of the production line, and the wiring length of the servo motor and the servo driver is increased, so that the anti-interference capability of the servo motor and the servo driver is reduced, and the driving capability of the servo driver is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an integrated motor for solving the technical problems that the anti-interference capability of a servo motor and a servo driver is reduced and the driving capability of the servo driver is reduced due to the increase of the wiring length of the servo motor and the servo driver.

the servo control board is arranged in a space surrounded by the motor shell and the cover-shaped radiator.
According to the integrated motor, the servo motor, the RV reducer and the servo control board are integrated into a whole, so that the technical problems of reduction of anti-interference capability of the servo motor and the servo driver and reduction of driving capability of the servo driver caused by increase of wiring length of the servo motor and the servo driving device are solved.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an integrated motor in order to solve the technical problems of the decrease in anti-interference capability of a servo motor and a servo driver and the decrease in driving capability of the servo driver due to the increase in the wiring length of the servo motor and the servo driver. The integrated motor includes: the servo motor comprises a stator 4, a rotor 5 and a rotating shaft 6 which are coaxially arranged, wherein the head end of the rotating shaft 6 axially extends out of the motor shell 2, and the tail end of the rotating shaft 6 axially extends out of the motor shell 2; the RV reducer 1, the needle gear shell of the RV reducer 1 is detachably and coaxially connected with the head of the motor shell 2, and the head spline of the rotating shaft 6 is connected with a planetary gear in the RV reducer 1; a cover-shaped radiator 14, wherein the cover-shaped radiator 14 is detachably and coaxially connected with the tail part of the motor shell 2; a servo control board 13, the servo control board 13 is installed in a space surrounded by the motor housing 2 and the cover-shaped radiator 14.
According to the integrated motor, the servo motor, the RV reducer and the servo control board are integrated into a whole, so that the technical problems of reduction of anti-interference capability of the servo motor and the servo driver and reduction of driving capability of the servo driver caused by increase of wiring length of the servo motor and the servo driving device are solved.
In addition, the integrated motor provided by the invention has the advantages that the rotating shaft 6 is directly connected with the planetary gear of the RV reducer 1, and is directly connected with the motor shell 2 of the servo motor through the needle gear shell of the RV reducer 1, so that compared with an independent servo motor and an independent RV reducer in the prior art, the input shaft and the mounting flange are reduced. Therefore, compared with an independent servo motor and an independent RV speed reducer in the prior art, the integrated motor provided by the invention shortens the axial length, saves the cost and improves the installation accuracy.
Further, in order to solve the waterproof problem of the servo motor, oil needs to be filled in the gap between the stator and the rotor of the servo motor. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
the servo motor further comprises an end cover 7, the end cover 7 is detachably and coaxially connected with the tail part of the motor shell 2, a through hole is formed in the axis of the end cover 7, the tail end of the rotating shaft 6 is in coaxial clearance fit with the through hole, a rear bearing 8 is arranged at the head end of the axis of the through hole, and the rotating shaft 6 is connected with the end cover 7 through the rear bearing 8; the inside of the motor shell 2 is filled with oil, and an oil seal 9 is arranged between the tail end of the rotating shaft 6 and the motor shell 2; the cover-shaped radiator 14 is detachably and coaxially connected with the tail part of the end cover 7, and the servo control board 13 is accommodated in the space between the cover-shaped radiator 14 and the end cover 7.
According to the integrated motor provided by the invention, oil is filled in the space between the motor shell 2 and the end cover 7, and the stator and the rotor of the servo motor are prevented from being corroded by external water through the oil; and oil sealing is achieved by arranging the oil seal 9, so that the waterproof problem of the servo motor is solved.
In addition, in order to facilitate maintenance of the servo motor, the integrated motor provided by the invention is provided with the oil seal 9 at the tail part of the servo motor. Only the cover-shaped radiator 14 needs to be detached from the end cover 7, so that the servo motor can be maintained. Therefore, the integrated motor provided by the invention improves the maintenance efficiency of the servo motor by arranging the oil seal 9 at the tail part of the servo motor.
Further, the head end plate of the motor shell 2 is provided with an axle center hole, the tail part of the axle center hole is provided with a front bearing 3, and the rotating shaft 6 is connected with the head end plate of the motor shell 2 through a rear bearing 8.
Furthermore, the integrated motor provided by the invention can be additionally provided with a brake 10. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
the integrated motor also comprises a support cover 11 and a brake 10; the support cover 11 and the brake 10 are coaxially arranged, and a reaming is arranged at the axial center of the tail part of the support cover 11; the brake disc of the brake 10 is coaxially clamped with the brake disc in a butt-clamping way, and the head of the reaming is coaxially provided with a brake coil of the brake 10; the head of the supporting cover 11 is detachably and coaxially connected with the tail of the end cover 7, and the tail of the supporting cover 11 is detachably and coaxially connected with the cover-shaped radiator 14.
It should be appreciated that the brake 10 includes a detent lever and a spring that is sleeved on the detent lever in addition to the brake pads, brake discs and brake coils. The number of the positioning rods is preferably 3 or 4, and the positioning rods respectively penetrate through 2 brake discs and are connected with the brake coils. The spring housing is established on the locating lever, and the spring sets up between 2 brake discs. The brake pads are accommodated in a space surrounded by the 2 brake discs and the positioning rod. When the brake is in a non-braking state, one brake disc is axially jacked by the spring, a rotating gap is formed between the 2 brake discs, and the brake disc can rotate in the rotating gap; when the brake is in a braking state, the brake coil is electrified to generate a magnetic field, and the magnetic field attracts the jacked brake disc and overcomes the elastic force of the spring to move towards the brake coil, and the brake disc is clamped by 2 brake discs to form a braking state.
Further, for better control of the motor, the integrated motor provided by the invention further comprises a photoelectric encoder.
The integrated motor further comprises a split type encoder 12, the split type encoder 12 comprises a code disc and a photoelectric component, the code disc is coaxially arranged at the tail end of the rotating shaft 6, the photoelectric component is integrated on the servo control board 13, light beams emitted by the photoelectric component irradiate on the code disc, and light beams reflected by the code disc irradiate on the photoelectric component.
Integrating the opto-electronic components of the split encoder on the servo control board 13 can further reduce the axial length of the integrated motor provided by the invention.
Further, if the integrated motor provided in the embodiment does not include the brake 10, the cover-shaped radiator 14 is provided with a power interface and a communication interface, the power interface is connected with the power module of the servo control board 13, and the communication interface is connected with the control module of the servo control board 13; the end cover 7 is provided with a wire hole I, a wire of the stator 4 passes through the wire hole I to be connected with a power module of the servo control board 13, and a sealing sleeve is arranged between the wire of the stator 4 and the wire hole I.

a cover-shaped radiator (14), wherein the cover-shaped radiator (14) is detachably and coaxially connected with the tail part of the motor shell (2);
a servo control board (13), wherein the servo control board (13) is arranged in a space surrounded by the motor shell (2) and the cover-shaped radiator (14);
the servo motor further comprises an end cover (7), the end cover (7) is in detachable coaxial connection with the tail part of the motor shell (2), a through hole is formed in the axis of the end cover (7), the tail end of the rotating shaft (6) is in coaxial clearance fit with the through hole, a rear bearing (8) is arranged at the axis head end of the through hole, and the rotating shaft (6) is connected with the end cover (7) through the rear bearing (8);
