1. An automatic rice washing and steaming cooker, comprising a high pressure steam cooker (100), characterized in that: it also includes:
a rice steamer (200), the rice steamer (200) being mounted on the high pressure steam pot (100); and
the air guide device (300), the air inlet end of the air guide device (300) is positioned in the high-pressure steam pot (100), and the air outlet end of the air guide device (300) is positioned in the rice steamer (200);
the rice steamer (200) comprises:
the rice steaming pot comprises a rice steaming pot body (201), wherein the rice steaming pot body (201) is arranged on a high-pressure steam pot (100), a through hole (210) through which an air guide device (300) passes is formed in the bottom of the rice steaming pot body (201), a steaming sheet (211) is arranged in the rice steaming pot body (201), a first drain hole (208) and a second drain hole (214) are formed in the side wall of the rice steaming pot body (201), the first drain hole (208) is positioned above the steaming sheet (211), the second drain hole (214) is positioned below the steaming sheet (211), and an electromagnetic drain valve (212) is arranged in the second drain hole (214);
a second pot cover (202), wherein the second pot cover (202) covers the steam cooker body (201), and a first exhaust hole (207) is formed in the second pot cover (202);
the first accommodating cavity (204), the first accommodating cavity (204) is sleeved on the rice cooker body (201), and a water inlet corresponding to the first water discharge hole (208) is formed in the inner side wall of the first accommodating cavity (204); and
the second accommodating cavity (209), the second accommodating cavity (209) is sleeved on the rice cooker body (201), the second accommodating cavity (209) is positioned below the first accommodating cavity (204), and a water inlet corresponding to the second water drain hole (214) is formed in the second accommodating cavity (209);
the air guide device (300) includes:
a drainage air duct (301), wherein an air inlet end of the drainage air duct (301) is positioned in the high-pressure steam pot (100);
the steam rice steaming device comprises an exhaust disc (302), wherein the exhaust disc (302) is positioned at the bottom of a steam rice steaming pot body (201), a water draining air guide pipe (301) is detachably connected with the exhaust disc (302), sealing rings (303) are arranged at the contact end of the water draining air guide pipe (301) and the high-pressure steam pot (100) and the contact end of the steam rice steaming pot body (201), and at least one third exhaust hole (304) is arranged at the air outlet end of the exhaust disc (302).

An automatic rice washing and steaming cooker according to claim 1, wherein: the rice steaming pot is characterized in that an annular step (203) protruding radially is arranged on the rice steaming pot body (201), the bottom of the first accommodating cavity (204) is propped against the upper surface of the annular step (203), and the top of the second accommodating cavity (209) is propped against the lower surface of the annular step (203).

7. An automatic rice washing and steaming cooker according to claim 3, wherein: the locking part (205) is detachably connected with the rice steaming pot body (201) through threads.
8. An automatic rice washing and steaming cooker according to claim 2 or 3, wherein: the second accommodating cavity (209) is detachably connected with the rice steaming pot body (201) through threads.
9. An automatic rice washing and steaming cooker according to claim 1, wherein: the steaming piece (211) is provided with a plurality of second exhaust holes (213).
